本发明提供了一种彩钢瓦涂料,抗老化性能好,不易脱落,本发明的技术方案包括环氧树脂、聚乙二醇、氯化橡胶、纳米二氧化硅、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、脂肪胺、钛白粉、分散剂、溶剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体为一种彩钢瓦涂料。
背景技术
彩钢瓦是采用彩色涂层钢板,经辊压冷弯成各种波型的压型板,它适用于工业与民用建筑、仓库、特种建筑、大跨度钢结构房屋的屋面、墙面以及内外墙装饰等,具有质轻、高强、色泽丰富、施工方便快捷、抗震、防火、防雨、寿命长、免维护等特点,现已被广泛推广应用。但是由于彩钢瓦长期收到日晒雨淋,表面涂料容易脱落,影响外观和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种彩钢瓦涂料,抗老化性能好,不易脱落。
本发明的技术方案在于:包括环氧树脂、聚乙二醇、氯化橡胶、纳米二氧化硅、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、脂肪胺、钛白粉、分散剂、溶剂,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:将氯化橡胶、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、钛白粉混合;
(2)研磨:向混合物中加入纳米二氧化硅进行研磨;
(3)反应:将研磨后的混料投入反应釜,在反应釜中按配比加入溶剂进行反应;
(4)调漆:添加环氧树脂、聚乙二醇、和溶剂,使涂料粘度控制在100~ 150s;
(5)加热:在混合物中加入脂肪胺,搅拌并加热;
(6)过滤:用滤网对混合物进行过滤,过滤掉较粗的颜料颗粒;
(7)分散:将混合物再次加热,加入分散剂并搅拌15min获得涂料成品;
(8)检测包装:对涂料的各项理化性能进行检测,检测合格后进行封装。
作为优选,所述纳米二氧化硅的细度为15-25mm,研磨时间50-80min,研磨速度为700-800转/min,所述步骤(3)中反应温度为60-100℃,反应时间为22-30h,所述步骤(7)中,加热最高应达到100℃,搅拌时间为10-20min。
本发明的有益效果在于:本涂料为环保水性涂料,不含挥发性的有毒物质,具有耐水性、耐高低温、防腐蚀、耐磨耐冲击、使用寿命长等特点,解决了现有彩钢瓦涂料耐蚀性差,易开裂脱落及污染环境等问题,使用方便,可以持续使用。
具体实施方式
以下详细描述本发明的实施例。
本发明所述涂料包括环氧树脂、聚乙二醇、氯化橡胶、纳米二氧化硅、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、脂肪胺、钛白粉、分散剂、溶剂,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:将氯化橡胶、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、钛白粉混合;
(2)研磨:向混合物中加入纳米二氧化硅进行研磨;
(3)反应:将研磨后的混料投入反应釜,在反应釜中按配比加入溶剂进行反应;
(4)调漆:添加环氧树脂、聚乙二醇、和溶剂,使涂料粘度控制在100~ 150s;
(5)加热:在混合物中加入脂肪胺,搅拌并加热;
(6)过滤:用滤网对混合物进行过滤,过滤掉较粗的颜料颗粒;
(7)分散:将混合物再次加热,加入分散剂并搅拌15min获得涂料成品;
(8)检测包装:对涂料的各项理化性能进行检测,检测合格后进行封装。
在上述步骤中,所述纳米二氧化硅的细度为20mm,研磨时间65min,研磨速度为700转/min,所述步骤(3)中反应温度为70℃,反应时间为22h,所述步骤(7)中,加热最高应达到100℃,搅拌时间为15min所制备出的涂料效果较好。
本涂料为环保水性涂料,不含挥发性的有毒物质,具有耐水性、耐高低温、防腐蚀、耐磨耐冲击、使用寿命长等特点,解决了现有彩钢瓦涂料耐蚀性差,易开裂脱落及污染环境等问题,使用方便,可以持续使用。

Claims (2)
1.一种彩钢瓦涂料,其特征在于:包括环氧树脂、聚乙二醇、氯化橡胶、纳米二氧化硅、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、脂肪胺、钛白粉、分散剂、溶剂,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:将氯化橡胶、硫酸钡、防沉剂、消泡剂、颜料、钛白粉混合;
(2)研磨:向混合物中加入纳米二氧化硅进行研磨;
(3)反应:将研磨后的混料投入反应釜,在反应釜中按配比加入溶剂进行反应;
(4)调漆:添加环氧树脂、聚乙二醇、和溶剂,使涂料粘度控制在100~150s;
(5)加热:在混合物中加入脂肪胺,搅拌并加热;
(6)过滤:用滤网对混合物进行过滤,过滤掉较粗的颜料颗粒;
(7)分散:将混合物再次加热,加入分散剂并搅拌15min获得涂料成品;
(8)检测包装:对涂料的各项理化性能进行检测,检测合格后进行封装。
2.根据权利要去1所述的彩钢瓦涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米二氧化硅的细度为15-25mm,研磨时间50-80min,研磨速度为700-800转/min,所述步骤(3)中反应温度为60-100℃,反应时间为22-30h,所述步骤(7)中,加热最高应达到100℃,搅拌时间为10-20min。
