step two: and responding to the locker operation notice, and executing a preset operation.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, different storage cabinets may also have their own communication device and processor, respectively. Alternatively, different lockers may constitute a set of lockers, and each locker in the set of lockers may be uniformly controlled and operated by the same processor, and each locker may share the same communication device.
The locker can receive the locker operation notification in one of the following two ways, including:
the method a: the locker receives a locker operation notification sent by the user terminal based on the connection established between the user terminal and the locker.
Mode b: the locker receives a locker operation notice sent by the server.
The locker operation notification received by the locker may include the following three types:
and (3) notification A: a locker operation notification for indicating the locker to open the door.
The locker may perform an operation of opening the locker door according to the received locker operation notification instructing the locker to open the locker door.
It should be noted that, here, the operation of opening the cabinet door of the locker may be controlled and executed by the processor of the locker, or the operation of opening the cabinet door of the locker may be controlled and executed by the embedded control terminal of the locker.
And B, notification: a locker operation notification for indicating the locker to close the door.
The locker may perform a locker door closing operation according to the received locker operation notification instructing the locker to close the locker door.
And C, notification: and the locker operation notice is used for indicating the locker to send out an alarm.
The locker may perform an alarm issuing operation according to the received locker operation notification instructing the locker to issue an alarm.
In general, in actual use, the following scenarios may occur:
for example, assuming that a plurality of users simultaneously come to the locker set to perform the goods picking operation, the plurality of users perform step 11 and step 12 through mobile phones and send an operation notification for opening the locker doors to the locker set, and at this time, the locker set will open the doors of the plurality of lockers according to the received plurality of operation notifications for opening the lockers, in this case, the user may not know which opened locker stores their own goods.
In order to solve the above problem, in an embodiment, the processor of the locker set provided in this embodiment may notify the user of the user information to which the open locker cell belongs according to the received locker operation notification.
For example, suppose user A, user B, and user C are traveling to the locker to pick up goods at the same time, and suppose that user A's goods are stored in locker cell 1, user B's goods are stored in locker cell 2, and user C's goods are stored in locker cell 3. After the user A, the user B and the user C respectively send locker operation notifications for instructing the locker to open the locker door to the locker through the mobile phones, the locker can send the following three voice broadcasts through voice equipment (such as a sound device): "please user a to extract goods from the locker cell 1", "please user B to extract goods from the locker cell 2" and "please user C to extract goods from the locker cell 3", so that the user can find the corresponding locker cell according to the broadcast content and extract goods; or respectively sending information to the mobile phones of the users, wherein the information received by the mobile phone of the user A is 'please get to the locker cell 1 to extract goods', the information received by the mobile phone of the user B is 'please get to the locker cell 2 to extract goods', and the information received by the mobile phone of the user C is 'please get to the locker cell 3 to extract goods'.
It should be noted that, when a user operates the locker to open through the user terminal and places articles into the locker, the user may forget to close the locker door, which may cause the articles in the user locker to be lost. In order to avoid the above problem, in an implementation manner, the locker provided by the embodiments of the present application may automatically close the locker door, and specifically, the method may include: after the locker finishes the operation of opening the locker door, the locker door is closed after a specified event occurs. The specific event may be, for example, the time when the cabinet door of the locker is opened is used as the starting time, and after a set time period elapses, the locker detects that the cabinet door is not closed. For example, a detection device for transmitting the state (open or closed state) of the cabinet door can be arranged near the cabinet door, so that the information sent by the detection device can be used for judging whether the cabinet door is opened or closed. And under the condition that the cabinet door of the locker is not closed, when the locker does not detect the locker operation notice sent to the locker by the user within the set time length after the locker is opened, the locker automatically closes the cabinet door of the locker.
For example, assuming that the time for automatically closing the cabinet door is set to be 2 minutes by the locker, assuming that the user does not close the cabinet door after putting the goods into the locker, when the locker does not detect the locker operation notification sent to the locker by the user within two minutes, the locker will automatically close the cabinet door. Thereby avoided because the user forgets to close the cabinet door, and caused the loss of article in the locker.
It should be further noted that, the locker provided by the embodiment of the present application may further send a reminding notification to a user using the locker when the locker door is not closed, receive a locker operation notification sent by the user through the user terminal for instructing the locker to close the locker door, and close the locker door in response to the locker operation notification.
For example, assuming that when the door of the locker is not closed and the locker does not detect the locker operation notification sent to the locker by the user within two minutes, the locker will send a locker safety reminder to the user of the locker (for example, "your locker a door is not closed, to avoid missing the articles in your locker, please close the locker door through the mobile phone APP in time"). After receiving the notification, the user can close the operation notification of the cabinet door of the storage cabinet through the APP on the mobile phone, and after receiving the notification, the storage cabinet responds to the operation notification of the storage cabinet to close the cabinet door of the storage cabinet.
Through the locker that this application embodiment 1 provided, when using the locker, the user can be through user terminal (like the cell-phone), through the mode of sending locker operation notice to the locker, control locker cabinet door and carry out operation such as opening or close, and do not need the user to carry out the loaded down with trivial details operation among the prior art to the operating efficiency of locker has been improved.
Example 2
The embodiment of the application introduces an application mode of the locker operation method provided by the embodiment 1 in actual life.
Specifically, the embodiment of the application provides a locker operation method, which is used for solving the problem of low efficiency when the existing self-service locker is used for storing or taking out packages. The specific flow chart of the method is shown in fig. 2, and mainly comprises the following steps:
step 21: the courier inputs the information of the self-picking cabinet and the order information through the user terminal;
the user terminal may be, for example, a mobile phone or a tablet computer of a courier. The self-service cabinet can be produced and provided by an express company, an internet e-commerce company and a third-party manufacturer.
For example, a courier uses a mobile phone to enter self-service cabinet information and an order number. The courier opens the APP on the mobile phone and selects the self-service cabinet storage option, at this time, the APP displays an interface shown in fig. 3, and the courier can click the two-dimensional code scanning key and scan the two-dimensional code on the self-service cabinet through the mobile phone, so that the self-service cabinet information (such as specific position information of the self-service cabinet) is obtained according to the two-dimensional code; the courier scans the bar code on the package through a mobile phone by clicking a bar code scanning key, so as to obtain the order number of the package according to the bar code. In addition, the courier can also manually input the number on the self-service cabinet in a manual input mode to obtain the information of the self-service cabinet; and manually inputting the express number on the package by adopting a manual input mode so as to obtain order information of the package. And uploading the obtained self-service cabinet information and the order number to a server.
It should be noted that the APP may be an APP provided by a self-service cabinet manufacturer, and if the self-service cabinet and the APP are provided by an internet e-commerce company, data of the internet e-commerce company and an express company establishing a cooperative relationship with the internet e-commerce company may be shared by a server of the APP, so that information of the express company providing a mailing service, information of the internet e-commerce company, and information of a user who purchases the package may be obtained through the APP.
Step 22: the courier inputs an instruction for indicating the self-picking cabinet to be opened through the user terminal, opens the self-picking cabinet and puts the package into the self-picking cabinet;
after the courier passes through the post-execution step 21 and finishes information entry, after the courier clicks the 'door opening' button shown in fig. 3, the APP displays the content shown in fig. 4, and if the courier clicks the 'door opening' button, the cabinet door of the self-service cabinet is normally opened, the courier can click the 'door opening' button on fig. 4, place the package of the mail into the self-service cabinet, and close the cabinet door of the self-service cabinet. If the door of the self-service cabinet is not normally opened after the courier clicks the 'door opening' key, the courier can click the 'door not opened' key on fig. 4, the APP displays an interface shown in fig. 3 at the moment, and the courier needs to re-enter information and order numbers of the self-service cabinet. If the courier clicks the "next" button, the APP displays an interface as shown in fig. 3 at this time, and can receive the self-service counter information and the order number newly entered by the courier.
Step 23: the receiving user receives the parcel logistics update notice and arrives at the designated self-picking cabinet according to the parcel logistics update notice;
it should be noted that the package logistics update notification includes "self-service counter information" and "order information" that the courier enters through the execution step 21 and uploads to the server. After the courier performs step 22 and selects "opened door", the server determines the receiving user according to "owner information" in the "order information", and sends a logistics update notification including the "self-service counter information" and the "order information" to the receiving user terminal (for example, a mobile phone). Wherein, also install on the user terminal of consignee appointed APP.
After receiving the notice of updating the logistics of the packages, the user of the goods receiver starts the APP, the APP displays an interface shown in fig. 5 at the moment, the user of the goods receiver clicks a button of the self-picking cabinet to check the information of the self-picking cabinet through the interface shown in fig. 6, and the information reaches the position of the self-picking cabinet according to the position information of the self-picking cabinet in the information of the self-picking cabinet.
Step 24: and the goods receiving user opens the self-picking cabinet by clicking a button on a display interface of the goods receiving user terminal, and takes out the package.
For example, the consignee user may trigger the consignee user terminal to display the two-dimensional code scanning interface shown in fig. 7 by clicking a "scan open door" button on the consignee user terminal interface shown in fig. 6.
And the goods receiver user scans the two-dimensional code displayed on the self-picking cabinet through the goods receiver user terminal to determine that the goods receiver user reaches the position near the self-picking cabinet.
When the user of the goods receiver is determined to have arrived near the self-picking cabinet, the APP displays an interface shown in the figure 8, the prompt information is matched successfully, and then the self-picking cabinet is opened, and goods in the self-picking cabinet are taken out.
When the identity confirmation of the goods receiver user fails, the APP displays an interface shown in fig. 9 to prompt the goods receiver user to make a mistake to find the self-service cabinet.
The above-described flow can be represented by a flow shown in fig. 10.
At present, in the existing self-picking cabinet, before a courier opens the self-picking cabinet to put goods in, the courier needs to input information such as an order number, a name of a goods receiver, a mobile phone number of the courier, a number of the self-picking cabinet and the like of the goods in sequence through an input device (such as a keyboard) provided by the self-picking cabinet, and the information needs to be input in sequence by the courier through an external keyboard, so that the process is very complicated, and a large amount of time is consumed. When the courier needs to open the self-picking cabinet to put in goods, the courier only needs to scan the express bill number of the goods by using a mobile phone to obtain the information such as the order number, the name of the receiver and the mobile phone number of the receiver, and the information obtained from the self-picking cabinet can be obtained by scanning the two-dimensional code displayed on the self-picking cabinet by using the mobile phone without inputting the information by using an external keyboard, so that the time for storing the goods into the self-picking cabinet is shortened.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the normal use of the self-service cabinet, the self-service cabinet needs to be maintained regularly, and the existing self-service cabinet needs to be equipped with a code scanning device, an interactive screen and an external keyboard, so that the purchase and maintenance costs of these devices are high. According to the self-service cabinet provided by the embodiment of the application, all the operation instructions are input by the user terminal, so that the device is not required to be installed, namely, the cost required for maintaining the self-service cabinet is reduced.
It should be further noted that, in the existing self-service cabinet, when a user uses the self-service cabinet to pick up goods, the user needs to input each symbol included in the authentication password to the self-service cabinet through the external keyboard in sequence, so that the self-service cabinet is opened, the process is very tedious, and a large amount of time is consumed. Through the self-service cabinet that this application embodiment provided, when the user wants to open the self-service cabinet and get goods, only need open APP on user terminal (for example, cell-phone) to click corresponding button on the APP, alright with opening corresponding self-service cabinet, therefore reduced from taking out the used time of article from the self-service cabinet.
At present, the authentication password of the existing self-service cabinet is generally sent to a user at a receiving party by a short message, so that the situation that the user deletes the short message by mistake is possible, when the short message with the authentication password is deleted by mistake, the user can only solve the problem of picking up goods by contacting with the customer service of an express company, the process of solving the problem by contacting with the customer service is complex, and the efficiency is low. And the self-service cabinet that this application embodiment provided controls a key through the APP of installation on the user terminal and opens the door, and does not have the problem of authentication password, just does not have the problem that the password loses yet, even the APP on the user terminal is deleted, the user only needs to download installation this APP again to login own account number, can carry out a key operation of opening the door through this APP again.
It should be noted that, with the existing self-service cabinet, after the courier puts the goods into the self-service cabinet, even if the user does not pick up the goods from the self-service cabinet, the user is also indicated to have signed up in the flow of the express company, and in this case, unnecessary economic loss may be caused to the user. According to the self-service cabinet provided by the embodiment of the application, the data of the express company, the network e-commerce company and the user are integrated together through the server, the courier sends goods to the self-service cabinet, the server can inform the customer and the internet e-commerce company, the state of the goods is extracted by the user in the self-service cabinet and the like, the customer and the internet e-commerce company are not informed of the goods to be signed, and therefore the user and the internet e-commerce company can know the state of the goods more accurately.
Through the self-service cabinet that this application embodiment 2 provided, when using the self-service cabinet, the user can directly send operating command to the self-service cabinet through user terminal (like the cell-phone) to can control the self-service cabinet door and open or close, and do not need the user directly to operate the self-service cabinet, thereby improved the efficiency that the goods was deposited and was taken out.
Example 3
The embodiment of the application provides a locker operating means for solve through prior art, when carrying out the parcel and drawing, need the user to carry out loaded down with trivial details operation, the lower problem of efficiency. Fig. 11 shows a specific schematic structural diagram of the apparatus, which includes an operation instruction obtaining unit 31 and an operation instruction sending unit 32.
The operation instruction acquisition unit 31 is used for the user terminal to acquire the operation instruction of the storage cabinet;
an operation instruction transmitting unit 32, configured to transmit, to the locker with communication function, a locker operation notification instructing the locker to perform an operation in response to the locker operation instruction.
In one embodiment, the instruction sending unit 32 is operable to: the method comprises the steps that a user terminal sends a locker operation request to a server to trigger the server to send a locker operation notification to a locker; or the user terminal sends the locker operation notice to the locker based on the connection established between the user terminal and the locker.
In one embodiment, the operation instruction sending unit 32 is further configured to: and receiving an article warehousing notification before the user terminal obtains the operation instruction of the storage cabinet.
In one embodiment, the operation instruction obtaining unit 31 is further configured to: after receiving the article warehousing notification, the user terminal displays a button in a first display interface; receiving the locker operation instruction triggered by operating the button.
In one embodiment, the information presentation unit is configured to: when the article warehousing notification acquired by the instruction acquisition unit contains information to be displayed, the user terminal displays a second display interface containing the information to be displayed; wherein, the information to be displayed comprises at least one of the following: information about the locker; and (4) related information of the warehousing articles.
In one embodiment, an authentication unit to: before the operation instruction sending unit sends the locker operation notification to the locker, an identity verification request containing verification information is sent to a server in response to the locker operation instruction.
In one embodiment, the identity authentication unit is configured to send a locker operation request including authentication information to a server to trigger the server to send the locker operation notification to the locker after the authentication information is verified.
In one embodiment, the identity verification unit is further configured to: receiving a verification result of the server for the identity verification request; and when the received verification result is that the verification fails, displaying a corresponding prompt message.
In one embodiment, the verification information includes at least one of the following information: information about the locker; and obtaining the position information aiming at the user terminal.

In one embodiment, the locker operation notification for instructing the locker to perform an operation comprises at least one of: a locker operation notification for indicating the locker to open the door; a locker operation notification for indicating that the locker closes the door; and the locker operation notice is used for indicating the locker to send out an alarm.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises a path prompting unit for acquiring the position information of the locker; and prompting the information of the path leading to the position of the locker according to the position information of the locker.
In one embodiment, the operation instruction sending unit 32 is configured to, when the operation includes an operation of opening a locker door, include user information in the locker operation notification, and then, the locker operation notification is configured to enable the locker to execute the operation of opening the locker door after determining that the user information matches the article information sent by the server to the locker after receiving the locker operation notification.
In an implementation manner, an embodiment of the present application further provides an information sending apparatus, a schematic structural diagram of the apparatus is shown in fig. 12, and the information sending apparatus includes: an information acquisition unit 41 and an information upload unit 42.
The information acquisition unit 41 is used for acquiring information of the warehousing articles; wherein the warehousing item information at least includes: locker information and user identification;
and the information uploading unit 42 is used for uploading the information of the warehousing articles to a server.
In one embodiment, the information obtaining unit 41 is configured to obtain information of the warehousing items, and includes at least one of: the user terminal obtains information of the warehousing articles in a mode of scanning the two-dimensional code; the user terminal obtains information of the warehousing articles in a bar code scanning mode; and the user terminal obtains the information of the warehoused articles in a key input mode.
In one embodiment, the present application further provides a locker operating device, the specific structural diagram of the device is shown in fig. 13, and the device includes: an operation request receiving unit 51 and an operation notification transmitting unit 52.
The operation request receiving unit 51 is configured to receive a locker operation request sent by a user terminal;
an operation notification sending unit 52, configured to send a locker operation notification to the locker in response to the locker operation request.
In one embodiment, the operation notification sending unit 52 is configured to, when the obtained verification information includes location information of the user terminal, determine whether the location information of the user terminal matches the information about the locker stored by the server, and if the location information of the user terminal matches the information about the locker stored by the server, send a locker operation notification to the locker.
In one embodiment, the operation request receiving unit 51 is further configured to: receiving warehousing article information uploaded by a delivery party user terminal; wherein the warehousing item information at least includes: locker information and user identification; and sending the information of the warehousing articles to a user terminal corresponding to the user identification.
In one embodiment, the present application further provides a locker operating device, which is shown in fig. 14, and includes: an operation notification reception unit 61 and an operation execution unit 62.
The operation notification receiving unit 61 is used for receiving a locker operation notification sent by a user terminal;
and an operation execution unit 62 for executing a predetermined operation in response to the locker operation notification.
In one embodiment, the operation notification receiving unit 61 is configured to: the method comprises the steps that a locker receives locker operation notification sent by a user terminal based on connection established between the user terminal and the locker; or the locker receives a locker operation notice which is sent by the server and triggered by the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the operation execution unit 62 is configured to: responding to a locker operation notice for indicating the locker to open the cabinet door, and executing the operation of opening the locker door; executing a locker door closing operation in response to a locker operation notification instructing the locker to close the locker door; and responding to a locker operation notice for instructing the locker to send out the alarm, and executing the operation of sending out the alarm.
In one embodiment, the operation execution unit 62 is further configured to: and when responding to a locker operation notice for indicating the locker to open the cabinet door, executing the operation of opening the locker door, and executing the operation of closing the locker door after a specified event occurs.
In one embodiment, the operation execution unit 62 is configured to: the locker obtains user information from the locker operation notice; judging whether the user information is matched with the article information sent to the storage cabinet by the server; and if the operation result is matched with the preset value, executing the operation of opening the cabinet door of the locker.
In one embodiment, an embodiment of the present application further provides a locker operating system, including: the first user terminal is used for obtaining a locker operation instruction and responding to the locker operation instruction and sending a locker operation request to the server; the server is used for receiving a locker operation request sent by a first user terminal; sending a locker operation notification to the locker in response to the locker operation request; the locker is used for receiving the locker operation notice; and responding to the locker operation notice, and executing a preset operation.
In one embodiment, the second user terminal is used for obtaining information of the warehousing articles; uploading the information of the warehoused articles to a server; wherein the warehousing item information at least includes: locker information and user identification; and the server is also used for sending the locker information to the first user terminal corresponding to the user identification according to the user identification.
Through the locker that this application embodiment 3 provided, when using the locker, the user can directly send operating command to the locker through user terminal (like the cell-phone) to can control locker cabinet door and open or close, and need not the user and directly operate the locker, thereby improved the efficiency that the goods was deposited and was taken out.

obtaining a locker operation instruction triggered by a user, wherein the user triggers the locker operation instruction by clicking a control button in an APP (application) installed on a user terminal through one key;
in response to the locker operation instruction, sending a locker operation notification for instructing a locker to perform an operation to the locker based on the connection established between the user terminal and the locker, wherein the locker operation notification for instructing the locker to perform an operation comprises: a locker operation notification for indicating the locker to open the door.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the user terminal obtaining the locker operation instructions, the method further comprises:
and the user terminal receives the article warehousing notification.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the user terminal receives the notification of warehousing the item, the method further comprises:

and if the operation result is matched with the preset value, executing the operation of opening the cabinet door of the locker.

the locker is used for receiving the locker operation notice; and responding to the locker operation notice, and executing a predetermined operation, wherein the predetermined operation comprises an operation of opening a locker door.

the second user terminal is used for obtaining information of the articles in storage; uploading the information of the warehoused articles to a server; wherein the warehousing item information at least includes: locker information and user identification;
and the server is also used for sending the locker information to the first user terminal corresponding to the user identification according to the user identification.
