Abstract

本发明公开了一种柔性rfid检测安装装置,包括:内六角螺栓、向心轴承座、向心关节轴承、限位15度向心关节轴承、RFID支架、RFID保护板,所述内六角螺栓上端安装有向心关节轴承;所述向心轴承座安装于所述向心关节轴承外圈上;所述限位15度向心关节轴承的外圈安装于所述向心轴承座中部,使内六角螺栓可以在所述限位度向心关节轴承的限位范围内自由活动;所述内六角螺栓下端安装有RFID支架;RFID接收装置固定于所述RFID支架上;所述RFID保护板固定设置在所述RFID接收装置下方。本发明解决了传统输送线RFID安装装置易受到外力碰撞后损坏和缺少自由度的技术问题。

Description

一种柔性rfid检测安装装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种rfid检测安装机构,尤其涉及一种柔性rfid检测安装装置。
背景技术
目前,传统的输送线工装RFID安装工作是安装于外部,易受到外力碰撞后损坏,造成生产线的生产效率较低;而且安装后RFID常为固定状态,缺少自由度,难以进行灵活的RFID读写。因此,设计一种新型的高效的rfid检测安装装置来提高输送线的生产效率和输送线的稳定性是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明的柔性rfid检测安装装置的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种可在相对移动中完全贴近被检测物,具有四个自由度,在接触的过程中有足够的自由度被动调节姿态,保证接触过程中对装置不会产生很大的应力,并且可以方便地调节相对高度的柔性rfid检测安装装置,以解决传统输送线RFID安装装置易受到外力碰撞后损坏和缺少自由度的技术问题。
本发明要解决的上述技术问题所采用的新的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种柔性rfid检测安装装置,包括:内六角螺栓、向心轴承座、向心关节轴承、限位15度向心关节轴承、RFID支架、RFID保护板,所述内六角螺栓上端安装有向心关节轴承;所述向心轴承座安装于所述向心关节轴承外圈上;所述限位15度向心关节轴承的外圈安装于所述向心轴承座中部,使内六角螺栓可以在所述限位度向心关节轴承的限位范围内自由活动;所述内六角螺栓下端安装有RFID支架;RFID接收装置固定于所述RFID支架上;所述RFID保护板固定设置在所述RFID接收装置下方。
进一步地,所述向心关节轴承通过防松螺母固定在所述内六角螺栓上端。
进一步地,所述内六角螺栓下端设置有用于固定RFID支架的垫片。
进一步地,所述的RFID支架采用柔性材料制成。
进一步地,所述RFID保护板呈四边形,采用可弹性变形的薄板制成。
进一步地,所述向心轴承座呈十字形并均匀设置有螺钉孔,减轻自重、节约材料。
相比现有技术,本发明通过加装RFID保护板和设计限位15度的向心关节轴承以解决传统输送线RFID安装装置易受到外力碰撞后损坏和缺少自由度的技术问题,结构简单、安装方便,提高传统输送线RFID安装装置的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明:
如图1和2所示,一种柔性rfid检测安装装置,包括:内六角螺栓2、向心轴承座3、向心关节轴承5、限位15度向心关节轴承6、RFID支架7、RFID保护板9,所述内六角螺栓2上端通过防松螺母4固定安装有向心关节轴承5;所述向心轴承座3安装于所述向心关节轴承5外圈上;所述限位15度向心关节轴承6的外圈安装于所述向心轴承座3中部,使内六角螺栓可以在所述限位15度向心关节轴承的限位范围内自由活动;所述内六角螺栓2下端通过垫片1安装柔性材料制成的RFID支架7;RFID接收装置8固定于所述RFID支架上;所述RFID保护板9固定设置在所述RFID接收装置8下方。
所述RFID保护板9呈四边形,采用可弹性变形的薄板制成,通过自身弹性吸能作用,有效保护RFID接收装置8,
本实施例中,所述向心轴承座3呈十字形并均匀设置有螺钉孔,从而减轻自重、节约材料。
下面结合附图1进一步阐述本发明的工作原理及过程:
将本实施例通过向心轴承座3和防松螺母4安装于运输线上可自动调节高度的装置上;当被检测物到达本实施例下方时,调节装置高度可使其在相对移动中完全贴近被检测物。本实施例具有四个自由度,在接触的过程中可在限位15度向心关节轴承6的限位范围内被动调节姿态,保证接触过程中对装置不会产生很大的应力。同时,RFID保护板9对RFID接收装置8起保护作用,避免其受到外力碰撞后损坏。借助RFID保护板9的弹性,RFID接收装置8在解除外力后可快速归位。
本实施例解决了传统输送线RFID安装装置易受到外力碰撞后损坏和缺少自由度的技术问题,结构简单、安装方便,提高传统输送线RFID安装装置的使用寿命。

Claims (1)

1.一种柔性rfid检测安装装置,包括:内六角螺栓(2)、向心轴承座(3)、向心关节轴承(5)、限位15度向心关节轴承(6)、RFID支架(7)、RFID保护板(9),所述内六角螺栓(2)上端通过防松螺母(4)安装有向心关节轴承(5);所述向心轴承座(3)安装于所述向心关节轴承(5)外圈上,且所述向心轴承座(3)呈十字形并均匀设置有螺钉孔;所述限位15度向心关节轴承(6)的外圈安装于所述向心轴承座(3)中部,使内六角螺栓(2)能在所述限位15度向心关节轴承(6)的限位范围内自由活动;所述内六角螺栓(2)下端安装有RFID支架(7),RFID支架(7)采用柔性材料制成,且所述内六角螺栓(2)下端设置有用于固定RFID支架(7)的垫片(1);RFID接收装置(8)固定于所述RFID支架(7)上;所述RFID保护板(9)固定设置在所述RFID接收装置(8)下方,且RFID保护板(9)呈四边形并采用可弹性变形的薄板制成,RFID保护板(9)用于保护RFID接收装置(8)以避免RFID接收装置(8)因受外力碰撞而损坏,RFID接收装置(8)基于RFID保护板(9)的弹性,在解除外力后能快速归位;
工作时,所述rfid检测安装装置通过向心轴承座(3)和防松螺母(4)安装于运输线上可自动调节高度的装置上,当被检测物到达所述rfid检测安装装置的下方时,调节rfid检测安装装置的高度使其在相对移动中完全贴近被检测物;rfid检测安装装置具有四个自由度,在接触过程中,在限位15度向心关节轴承(6)的限位范围内被动调节姿态,保证接触过程中对装置不会产生很大的应力。
