以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
(イ)ホッチキスの本体上部(1)には図4に示されるように、針を留める際のハンドル(2)と針装填具(3)が設けられている。

(ニ)ホッチキスの本体下部(5)には針曲げ台(6)を有し、紙を置く役目を果たしている。
(ホ)上部のネオジム磁石(7)と下部のネオジム磁石(8)はホッチキスの本体上部(1)とホッチキスの本体下部(5)を合体させる時は上下左右合致する位置に配置されている。この際、上部のネオジム磁石(7)と下部のネオジム磁石(8)による位置ぶれを防ぐ為に、埋め込まれた磁石の左右の取り付け位置の距離を保ち、磁力の影響を受けないように、S極とN極を逆にして針装填具(3)に取り付けられている。尚、埋め込まれた磁石の形状は丸型で同じ大きさ同じ形が好ましい。
(ヘ)埋め込まれた磁石の種類の一実例としてはネオジム磁石としたがコバルト磁石でも良い。
(ト)下部のネオジム磁石(8)は磁力の影響を受けない材質の部材で構成されるホッチキスの本体下部(5)に埋め込んである。
本発明は、以上のような構造である。

次に紙面(11)を綴じるには、図5の様に本体下部(5)の上に紙面(11)を綴じる位置に合わせて置く。そして、紙面(11)の下側の本体下部(5)に本体上部(1)を近づけて紙面(11)上から綴じ位置に乗せると互いにネオジム磁石(7)(8)の強力な磁力により紙面(11)の上に近づけた本体上部(1)が本体下部(5)に吸引され吸着され位置固定される。
本体上部(1)と本体下部(5)に紙面(11)が挟まれた位置を確認後ハンドル(2)に設けられた針装填具(3)のガイド部(10)の真上からハンドル(2)を押すことによって紙面(11)を綴じることが出来る。
綴じた紙面(11)からホッチキスを引き離す場合も本体上部(1)と本体下部(5)を互い違いにスライドさせて引き離し次に綴じたい紙面の下位置に本体下部(5)を置き、先ほどの操作を繰り返すことによって綴じることが出来る。
尚、本発明は使用しない時は、埋め込まれた磁石が強力な為、本体上部(5)と本体下部(5)とを吸着させた状態にしておくことが望ましい。

(イ)ホッチキスの本体上部には針を留める際のハンドルと針装填具を設け、
(ロ)針装填具の先端には針を留める際に案内されるガイド部が設けられ、先端のガイド部に接した所に上部磁石埋め込み部が取り付けられ、
(ハ)上部磁石埋め込み部の左右に距離を設け、上部磁石が埋め込まれ、
(ニ)ホッチキスの本体下部には針曲げ台を有し、紙を置く役目をし、左右には下部の磁石を埋め込まれ、
(ホ)磁石が埋め込まれている上部磁石埋め込み部とホッチキスの本体下部は磁力の影響を受けない部材を用いている、
以上のように構成されたフリーホッチキス。
