Background
The conventional mechanical valve core is shown in fig. 1, although two water outlets are positioned on the same plane, most of the mechanical valve core is switched in a rotary mode, and the two water outlets are not positioned on the same plane as shown in fig. 2, and the mechanical valve core is different from the conventional mechanical valve core in size, structure and water outlet mode, so that the mechanical valve core cannot be upgraded on the basis of the original product, and the research and development period and the fund cost of the product are greatly increased.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, a key switching valve core includes a main body 1, a valve core water diversion body 2, a switching shaft 3 and a key switching component 4.
The body 1 includes a key cover 11 and a lower housing 12, a guiding rib 111 and a hook 112 are disposed on the periphery of the key cover 11, the key cover 11 has an upward extending stepped hole 113, and a guiding slot 121 and a hook 122 respectively adapted to the guiding rib 111 and the hook 112 are disposed at the top opening end of the lower housing 12. The side wall of the lower housing 12 is provided with a water inlet 123, and the bottom is provided with a first water outlet 124 and a second water outlet 125. To filter the water flow entering the cartridge, the water inlet 123 is of a mesh or stripe configuration.
The valve core water diversion body 2 is arranged inside the body 1, and sealing rings are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the water inlet 123 between the outer wall of the valve core water diversion body 2 and the body 1. The side wall of the valve core water diversion body 2 is provided with a water inlet 20 corresponding to the water inlet 123 of the body 1, the side wall is provided with an outer wall 21 and an inner wall 22, a first water outlet 23 communicated with the first water outlet 122 is formed between the outer wall 21 and the inner wall 22, the bottom of the valve core water diversion body 2 is provided with a second water outlet 24 communicated with the second water outlet 125, and the water paths at the upper end and the lower end of the water inlet 20 of the valve core water diversion body 2 are respectively provided with a first shrinkage part 25 with a large upper part and a small lower part and a second shrinkage part 26 with a large upper part.
The switching shaft 3 is arranged in the valve core water diversion body 2, a first sealing piece 31 and a second sealing piece 32 are respectively arranged on the switching shaft 3, and a key switching assembly 4 is arranged at the end part of the switching shaft 3.
The key switching assembly 4 comprises a pawl column 41, a ratchet shaft 42 and a spring 43, the spring 43 is sleeved at the upper end of the switching shaft 3 and then inserted into the ratchet shaft 42, the pawl column 41, the ratchet shaft 42 and the spring 43 are combined to form an automatic pen-type pressing switching mechanism, and the top end of the pawl column 41 extends out from the stepped hole section 113 of the key cover 11.
In order to make the stress of the switching shaft 3 more balanced and the switching more stable, another spring 44 is arranged between the lower end of the switching shaft 3 and the body 1.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the key switching valve core works as follows:
pressing a key switching assembly, switching the shaft to ascend, blocking the second shrinkage part by a second sealing piece at the bottom, closing the second water outlet, and simultaneously, keeping the first sealing piece away from the first shrinkage part, opening the first water outlet, and discharging water from the first water outlet; when the waterway needs to be switched, the key switching assembly is pressed again, the switching shaft descends, the first sealing piece seals the first shrinkage part, the first water outlet is closed, meanwhile, the second sealing piece at the bottom is far away from the second shrinkage part, the second water outlet is opened, and the second water outlet is discharged.
The size of the valve core is basically consistent with that of a traditional mechanical switching valve core in an installation mode, the original product can be basically upgraded, the research and development period and the fund cost of the product are greatly reduced, the precision requirement of the valve core on parts is low, the process is simple, the assembly is simple, the structural stability is high, the yield is high, and the valve core has a very strong competitive advantage in market competition.
