现有的中空保暖色纺纱线染色效果还存在一定的不足,针对此,申请人进行了研究改进。

本发明的目的在于提供一种中空保暖色纺纱线生产工艺,其染色效果较好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是
一种中空保暖色纺纱线生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
将质量百分比为20-30%的圣麻纤维、20-25%不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维45-60%,依次经过染色工序、纺前准备工序、开棉工序、梳纱工序、粗纱工序和精纱工序混纺而成;
染色工序:对经过预处理的圣麻纤维、不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维放入各自对应的色料中,以5摄氏度每分钟升温至35摄氏度,保温50分钟,再以1摄氏度每分钟升温至100摄氏度,保温70分钟;
纺前准备工序:配置8%抗静电溶液,均匀喷洒在圣麻纤维、不锈钢纤维和色涤纶纤维上。
优选地,圣麻纤维、不锈钢纤维和色涤纶纤维的质量百分比为25:22:53。
本发明的工作原理为:纺前准备工序中对圣麻纤维、不锈钢纤维和色涤纶纤维进行了抗静电液喷洒作业,纺纱过程中不易受到静电干扰。染色工序的设置使得染色效果较好。
