本发明公开了一种热水袋检漏装置,包括:机架,在所述机架中部设置有水平检测台,在所述水平检测台上设置有压力传感器,在所述机架的上端均匀设置有若干气缸,在所述气缸的活塞杆下端设置有水平压板,在所述机架上设置有与气缸相连接的控制器,在所述控制器上设置有报警器和与压力传感器相连接的压力显示器。优点是:上述热水袋检漏装置,自动化程度高,检测方便,能够快速检测出热水袋是否漏气,检测精度高,满足了企业的生产需求,同时可以有效杜绝漏气的热水袋流入市场,提高用户使用感受和对产品的信任度,消除安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热水袋加工设备,尤其涉及一种热水袋检漏装置。
背景技术
热水袋是人们日常生活的取暖用品,人们在使用过程中不可避免的会对热水袋造成挤压,使其产生局部高压,如果热水袋的质量不过关,存在泄露等问题,很可能会引发一系列安全事故,所以在生产过程中对热水袋的密封性检测已经成为一个必不可少的环节,目前生产过程中检测热水袋的密封性都是直接将热水袋充满气后静置二十四小时,如果体积缩小则表示漏气,这种检验方法检测精确度不高,而且检测效率很低,满足不了企业的生产需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种检测效率高的热水袋检漏装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:热水袋检漏装置,包括:机架,在所述机架中部设置有水平检测台,在所述水平检测台上设置有压力传感器,在所述机架的上端均匀设置有若干气缸,在所述气缸的活塞杆下端设置有水平压板,在所述机架上设置有与气缸相连接的控制器,在所述控制器上设置有报警器和与压力传感器相连接的压力显示器。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案是:在所述水平检测台上端中部设置有定位凹槽,在所述定位凹槽的下方设置有压力传感器。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案是:在所述机架的上端均匀设置有三个气缸。
本发明的优点是:上述热水袋检漏装置,自动化程度高,检测方便,能够快速检测出热水袋是否漏气,检测精度高,满足了企业的生产需求,同时可以有效杜绝漏气的热水袋流入市场,提高用户使用感受和对产品的信任度,消除安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,热水袋检漏装置,包括:机架1,在所述机架1中部设置有水平检测台2,在所述水平检测台2上设置有压力传感器4,在所述机架1的上端均匀设置有若干气缸5,在所述气缸5的活塞杆6下端设置有水平压板7,在所述机架1上设置有与气缸5相连接的控制器8,在所述控制器8上设置有报警器9和与压力传感器4相连接的压力显示器10。
如图1所示,在本实例中,在所述水平检测台2上端中部设置有定位凹槽3,在所述定位凹槽3的下方设置有压力传感器4。
如图1所示,在本实例中,在所述机架1的上端均匀设置有三个气缸5。
上述热水袋检漏装置检测时,通过输送装置将热水袋11输送到水平检测台2上的定位凹槽3内,通过控制器8启动气缸5,气缸5的活塞杆6推动水平压板7向下运动并挤压热水袋11,热水袋11将压力传递到压力传感器4上,如报警器9出现报警,则证明产品不合格,产品漏气,不报警则证明产品合格不漏气。
具体的检测原理是:通过控制器8设定整个检测过程在40秒钟,同时设定一个压力差值c,在10秒钟时取一个压力值a,在30秒钟时取一个压力值b,控制装置8通过计算a-b的差值与c进行比较,如果大于c则证明产品漏气不合格,控制器8会将不合格的信号传递给报警器9,报警器9发出报警信号,由工作人员将不合格的产品取走。
上述热水袋检漏装置,自动化程度高,检测方便,能够快速检测出热水袋是否漏气,检测精度高,满足了企业的生产需求,同时可以有效杜绝漏气的热水袋流入市场,提高用户使用感受和对产品的信任度,消除安全隐患。

1.热水袋检漏装置,其特征在于:包括:机架(1),在所述机架(1)中部设置有水平检测台(2),在所述水平检测台(2)上设置有压力传感器(4),在所述机架(1)的上端均匀设置有若干气缸(5),在所述气缸(5)的活塞杆(6)下端设置有水平压板(7),在所述机架(1)上设置有与气缸(5)相连接的控制器(8),在所述控制器(8)上设置有报警器(9)和与压力传感器(4)相连接的压力显示器(10)。
2.按照权利要求书1所述的检漏装置,其特征在于:在所述水平检测台(2)上端中部设置有定位凹槽(3),在所述定位凹槽(3)的下方设置有传感器(4)。
3.按照权利要求书1或2所述的检漏装置,其特征在于:在所述机架(1)的上端均匀设置有三个气缸(5)。
