Abstract
一种包装纸板生产添加剂,涉及包装材料技术领域,其特征在于:由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、双氧水、烧碱、淀粉、将硅、硼砂、硅砂、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾、次氯酸钠、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇。本发明添加剂的配方工艺新颖,原料成本低,利用该添加剂制作的纸板整体性能卓越,具有优良的品质,有助于提高纸板的成品品质,具有很好的耐高温、防水、防火性能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种包装纸板生产添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
包装纸板是供包装用的纸板的总称。包括白板纸、黄板纸、牛皮纸板、瓦楞纸板等。一般要求具有强韧的耐折度和良好的弯曲性。由木材、稻麦草等为原料,采用不同方法制浆,在纸板机上抄造而成。主要用于制包装纸盒,也用作包装材料或印刷材料等。包装纸板具有轻质、方便的特点,但是其强度低,容易开裂,防水的性能较差。但是现有的纸板粘结添加剂的种类较为简单,防水的性能差,粘性较弱,不耐高温,而且易燃,防火的效果差。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防水、耐高温、防火、粘性强的包装纸板生产添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种包装纸板生产添加剂,由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、双氧水、淀粉、将硅、硼砂、硅砂、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾、次氯酸钠、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇。
一种包装纸板生产添加剂的制备方法,
1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾投入混合机中,在转速为800r/min、温度为40~60℃下混合均匀;
2)将上述步骤中的原料超声20-30min;
3)然后将其放入到反应釜中加入石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、次氯酸钠、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、烧碱进行反应,用300~400℃的温度反应30~45分钟,制得初料A;
4)将氢氧化钠、双氧水、淀粉、将硅、硼砂、硅砂放入到密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度设定在80-95℃,密炼20-25min后结束制得初料B;
5)将密炼后的初料B与初料A混合后在搅拌机中搅拌,其中搅拌温度为80-90℃,搅拌速度为160r/min,搅拌完成后添加剂制备完成。
所述的步骤2)中在50℃下进行。

本发明的有益效果是:该添加剂的配方工艺新颖,原料成本低,利用该添加剂制作的纸板整体性能卓越,具有优良的品质,有助于提高纸板的成品品质,具有很好的耐高温、防水、防火性能。

实施例1:一种包装纸板生产添加剂,由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、双氧水、淀粉、将硅、硼砂、硅砂、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾、次氯酸钠、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇。
一种包装纸板生产添加剂的制备方法,
1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾投入混合机中,在转速为800r/min、温度为40℃下混合均匀;

1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾投入混合机中,在转速为800r/min、温度为50℃下混合均匀;
2)将上述步骤中的原料超声25min;
3)然后将其放入到反应釜中加入石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、次氯酸钠、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、烧碱进行反应,用350℃的温度反应38分钟,制得初料A;
4)将氢氧化钠、双氧水、淀粉、将硅、硼砂、硅砂放入到密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度设定在88℃,密炼22min后结束制得初料B;
5)将密炼后的初料B与初料A混合后在搅拌机中搅拌,其中搅拌温度为805℃,搅拌速度为160r/min,搅拌完成后添加剂制备完成。
步骤2)中在50℃下进行。
步骤2)在高压的条件下进行。
实施例3:
一种包装纸板生产添加剂,由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、双氧水、淀粉、将硅、硼砂、硅砂、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾、次氯酸钠、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇。
一种包装纸板生产添加剂的制备方法,
1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾投入混合机中,在转速为800r/min、温度为60℃下混合均匀;
2)将上述步骤中的原料超声30min;
3)然后将其放入到反应釜中加入石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、次氯酸钠、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、烧碱进行反应,用400℃的温度反应45分钟,制得初料A;
4)将氢氧化钠、双氧水、淀粉、将硅、硼砂、硅砂放入到密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度设定在95℃,密炼25min后结束制得初料B;
5)将密炼后的初料B与初料A混合后在搅拌机中搅拌,其中搅拌温度为90℃,搅拌速度为160r/min,搅拌完成后添加剂制备完成。
步骤2)中在50℃下进行。

1.一种包装纸板生产添加剂,其特征在于:由以下组分制备而成:氢氧化钠、双氧水、淀粉、硅、硼砂、硅砂、石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾、次氯酸钠、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇;
所述的包装纸板生产添加剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)将聚酰亚胺、碳纤维、过氧化苯甲酰、超细氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氰化钾投入混合机中,在转速为800r/min、温度为40~60℃下混合均匀;
2)将上述步骤中的原料超声20-30min;
3)然后将其放入到反应釜中加入石油磺酸钠、高锰酸钾、次氯酸钠、硬脂酸钙、二苯基硅二醇、烧碱进行反应,用300~400℃的温度反应30~45分钟,制得初料A;
4)将氢氧化钠、双氧水、淀粉、将硅、硼砂、硅砂放入到密炼机中进行密炼,密炼温度设定在80-95℃,密炼20-25min后结束制得初料B;
5)将密炼后的初料B与初料A混合后在搅拌机中搅拌,其中搅拌温度为80-90℃,搅拌速度为160r/min,搅拌完成后添加剂制备完成;
