(19) Binding all unbound stirrups in the column head vertical bars (30) completely;

(21) And detecting the whole foundation bolt after the installation is finished, firmly welding the transverse bolt supporting rod (22) and the top layer stirrup (31) after the transverse bolt supporting rod is qualified, and protecting the threaded section of the foundation bolt (20) to obtain a finished product.
