本发明涉及一种鞋制造领域,具体涉及新型高分子复合发泡材料注射高反弹抗衰竭中底及制造方法。
背景技术
目前市场可发泡材料注射的中底弹性不佳,易起皱,韧性差,永久压缩变形率差,反弹衰竭严重,中底穿着舒适期短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型高分子复合发泡材料注射发泡中底及制造方法,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种复合发泡材料注射高反弹抗衰竭中底,按重量比,其原料包括:
EVAC(26-28%):35-40PHR,OBCS:20-25PHR,TPE:20-25PHR,SBBS:8-10PHR,
ZNO:0-0.4PHR,R-103:1-2PHR,著色剂:5-10PHR,
聚乙烯蜡:0.4-0.5PHR,抗收缩剂4-5PHR,
硬脂酸:0.5-1PHR,无味DCP:0.7-0.9PHR,AC:3-3.5PHR,发泡助剂:0.4-0.5PHR。

其中,EVAc 1(VA26%)为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,VA为醋酸乙烯含量,优选台塑EVA7470;EVAc 2(VA28%)优选采用韩国现代EVA 910,两者可以任意比例混合。
OBCS为聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物,优选杜邦Infuse 9107;
TPE优选广东育泰公司G3070,
R-103优选杜邦的二氧化钛,
著色剂为EVA色粒,优选清丰/色真/万泰等公司生产。
抗收缩剂优选东莞鸿富化工TG-01。
AC为偶氮发泡剂,优选海虹AC6000H。
发泡助剂优选科茂T-144。
前述的复合发泡材料注射高反弹抗衰竭中底的制造方法,包括如下步骤:第一步:备料,将称好的主材(EVAC、TPE、SBBS、OBCS)、发泡延缓剂、抗收缩剂、催化剂、发泡助剂、著色剂、润滑剂按比例投放密炼机混炼6-8分钟,温度升温至95-100度时加入交联剂和发泡剂,混炼1-2分钟,温度110度出料投入开炼机,先翻厚一次厚度3-4mm,再束薄二次,厚度1-1.5mm,再翻厚一次,厚度3-4mm,再投入单螺杆挤出造粒机,造粒机模头温度80度,料管温度80度,粒径2.5-3mm,造好的粒放入恒温室静置2小时,
第二步:粒料干燥,将静置好的颗粒放入干燥桶内干燥1小时以上,干燥温度45-50度,
第三步:粒料由注射机自动抽入射枪按设定好的重量注射,射枪温度:100±5度,射速50+/-20%,射压80-90%,模具温度:175±3度,硫化时间300±20秒,定型烘箱温度:80、70、60、50、40±5度,定型时间20分钟以上。
本发明材料打破了历来的常规,利用低催化剂ZNO和发泡延缓剂聚乙烯蜡减缓发泡剂在反应前期分解速度,再利用发泡助剂加速发泡剂在反应后期的分解速度,运用高交联使其泡孔壁增厚,大幅度加强了材料中每个气室的气体承载能力,使发泡出来的中底具有高回弹和高韧性,从而大大提升了产品回弹抗衰竭能力和永久压缩变形恢复率.
本发明材料特点如下:
1.普通发泡材料制作的中底反弹衰竭期短,3-7天下降3-5个百分点,而用本材料制作的中底30天未见明显下降而且稳定,反弹衰竭期的延长,较大幅度的提升了产品的耐疲劳性和永久压缩变形恢复率。
2.本材料注射发泡中底具有PU质感,表面不易起皱,比重0.21-0.25g/cc,比相同硬度的PU材料轻20-30%.
3.本材料注射发泡中底质地弹而实,硬度55+/-3度回弹可达到60-65%,具有较好的避震效果,穿着舒适。

其中,EVAC包括EVAC1和EVAC2各50%,EVAc 1(VA26%)为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,VA为醋酸乙烯含量,台塑EVA7470;EVAc 2(VA28%)采用韩国现代EVA 910,
OBCS为聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物,杜邦Infuse 9107;
TPE为广东育泰公司G3070,
R-103为杜邦的二氧化钛,
著色剂为EVA色粒,清丰公司生产。
抗收缩剂东莞鸿富化工TG-01。
AC为偶氮发泡剂,海虹AC6000H。

第二步:粒料干燥,将静置好的颗粒放入干燥桶内干燥1小时以上,干燥温度45-50度,
第三步:粒料由注射机自动抽入射枪按设定好的重量注射,射枪温度:100±5度,射速50+/-20%,射压80-90%,模具温度:175±3度,硫化时间300±20秒,定型烘箱温度:80、70、60、50、40±5度,定型时间20分钟以上。
