本发明与医疗器具有关,特别是指一种安全注射器。
背景技术
习知安全注射器,如美国US20060106339公开专利,其仍有针座的固定及回拉不确实,以及药液残留量较多的问题。
因此,所述已知安全注射器的缺点仍然有待改进。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种安全注射器,其可稳固定位针座,方便快速回拉针座,并有效减少药液的残留。
为达到上述目的,本发明所提供的一种安全注射器,其特征在于包含有:一针筒1,具有一筒身11,一容室12,一装座孔13,一卡座槽14;一针座20,具有一座身21,所述座身21装设于所述针筒1的装座孔13,一针孔22,一勾杆24,一连动变形部25连接于所述勾杆24,及一卡筒部26接于所述连动变形部25受其连动并能卡止于所述针筒1的卡座槽14;一杆塞3,具有一杆身31,以及一插勾孔41能套接所述针座20的勾杆24并压缩所述连动变形部25弹性变形使所述针座20的卡筒部26不卡止于所述针筒1的卡座槽14,所述插勾孔41能卡勾所述针座20的勾杆24使移动所述针座20。
上述本发明的技术方案中,所述针座20具有一凹室27相通所述针孔22与连动变形部25。
所述针座20具有一导流面212相接于所述凹室27。
所述针座20具有一内缩面211对应所述连动变形部25。
所述针座20中心线到勾杆24外缘的垂直距离L1小于所述针座20中心线到连动变形部25外缘的垂直距离L2。
所述卡筒部26延伸一部分长度与所述连动变形部25相连接。
还包含一密封环R,所述密封环R设在所述针筒1与针座20之间。

在本实施例中,主筒10单独即可构成一针筒1;即,广义而言,本发明安全注射器包含有一针筒1,针筒1具有一主筒10。
主筒10具有一筒身11,一容室12连通一装座孔13,一卡座槽14位于装座孔13的内缘,一沉孔15在容室12与卡座槽14之间。
一针座20,具有一座身21,座身21装设于主筒10的装座孔13,一针孔22,一座肩23配合定位于针筒1的沉孔15,一勾杆24其杆身较佳略呈锥形,一连动变形部25呈凸弧形片状连接于勾杆24,以及一卡筒部26接于连动变形部25受其连动并可卡止于针筒1的卡座槽14。
针座20还具有一内缩面211对应配合连动变形部25;即,座身21及/或勾杆24对应连动变形部25处形成略成削除的表面,以提供连动变形部25更多变形空间。
其中,针座20还具有一凹室27开通于针孔22与连动变形部25之间,针座20还具有一环槽28可供装设一密封环R密封针筒1与针座20之间。
针座20还具有一导流面212相接于凹室27,导流面212也相接于内缩面211,其可使药液更容易流到凹室27。

封塞40具有一插勾孔41可套接针座20的勾杆24并压缩连动变形部25弹性变形使针座20的卡筒部26不卡止于针筒1的卡座槽14,插勾孔41可卡勾针座20的勾杆24使移动针座20。
针座20的卡筒部26与针筒1的卡座槽14可有效卡合。
而当杆塞3向前推抵使其封塞40的插勾孔41套入针座20的勾杆24与连动变形部25时,即可控制针座20的卡筒部26离开针筒1的卡座槽14而不再卡合,即可顺利回拉。连动变形部25弹性变形时与座身21及勾杆24间的空隙变小,则可减少其间的药液残留。
最后,针座20与针头N也因针座20的连动变形部25与杆塞3的插勾孔41的配合关系而歪斜向一侧,针座20与针头N便不容易再被推出针筒1。
由此,实施例即达到本发明的目的。
而本发明的重点更在于,通过针座20的连动变形部25与凹室27配合,其设计还可有效减少注射药液残留量。
如图5至图8所示,本发明提供另一种实施例的安全注射器,其与前述实施例大致相同,主要不同点在于:
针座20还具有一接针部29形成在前段。
针头N设于一接件N1,接件N1再接设于针座20的接针部29。
由此,本实施例同样可以达到本发明的目的。
如图9至图12所示,为本发明另一较佳实施例的安全注射器,其与前述实施例大致相同,其主要不同点在于:
针筒1具有一主筒10及一前套50可密封地套接于主筒10共同形成装座孔13,密封环R设于前套50与针座20的座身21之间。
即,主筒10还具有一前套50套接于主筒10前端,本例中卡座槽14及沉孔15形成在主筒10,当然也可改为形成在前套50。利用两个构件组合而成,其可使针筒1的制造更为简单,且能增加其使用形式。
由此,本实施例同样可以达到本发明的目的。
如图13至图16所示,为本发明另一较佳实施例的安全注射器,其与前述实施例大致相同,其主要不同点在于:
针座20具有较大尺寸而另形成一外筒部供装设针头N。
卡筒部26可延伸一部分长度再与连动变形部25相连接。因此,仍能以封塞40的插勾孔41压缩针座20的连动变形部25弹性变形,而以带动卡筒部26卡合与不卡合。
由此,本实施例同样可以达到本发明的目的。
本发明推杆30与封塞40可为组合的之外,或也可为一体的。
本发明密封环R除了如前述为独立构件之外,其也可为一体成形于针筒1或一体成形于针座20。
以上所述的任何实施形态均可一个或多个互相搭配使用,均可达到本发明的目的。
综上所述,本发明所提供的安全注射器其确实可稳固定位针座,方便快速回拉针座,并有效减少药液的残留,因此确实达到本发明的目的。

1.一种安全注射器,其特征在于包含有:
一针筒(1),具有一筒身(11),一容室(12),一装座孔(13),一卡座槽(14);
一针座(20),具有一座身(21),所述座身(21)装设于所述针筒(1)的装座孔(13),一针孔(22),一勾杆(24),一连动变形部(25)连接于所述勾杆(24),及一卡筒部(26)接于所述连动变形部(25)受其连动并能卡止于所述针筒(1)的卡座槽(14);
一杆塞(3),具有一杆身(31),以及一插勾孔(41)能套接所述针座(20)的勾杆(24)并压缩所述连动变形部(25)弹性变形使所述针座(20)的卡筒部(26)不卡止于所述针筒(1)的卡座槽(14),所述插勾孔(41)能卡勾所述针座(20)的勾杆(24)使移动所述针座(20)。
