背景技术
电动汽车采用电动控制换档机构,通过判断档位信号控制电机驱动车辆。一般地,档位分为N档、D档和R档,D档和R档信号需要高电压才能驱动电动汽车行驶,而N档信号驱动汽车保持停止状态,无需高电压,在现有的电动汽车档位转换器中,不能通过自动控制装置调节汽车的档位速度,调节效果差,因此需要对现有的汽车旋钮电子换档器进行结构改进。
发明专利内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明专利目的是在于提供一种汽车旋钮电子换档器,结构简单,能够通过单片机进行信号输出以控制电机实现对应的转速。
为了实现上述目的,本发明专利是通过如下的技术方案来实现:汽车旋钮电子换档器,包括档位控制器、档位信号输出电路、LED显示电路、速度信号采集电路和单片机,档位控制器与单片机相连,单片机还与档位信号输出电路、LED显示电路、速度信号采集电路相连。
作为优选,所述的单片机采用PIC16F616。
作为优选,所述的单片机通过稳压器与汽车电源连接。
作为优选,所述的单片机还与刹车电路及油门电路连接。
本发明专利的有益效果:结构简单,能够通过单片机进行信号输出以控制电机实现对应的转速。

参照图1-4,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:汽车旋钮电子换档器,包括档位控制器1、档位信号输出电路2、LED显示电路3、速度信号采集电路4和单片机5,档位控制器1与单片机5相连,单片机5还与档位信号输出电路2、LED显示电路3、速度信号采集电路4相连。
值得注意的是,所述的单片机5采用PIC16F616。
值得注意的是,所述的单片机5通过稳压器与汽车电源连接。
此外,所述的单片机5还与刹车电路及油门电路连接。
本具体实施方式通过单片机PIC16F616来接收档位控制器1输出的档位信号输出电路2的输出信号,经单片机5进行信号转换之后,以根据挂档信号驱动电机进行工作,并且通过单片机5采集电机的速度信号,根据速度进行自动升档或降档,再进行调节驱动电机的速度,控制方便可靠,实用性强。

2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车旋钮电子换档器,其特征在于,所述的单片机(5)采用PIC16F616。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车旋钮电子换档器,其特征在于,所述的单片机(5)通过稳压器与汽车电源连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车旋钮电子换档器,其特征在于,所述的单片机(5)还与刹车电路及油门电路连接。
