本发明涉及一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,它包括泡棉扁条;所述泡棉扁条包括第一泡棉扁条和第二泡棉扁条;所述第一泡棉扁条和第二泡棉扁条通过粘合层粘合在一起;所述第一泡棉扁条与第二泡棉扁条之间的中间位置穿设有单股铜丝;所述泡棉扁条的四个侧面上缠覆着铜箔;所述泡棉扁条的上侧的铜箔的上表面设置有一层导热胶层;所述导热胶层上铺设有石墨层。本发明的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,弯折后,再保持弯折形状,不易脱落,抗震效果好兼备良好的导热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及泡棉领域,特别是涉及一种抗弯折导热泡棉条。
背景技术
现有的泡棉条,不能弯折,对于一些电子元件,需要散热的,只能裁剪一块贴一面,再裁前一块贴另一面,如要直接弯折粘贴,就会因为泡棉的回复力的作用,粘贴力差的一面就容易脱落。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,弯折后,再保持弯折形状,不易脱落,抗震效果好兼备良好的导热性能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,它包括泡棉扁条;所述泡棉扁条包括第一泡棉扁条和第二泡棉扁条;所述第一泡棉扁条和第二泡棉扁条通过粘合层粘合在一起;所述第一泡棉扁条与第二泡棉扁条之间的中间位置穿设有单股铜丝;所述泡棉扁条的四个侧面上缠覆着铜箔;所述泡棉扁条的上侧的铜箔的上表面设置有一层导热胶层;所述导热胶层上铺设有石墨层。
所述泡棉扁条的下侧的铜箔的下表面设置有低粘性离型膜。
所述石墨层上表面还设置有一层导热胶层,导热胶层上设置有PET保护膜。
所述泡棉扁条的四个侧面与铜箔之间设置有粘合层。
所述单股铜丝的直径为1mm-1.6mm。
所述单股铜丝的外侧还包覆有保护套。
所述泡棉扁条的厚度为2mm-4mm,宽度为8mm-20mm。
所述铜箔的厚度为100μm-200μm。
所述石墨层的厚度为100μm-400μm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,弯折后,再保持弯折形状,不易脱落,抗震效果好兼备良好的导热性能。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
实施例
如图1至图3所示,一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,它包括泡棉扁条;所述泡棉扁条包括第一泡棉扁条11和第二泡棉扁条12;所述第一泡棉扁条11和第二泡棉扁条12通过粘合层6粘合在一起;所述第一泡棉扁条11与第二泡棉扁条之间的中间位置穿设有单股铜丝1;所述泡棉扁条的四个侧面上缠覆着铜箔2;所述泡棉扁条1的上侧的铜箔2的上表面设置有一层导热胶层7;所述导热胶层7上铺设有石墨层3;所述泡棉扁条1的下侧的铜箔2的下表面设置有低粘性离型膜5;所述石墨层3上表面还设置有一层导热胶层7,导热胶层7上设置有PET保护膜4;所述泡棉扁条1的四个侧面与铜箔2之间设置有粘合层6;所述单股铜丝1的直径为1mm-1.6mm;所述单股铜丝1的外侧还包覆有保护套8;所述泡棉扁条1的厚度为2mm-4mm,宽度为8mm-20mm;所述铜箔2的厚度为100μm-200μm;所述石墨层3的厚度为100μm-400μm。
本实施例的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,将PET保护膜撕除后,将石墨层的一面粘到待散热的电子部件上,可根据实际需要对泡棉条进行裁剪,一个电子部件可粘贴多个泡棉条,离型膜在使用过程中撕掉;电子部件的热量通过导热胶传导给石墨层,石墨层再将热量传导给铜箔,铜箔环绕在泡棉扁条的四周,热量就会传导至泡棉扁条的另一侧并进行散热,而泡棉扁条本身提供防震功能;如电子部件需要粘贴不只一个面时,可将泡棉条进行弯曲粘贴,由于内部采用铜丝进行加持,弯曲时,铜丝也弯曲,就会保持整体泡棉条的弯曲的状态,使得粘贴后,泡棉不会因为自身的回复力而造成泡棉条脱离的现象。
本实施例的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,弯折后,再保持弯折形状,不易脱落,抗震效果好兼备良好的导热性能。

1.一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,其特征在于:它包括泡棉扁条;所述泡棉扁条包括第一泡棉扁条和第二泡棉扁条;所述第一泡棉扁条和第二泡棉扁条通过粘合层粘合在一起;所述第一泡棉扁条与第二泡棉扁条之间的中间位置穿设有单股铜丝;所述泡棉扁条的四个侧面上缠覆着铜箔;所述泡棉扁条的上侧的铜箔的上表面设置有一层导热胶层;所述导热胶层上铺设有石墨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,其特征在于:所述泡棉扁条的下侧的铜箔的下表面设置有低粘性离型膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,其特征在于:所述石墨层上表面还设置有一层导热胶层,导热胶层上设置有PET保护膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,其特征在于:所述泡棉扁条的四个侧面与铜箔之间设置有粘合层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,其特征在于:所述单股铜丝的直径为1mm-1.6mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,其特征在于:所述单股铜丝的外侧还包覆有保护套。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,其特征在于:所述泡棉扁条的厚度为2mm-4mm,宽度为8mm-20mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,其特征在于:所述铜箔的厚度为100μm-200μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗弯折导热泡棉条,其特征在于:所述石墨层的厚度为100μm-400μm。
