本发明公开一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,其特征在于,包括若干高铁稀土铝合金导体,所述高铁稀土铝合金导体外依次包裹有耐火云母层、发泡层和绝缘屏蔽层,包裹绝缘屏蔽层后的高铁稀土铝合金导体设置在填充层内共同构成缆芯,填充层内设有将相邻导体进行隔离的加强筋;所述缆芯外依次包裹有包带层、防火耐高温保护套、内绝缘层、阻水缓冲层和外保护层;所述电缆还包括报警装置,所述报警装置包括与外保护层平行设置的钢丝绳和报警器,所述钢丝绳的外部均匀包裹有外绝缘层,所述报警器设置在外绝缘层的内部。该发明结构简单合理、经济实用,通过加强筋配合使用,使抗拉能力强,不易断裂,并且增加了报警装置从而起到保护电缆,防偷窃。

高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体是一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,属于电缆的技术领域。
背景技术
目前,由于铜的优良电气性能,国内的电缆一般采用铜作为导体,但铜的价格比铝高很多,许多研究者一直在研发以铝代铜,以实现资源的更优化利用,但普通的铝芯电缆的机械性能和抗腐蚀性能较差,而稀土高铁铝合金导体具有抗蠕变、高柔韧、强延展、低反弹特性,在相同的载流量下,稀土高铁铝合金导体的重量约为铜导体的一半,而稀土高铁铝合金导体的价格约为铜导体的三分之一,随着我国的电缆需求量的增加,采用稀土高铁铝合金导体电缆代替铜导体电缆具有降低材料成本、优化资源利用的效益,满足我国电力建设的需要。目前普通的铝合金导体电缆,其结构为导体、绝缘、PVC或PE护套。采用这种结构的设计不能满足防腐、防水、抗水树、环保等方面的要求。且抗拉能力较弱,从而不能满足人们的使用需求。电缆在使用过程中要经常被任意弯曲和牵引,实用不久就会出现导体断芯,同时电缆使用广泛,监管不能到位,屡屡遭窃,造成经济损失,花费大量人力和物力。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,能够有效解决电缆被盗、抗拉能力弱和易断裂等技术难题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,其特征在于,包括若干高铁稀土铝合金导体,所述高铁稀土铝合金导体外均包裹有耐火云母层,所述耐火云母层外包裹有发泡层,所述发泡层外包裹有绝缘屏蔽层,包裹绝缘屏蔽层后的高铁稀土铝合金导体设置在填充层内共同构成缆芯,填充层内设有将相邻导体进行隔离的加强筋;所述缆芯外依次包裹有包带层、防火耐高温保护套、内绝缘层、阻水缓冲层和外保护层;所述电缆还包括报警装置,所述报警装置包括与外保护层平行设置的钢丝绳和报警器,所述钢丝绳的外部均匀包裹有外绝缘层,所述报警器设置在外绝缘层的内部。
所述高铁稀土铝合金导体为三根,且成品字形分布在填充层内共同构成缆芯。
所述报警装置与钢丝绳同轴。
所述填充层为非吸湿性阻然材料制作而成。
所述加强筋的截面为Y字型。
与现有技术相比,该高铁稀土铝合金电缆结构简单合理、经济实用,通过加强筋的配合使用,使得抗拉能力强,不易断裂,通过防火耐高温保护套和阻水缓冲层的配合使用,使得该电缆具有防火耐高温和防水的作用,使得电缆即使在外护套受到损伤后依旧能承受较强的落差而不断裂本发明可使电缆具有防鼠防蚁、超强抗拉力、抗扭力、抗高机械应力、防水、防火、耐高温等特点,使电缆被埋在地面能够长期稳定工作,并且增加了报警装置从而起到保护电缆,能防火,防偷窃。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,包括若干高铁稀土铝合金导体1,高铁稀土铝合金导体1外均包裹有耐火云母层2,耐火云母层2外包裹有发泡层3,发泡层3外包裹有绝缘屏蔽层4。包裹绝缘屏蔽层4后的高铁稀土铝合金导体1设置在填充层5内共同构成缆芯,填充层5内设有将相邻导体进行隔离的加强筋6,加强筋6的截面为Y字型。填充层5为非吸湿性阻然材料制作而成。在缆芯外依次包裹有包带层7、防火耐高温保护套8、内绝缘层9、阻水缓冲层10和外保护层11。该电缆还包括报警装置12,报警装置12包括与外保护层11平行设置的钢丝绳13和报警器。在钢丝绳13的外部均匀包裹有外绝缘层14,其中,报警器设置在外绝缘层14的内部,此时,报警装置12与钢丝绳13同轴。
优选地,高铁稀土铝合金导体1为三根,且成品字形分布在填充层5内共同构成缆芯。
在使用中,该电缆具有超强抗拉力、抗扭力、抗高机械应力、防水、防 火、耐高温等特点,使电缆被埋在地面能够长期稳定工作。如果使用过程中电源电压下降时就触发报警装置 ,报警装置还具有一个微电子开关,识别出是偷窃还是一般性的断电,从而起到防偷窃的作用。

1.一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,其特征在于,包括若干高铁稀土铝合金导体(1),所述高铁稀土铝合金导体(1)外均包裹有耐火云母层(2),所述耐火云母层(2)外包裹有发泡层(3),所述发泡层(3)外包裹有绝缘屏蔽层(4),包裹绝缘屏蔽层(4)后的高铁稀土铝合金导体(1)设置在填充层(5)内共同构成缆芯,填充层(5)内设有将相邻导体进行隔离的加强筋(6);所述缆芯外依次包裹有包带层(7)、防火耐高温保护套(8)、内绝缘层(9)、阻水缓冲层(10)和外保护层(11);所述电缆还包括报警装置(12),所述报警装置(12)包括与外保护层(11)平行设置的钢丝绳(13)和报警器,所述钢丝绳(13)的外部均匀包裹有外绝缘层(14),所述报警器设置在外绝缘层(14)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,其特征在于,所述高铁稀土铝合金导体(1)为三根,且成品字形分布在填充层(5)内共同构成缆芯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,其特征在于,所述报警装置(12)与钢丝绳(13)同轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,其特征在于,所述填充层(5)为非吸湿性阻然材料制作而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高铁稀土铝合金防火报警电缆,其特征在于,所述加强筋(6)的截面为Y字型。
