the stapler base 3 is arranged on the frame 1, the stapler 2 is arranged on the stapler base 3, the bottom plate 4 is arranged on the inner side of the stapler base 3, the bottom plate 4 is connected and arranged on the frame 1 through the locating plate 5, and the stapler head base plate 8 is arranged on the bottom plate 4 at the lower part of the stapler head;
the traction magnet 11 is arranged on the frame 1 at the lower part of the stapler 2, the stapling head is provided with a stapling head connecting piece 6, the bottom plate 4 is provided with a slot for the stay wire 10 to pass through, one end of the stay wire 10 is fixed at the movable end of the traction magnet 11, the other end of the stay wire 10 is arranged on the stapling head connecting piece 6 through a stay wire fastener 7, and the foot switch 12 is electrically connected with the traction magnet 11;
