According to the dishwasher of the embodiment of the present invention, the dispenser 100 for the dishwasher or the door assembly 200 for the dishwasher of the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, by using the dispenser 100, the dispensing of various consumables can be realized, and the user experience is good.
A specific embodiment of the dishwasher according to the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
The dishwasher comprises a box body and a door assembly 200, wherein the box body defines a washing cavity, the door assembly 200 comprises a door body 60 and a dispenser 100, the door body 60 is positioned at the front side of the box body, the door body 60 can rotate between an opening position and a closing position, the rotating shafts of the door body 60 and the box body are positioned at the lower sides of the door body 60, the dispenser 100 is arranged at one side of the door assembly 200, which faces the washing cavity, and the dispenser 100 can move along with the door assembly 200 so as to realize the movement between the dispensing position and the using position.
When door body 60 was located the open position, dispenser 100 was located the input position, and the user can put in the consumptive material to stock solution chamber 101, and when door body 60 was located the closed position, dispenser 100 was located the position of use, can put in the consumptive material to dishwasher inside through dispenser 100 from this. A specific embodiment of the dispenser 100 of the present invention is described below with the dispenser 100 in the use position, the dispenser 100 comprising: body 10, housing 20 and pump assembly.
The dispenser 100 includes: a dosing housing and a pump assembly, wherein the dosing housing comprises a body 10 and a housing 20. Put in mouthful 11 in being equipped with on body 10, body 10 has stock solution chamber 101, installation cavity 104 and input channel 103, installation cavity 104 separates with stock solution chamber 101 and input channel 103 respectively, input channel 103 and stock solution chamber 101 intercommunication, the outer mouth 21 of throwing in on interior 11 intercommunication input channel 103 and the shell 20 of throwing in, after the user pours into liquid consumptive material into from outer mouth 21 of throwing in, liquid consumptive material flows to stock solution chamber 101 through throwing in channel 103.
The body 10 further has a storage tank 14, a storage cover 24 is arranged at the position of the storage tank 14, a gap is defined between the storage cover 24 and the storage tank 14, solid consumables can be contained in the storage tank 14, water enters the storage tank 14 through the gap and dissolves the solid consumables, the consumables after dissolution flow into a washing cavity of the dishwasher along with water flow through the gap, and therefore the function of putting in the solid consumables is achieved.
A partition 12 is further arranged in the liquid storage cavity 101, the partition 12 defines a liquid seal cavity 102, a liquid passing gap is defined between the partition 12 and the body 10, and the liquid storage cavity 101 is communicated with the liquid seal cavity 102 through the liquid passing gap.
The shell 20 is connected with the body 10, the shell 20 is provided with a through outer throwing port 21 and a throwing outlet 22, the inner throwing port 11 is communicated with the outer throwing port 21, and consumables can be thrown into the liquid storage cavity 101 through the outer throwing port 21.
The pump assembly comprises a pump body 31, a suction pipe 32 and a pumping pipe 33, the pump body 31 is installed in the installation cavity 104, the pump body 31 comprises a driving module 3101 and a connector module 3102, the connector module 3102 is provided with an inflow port 311 and an outflow port 312, the driving module 3101 is matched with the connector module 3102, the driving module 3101 is used for driving the connector module 3102 to be switched on and off, the connector module 3102 is connected with the suction pipe 32 and the pumping pipe 33 so as to conduct the suction pipe 32 and the pumping pipe 33, and one-way valves are respectively arranged at the inflow port 311 and the outflow port 312 so that the consumable can only flow in one direction at the inflow port 311 and the outflow port.
The lower end of the suction pipe 32 defines a suction port 321, the suction port 321 is located in the liquid seal cavity 102, the upper end of the suction pipe 32 is communicated with the inflow port 311 of the pump body 31, one end of the pumping pipe 33 is communicated with the outflow port 312 of the pump body 31, the other end of the pumping pipe defines a pump outlet, the pump outlet is communicated with the dispensing outlet 22, the suction port 321 sucks the consumable in the liquid storage cavity 101 to the pump port 331, and the consumable in the liquid storage cavity 101 is dispensed into the washing cavity through the dispensing outlet 22.
From this, liquid consumptive material is put in to the washing intracavity through putting in export 22 under the effect of pump spare, and solid consumptive material dissolves the back along with rivers via flowing in the washing chamber through the clearance, puts in ware 100 and can put in the consumptive material of different states to realized function integration and structure integration, simple structure, the cost is lower, and it is nimble convenient to use.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the dispenser 100 further comprises: an indicator light 42 and a press-fit 44. The pressing element 44 is mounted on the housing 20, the pressing element 44 presses the indicator light 42 against the housing 20, and an external sealing ring is arranged between the indicator light 42 and the housing 20. Like this, can prevent that the water seepage from to stock solution chamber 101 in, prevent simultaneously that the consumptive material from leaking to the washing chamber, waterproof nature is better.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a dispenser 100 for a dishwasher further comprises: the light guide 43. Light guide column 43 is installed in shell 20, and pilot lamp 42 is installed in light guide column 43, and the outside sealing washer is located between light guide column 43 and the shell 20, and pressfitting 44 is pressed light guide column 43 to shell 20. Thus, the light guide column 43 has a light guide function, so that the light intensity can be improved, and the light condensation effect is good; and, the external seal ring can prevent water in the dish washer from entering into the liquid storage cavity 101 through the gap between the light guide column 43 and the housing 20, thereby improving waterproofness.
Alternatively, the cross-section of the outer seal ring is rectangular, so that the sealing property between the light guide column 43 and the housing 20 can be further ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, an inner sealing ring 45 is disposed between the pressing member 44 and the light guide column 43. Like this, inside sealing washer 45 can prevent that the water in the dish washer from passing through the gap entering stock solution chamber 101 between pressure part 44 and the leaded light post 43, prevents simultaneously that the consumptive material from leaking the washing chamber, further promotes waterproof nature.
In some examples, the dispenser 100 further has a positioning ring 41, the positioning ring 41 is used for fixing the positioning column 25 of the casing 20 and the outer one of the mounting columns 15 of the body 10 on the door body 60, and a positioning sealing ring is arranged between the positioning ring 41 and the positioning flange. One side surface of the positioning ring 41 may be provided with a positioning groove, for example, the positioning groove is located on the front end surface of the positioning ring 41 and extends along the circumferential direction of the positioning ring 41, and the positioning sealing ring is fitted in the positioning groove and pressed onto the door body 60 by the positioning ring 41, so as to prevent leakage of water and liquid consumables (e.g., washing liquid). Wherein, the location sealing washer can be rubber spare and its cross-section is the rectangle.
It can be understood that the outer one of the positioning column 25 and the mounting column 15 can be in threaded connection with the positioning ring 41, so that the assembly, disassembly and replacement are convenient, and the sealing performance is also enhanced. It can be further understood that the positioning ring 41 fixes the positioning column 25 and one of the mounting columns 15 which is located at the outer side means that when the mounting column 15 is sleeved on the outer side of the positioning column 25, the mounting column 15 is in threaded connection with the positioning ring 41; when the positioning post 25 is sleeved on the outer side of the mounting post 15, the positioning post 25 is in threaded connection with the positioning ring 41.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the dispenser 100 further includes a float 51, the float 51 is disposed in the reservoir 101 in a vertically floating manner, a limiting plate 53 is disposed at the bottom of the reservoir 101, the suction port 321 and the float 51 are respectively disposed below the limiting plate 53, the body 10 is provided with a sensing plate 52, and the float 51 is in communication with the sensing plate 52. For example, the limit plate 53 is arranged at the right side of the liquid storage cavity 101, the matching groove 521 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the floater 51, outside the body 10, the induction plate 52 is matched in the matching groove 521, the reed pipe is arranged on the induction plate 52, the magnetic pipe is arranged on the floater 51, and the reed pipe and the magnetic pipe are mutually induced to enable the floater 51 to communicate with the induction plate 52 in the process that the floater 51 moves up and down, so that the change of the liquid level height of the consumable material in the liquid storage cavity 101 can be detected, and the residual state of the consumable material can be judged by detecting the change of the distance between the floater 51 and the limit plate 53.
For example, the consumable in the liquid storage cavity 101 may have three remaining states, including a sufficient remaining state, an insufficient remaining state, and a depleted remaining state, and when the float 51 is at the highest position, i.e., when the distance between the float 51 and the limiting plate 53 is the minimum, the consumable is in the sufficient remaining state; when the float 51 is at the lowest position, that is, the distance between the float 51 and the limit plate 53 is the largest, the consumable is in a residual consumption state; when the float 51 is positioned between the highest position and the lowest position, the consumable is in an insufficient-remaining state.
According to the dispenser 100 for the dishwasher of the embodiment of the present invention, the change of the liquid level of the consumables in the liquid storage chamber 101 is detected through the communication between the float 51 and the sensing plate 52 which float up and down, and the float 51 is limited by the limiting plate 53, so that the state of the remaining amount of the consumables can be determined by detecting the change of the distance between the float 51 and the limiting plate 53.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the lowest position of the float 51 is above the lowest position of the reservoir 101. Thus, when the float 51 is at the lowest position, that is, the consumable is in the empty state, the remaining liquid consumable is gathered to the lowest position of the liquid storage cavity 101, and at this time, the liquid consumable is still stored in the liquid storage cavity 101 for at least one time of washing, thereby facilitating the use of the user.
Other constructions and operations of dishwashers according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (12)

1. A dispenser for a dishwasher, comprising:
the throwing shell is provided with a liquid storage cavity, an outer throwing port and a throwing outlet, the throwing shell is also provided with a storage groove, a storage cover is arranged at the storage groove, and a passing gap is defined between the storage cover and the storage groove;
the pump assembly is arranged on the throwing shell, the pump assembly is provided with a suction port and a pumping port, and the suction port is communicated with the liquid storage cavity and the pumping port is communicated with the throwing outlet.
2. The dispenser for a dishwasher of claim 1 wherein said dispensing outlet comprises a plurality of spaced dispensing apertures, each of said dispensing apertures forming an elongated aperture.
3. The dispenser for a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein said pump assembly comprises a pump body, a suction pipe and a pumping pipe, one end of said suction pipe being connected to said inflow port of said pump body, the other end of said suction pipe forming said suction port, one end of said pumping pipe being connected to said outflow port of said pump body and the other end forming said pumping port.
4. The dispenser for a dishwasher according to claim 3, wherein the suction ports are in equal number and in one-to-one communication with the inflow ports, and the pumping ports are in equal number and in one-to-one communication with the outflow ports.
5. The dispenser for a dishwasher according to claim 3, wherein the inflow port and the outflow port are one each.
6. The dispenser for a dishwasher of claim 3 wherein said reservoir comprises first and second reservoirs isolated from one another, said inflow port comprises first and second inflow ports, and said outflow port comprises first and second outflow ports,
the first suction port is communicated with the first liquid storage cavity, the first pumping port is communicated with the throwing outlet, and the second suction port is communicated with the second liquid storage cavity, and the second pumping port is communicated with the throwing outlet.
7. The dispenser for a dishwasher of claim 6 wherein said dispensing outlet is in selectable communication with one of said first pumping port and said second pumping port.
8. The dispenser for a dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said dispensing housing is provided with a mounting cavity, said mounting cavity being spaced apart from said reservoir cavity, at least a portion of said pump assembly being mounted within said mounting cavity.
9. The dispenser for a dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said storage troughs comprise at least two, at least two of said storage troughs being axisymmetrically distributed about a center line connecting said outer dispensing opening and said dispensing outlet.
10. The dispenser for a dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the outer dispensing opening, the dispensing outlet and the storage slot are arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction of an imaginary circle.
11. A door assembly for a dishwasher, comprising:
the door body is provided with a mounting hole;
the dispenser for a dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 10, a portion of said dosing housing fitting within said mounting aperture.
12. A dishwasher, comprising a dispenser for a dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 10 or a door assembly for a dishwasher according to claim 11.
