本发明提供一种油罐防火性涂料,包括以下质量分数的原料:过氯乙烯树脂15份,三氧化二锑25份,体积份数为50%的桐油松香酚醛液20份,硼酸锌8份,丙酮8份,氯化石蜡5份,醋酸丁酯10份,五氯联苯2份,酚醛树脂5份,四溴苯酐8份。本发明涂于汽油罐内外壁上,当发生火灾产生高温时,涂覆膜部分能够受热分解,产生灭火和不燃性气体,降低燃烧区内的氧气含量,使火焰无助染剂供给而自熄灭,涂覆膜部分能陶瓷化。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料的制作方法,具体涉及一种油罐防火性涂料。
背景技术
油罐车是防火重点车辆,在突发失火的情况下应当方案非常有限,因此有必要提出一种涂料,在油罐车失火的情况下提供保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种油罐防火性涂料,解决现有技术中的一个或多个问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种油罐防火性涂料,包括以下质量分数的原料:过氯乙烯树脂15份,三氧化二锑25份,体积份数为50%的桐油松香酚醛液20份,硼酸锌8份,丙酮8份,氯化石蜡5份,醋酸丁酯10份,五氯联苯2份,酚醛树脂5份,四溴苯酐8份。
本发明提供的一种油罐防火性涂料,涂于汽油罐内外壁上,当发生火灾产生高温时,涂覆膜部分能够受热分解,产生灭火和不燃性气体,降低燃烧区内的氧气含量,使火焰无助染剂供给而自熄灭,涂覆膜部分能陶瓷化。
