本发明公开了一种塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,该配方组分以重量份计为:热塑性羟基丙烯酸树脂50‑70份、耐盐雾助剂3‑8份、分散剂0.5‑3份、抗菌防霉剂3‑8份、助剂10‑15份、流平剂0.2‑2份、有机溶剂8‑16份。本发明在涂料中加入一定量的抗菌防霉剂,可以使细菌在一定时间内杀死或抑制其繁殖,保持自身清洁状态,防止发霉,减少因使用这些制品而发生的人与人、人与物、物与物之问的细菌交叉污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方。
背景技术
目前市场上出售的电动工具产品表面没有运用抗菌防霉涂料。如果涂膜表面存在有害微生物,与人体接触后,还会传染各种疾病,细菌等致病性微生物是人类健康的主要杀手之一,威胁人体健康。抗菌材料的应用几乎仍是一片空白领域。由于电动工具类产品长期与手接触,随着人类对自身健康状况的重视,我们日常所使用的工具也越来越受到关注。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抑菌效果的塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,该配方组分以重量份计为:热塑性羟基丙烯酸树脂50-70份、耐盐雾助剂3-8份、分散剂0.5-3份、抗菌防霉剂3-8份、助剂10-15份、流平剂0.2-2份、有机溶剂8-16份。本发明塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方有益效果,在涂料中加入一定量的抗菌剂,可以使细菌在一定时间内杀死或抑制其繁殖,保持自身清洁状态,减少因使用这些制品而发生的人与人、人与物、物与物之问的细菌交叉污染;因此,在涂料中加入少抗菌防霉剂,使其具有抗菌、防霉性能具有实用意义;对一些细菌、霉菌、真菌、酵母菌等微生物高度敏感的化学成分,在涂料中的添加量很少,但能在保持产品常规性能和加工性能不变的前提下,起到杀菌的功效,对电动工具产品的发展起着十分重要的作用。本发明的抗菌等级达到:大肠埃希氏菌ATCC25922的抗菌率>99%,金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538的抗菌率>99%,防霉等级达到0级。
作为本发明的进一步改进是,该配方组分还包括以重量份计的增硬耐磨剂0.5-3份。进一步增加了该涂料的耐磨性能。
作为本发明的进一步改进是,该配方组分还包括以重量份计的抗刮剂0.5-3份,使得该涂料具有抗刮功能。
目前抗菌剂主要有天然抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂三大类。作为本发明的进一步改进是,所述抗菌防霉剂采用无机抗菌剂,特别是纳米银粉。由于表面效应,其抗菌能力是微米级银粒子的200倍以上,抗菌性能也远远大于传统的银离子杀菌剂(如硝酸银和磺胺嘧啶银),是新型的高效抗菌防霉涂料;广谱抗菌:本产品对真菌、细菌、霉菌及酶菌都有很好的灭杀和抑制能力;无毒长效:无异味,对氧化、还原剂稳定;相溶性好:不破坏基体的乳化效果,产品分散均匀,VOC含量低,热稳定;不燃烧,易于运输,使用方便。
优选地,所述助剂包括润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂和消泡剂。
优选地,所述助剂还包括聚结助剂,所述聚结助剂采用丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。能促进高分子化合物塑性流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性能,能在较广泛施工温度范围内成膜的物质。
优选地,所述耐盐雾助剂为有机氮化合物锌盐。
优选地,所述有机溶剂采用由乙酯、丁酮以体积为2:3混合的混合有机溶剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本实施例的一种塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,该配方组分以重量份计为:热塑性羟基丙烯酸树脂50-70份、耐盐雾助剂3-8份、分散剂0.5-3份、抗菌防霉剂3-8份、助剂10-15份、流平剂0.2-2份、有机溶剂8-16份、增硬耐磨剂0.5-3份、抗刮剂0.5-3份,其中,所述抗菌防霉剂采用纳米银粉,助剂包括等量的润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂和消泡剂,助剂还可以包括由丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯组成的聚结助剂。能促进高分子化合物塑性流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性能,能在较广泛施工温度范围内成膜的物质;耐盐雾助剂为有机氮化合物锌盐;有机溶剂采用由乙酯、丁酮以体积为2:3混合的混合有机溶剂。
本实施例中的热塑性羟基丙烯酸树脂60份,耐盐雾助剂5份,增硬耐磨剂1份,抗刮剂1份,分散剂1份,助剂13份,抗菌防霉剂5份,流平剂1份,有机溶剂13份。
将两种含纳米银粉的玻璃系列抗菌剂和泡沸石系列抗菌剂进行吸湿性试验:
1.把两种试料放入容器中(摄氏105度12个小时)进行于燥、然后放入相对湿度81%的保干器里。经过24小时后、测定试料的重量变化。

3.考察把玻璃系列抗菌剂放在大气中、几乎也没有吸湿性。可是在上述严峻的条件下、也只有些吸湿现象。但是吸湿的程度、比泡沸石系列的抗菌剂吸湿率要小很多。
4.抗菌效果持续性:用疏水性脂胶片,把无机系抗菌剂2.0g包上后浸泡在水中。在室温里把银离子从试样中溶出。每天换水并进行测定。经过一定时间,可测出该银离子溶出量和抗菌效果。该试验使用的树脂胶片是有孔径24A的疏水性纤维素系树脂胶片。该胶片能透过水和银离子,而不透过抗菌剂微粒。经过测定了其它公司产品,我们取得了表二相对比较抗菌效果的结果,银离子溶出量经过90天之后还会在一定状态地继续下去。可是其它公司的产品30天后大部分已经溶出,随着时间推移,大量减少。
附表(表二)是该试验得到的溶出液,进行抗菌效果试验的结果,抗菌效果和其它公司的产品经过30天后有很显著的差异。

5.实际产品测试结果:
将该塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方送至广东省微生物分析检测中心,测试微生物:
5.1测试大肠埃希氏菌,在“0”接触时间试样上细菌含量6.8*104cfu/cm2,“24h”接触试样上细菌含量<2cfu/cm2,得出了该该塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方的抗菌(大肠埃希氏菌)率达到大于99.99%。
5.2测试金黄色葡萄球菌,在“0”接触时间试样上细菌含量4.0*104cfu/cm2,“24h”接触试样上细菌含量54cfu/cm2,得出了该塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方的抗菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)率达到大于99.87%。
广东省微生物分析检测中心出具的初步结构是对测试微生物均具有很强的抗菌作用。
该广东省微生物分析检测中心还对防霉等级做出了评价,该塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方对黑曲霉、黄曲霉、赛氏曲霉、土曲霉、焦曲霉、球毛壳霉、多主枝孢、拟青霉、桔青霉、绿色木霉等菌种进行了试验,得出了具有很好的防霉性能,其防霉等级均为O级的初步结论。

1.一种塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,其特征在于:该配方组分以重量份计为:热塑性羟基丙烯酸树脂50-70份、耐盐雾助剂3-8份、分散剂0.5-3份、抗菌防霉剂3-8份、助剂10-15份、流平剂0.2-2份、有机溶剂8-16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,其特征在于:该配方组分还包括以重量份计的增硬耐磨剂0.5-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,其特征在于:该配方组分还包括以重量份计的抗刮剂0.5-3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,其特征在于:所述抗菌防霉剂采用纳米银粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,其特征在于:所述助剂包括润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂和消泡剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,其特征在于:所述助剂还包括聚结助剂,所述聚结助剂采用丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,其特征在于:所述耐盐雾助剂为有机氮化合物锌盐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶件表面抗菌防霉涂料配方,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂采用由乙酯、丁酮以体积为2:3混合的混合有机溶剂。
