Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of devices consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
After the article to be received reaches the designated position, for example, an express delivery collection point or an express delivery cabinet, the receiver of the article to be received may receive the receiving notification of the article to be received, and the receiver of the article to be received may not conveniently go to the designated position to receive the article to be received immediately when receiving the information, so that it may be easy to forget to receive the article to be received at the designated position subsequently, thereby reducing the effectiveness of the information notification. And under the condition of only receiving the short message, the express short message is set to be in a read state, and the information notification is further delayed.
On the other hand, the types of express companies which deliver the to-be-received objects at present are quite various, the notification information and the pickup modes of the to-be-received objects are various, a user may use various kinds of express, the notification information modes of the to-be-received objects corresponding to different types of express are different, and the receiving modes of the to-be-received objects are also different. Therefore, the notification information mode of the article to be received and the mode of receiving the article to be received are not uniform and complicated.
For example, a user confirms that a relevant self-service express reaches an express cabinet or an express point through an express short message, and then can obtain the express to which the user belongs by performing relevant identity confirmation operations (such as opening a small program to scan a two-dimensional code to obtain the express, opening a small program to show an identity code to obtain the express, and the like) required by the express cabinet or the express point to obtain the express.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of an information processing method according to the present embodiment is provided. The method can be applied to electronic equipment and comprises the following steps:
step S100, determining the storage position of the to-be-received article of the electronic equipment holding user after the delivery is completed.
And step S200, determining the current position of the electronic equipment.
And step S300, outputting prompt information when the relative position between the storage position and the current position meets a first preset condition.
At least the method may be performed in a mobile electronic device, i.e. the execution body of the method may at least comprise the mobile electronic device. The mobile electronic device can comprise a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a vehicle-mounted central control device, a wearable device, an intelligent device and the like, and the intelligent device can comprise an intelligent office device, an intelligent home device and the like.
In step S100, the electronic device holder serves as a receiving party of the to-be-received item, and after the sender mails the to-be-received item to a specified location of the electronic device holder, when the electronic device holder is inconvenient to receive the to-be-received item on the spot or the specified location is inconvenient to store the to-be-received item, the distribution party may distribute the to-be-received item to an express cabinet or an express point, where the express cabinet and the express point are storage locations of the to-be-received item after distribution is completed.
The storage location of the to-be-received item after the distribution is completed may also be other locations where the to-be-received item can be stored, for example, a place where a distributor and a holder of the electronic device negotiate.
The method for determining the storage location is not limited, and for example, the storage location may be determined according to a short message sent by a distributor, or may be determined through an instant message in another application program. The short message and the instant communication message can both comprise the storage position information of the article to be received, and the electronic equipment can identify the content in the short message or the instant communication message, so that the storage position can be determined according to the identified storage position information.
With respect to step S200, after determining the storage location, the current location of the electronic device may also be determined. The electronic equipment can determine the current position of the electronic equipment, a positioning module is arranged in the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment is positioned through the positioning module or an application program with positioning authority to determine the current position of the electronic equipment.
In one embodiment, the current location of the electronic device is associated with the current location of the holder of the electronic device, the current location of the electronic device is determined based on the current location of the holder of the electronic device, and the current location of the electronic device moves as the location of the holder of the electronic device moves.
For step S200, the electronic device may determine the current location of the electronic device.
For step S300, it may be determined whether to output a prompt message for prompting the holder of the electronic device that the item to be received needs to be received in the vicinity of the current location, according to the storage location of the item to be received and the current location of the electronic device. When the electronic equipment holder carries the electronic equipment to reach the position near the storage position, the prompt information is output to prompt the electronic equipment holder, and the electronic equipment holder can go to the storage position to receive the articles to be received. When the prompt message is sent to the electronic equipment when the received article arrives at the storage position, the electronic equipment holder is inconvenient to go to the storage position immediately, so that the follow-up situation that the electronic equipment holder forgets to go to the storage position is avoided, the effectiveness of the prompt message is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In one embodiment, the hint information includes: the vibration prompt information, the voice prompt information and/or the light prompt information and the like can prompt the holder of the electronic equipment.
In one embodiment, for step S300, when the relative position between the storage position and the current position satisfies a first preset condition, a prompt message is output. The first preset condition may be determined according to actual use requirements.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
when the relative position between the storage position and the current position is smaller than the first preset distance, it indicates that the holder of the electronic device has carried the electronic device into a prompting range, where the prompting range may be a range centered on the storage position and having the first preset distance as a radius, and then the electronic device outputs a prompting message. The first preset distance is not limited and can be adjusted according to the use scene.
For example, if the first preset distance is 50 meters and the relative position between the storage position and the current position is 49 meters, the electronic device outputs the prompt message. When the electronic equipment is in an area with the storage position as the center and within a radius of 50 meters, the electronic equipment outputs prompt information.
After determining the storage position and the current position, the electronic device may determine a relative position between the storage position and the current position, and may also determine a relationship between the relative position and a first preset distance, that is, whether a distance between the placement position and the current position is smaller than the first preset distance. The specific determination process is not limited.
In one embodiment, for step S300, when the relative position between the storage position and the current position satisfies the first preset condition, outputting the prompt message may further include:
and outputting prompt information when the length of the moving route from the current position to the storage position is less than the preset length.
After determining the current position of the electronic equipment and the storage position of the article to be received, the electronic equipment can determine a moving route from the current position to the storage position, and then determine whether to output prompt information according to the length of the moving route and the preset length. For example, the electronic device outputs the prompt message when determining that the length of the moving route is less than the preset length.
The movement route from the current location to the storage location may be determined by the map application.
Whether prompt information is output or not is determined according to the dimension of the actual moving route length, the moving route of the electronic equipment holder to the storage position is improved, and the prompting accuracy and effectiveness are further improved. The situations of inaccurate prompt and low effectiveness caused by the fact that the electronic equipment holder cannot reach the storage position according to the linear distance between the storage position and the current position when the linear distance between the storage position and the current position is smaller than the length of the moving route are reduced.
For example, the first preset distance is 50 meters, the relative position between the storage position and the current position is 49 meters, and the relative position between the storage position and the current position is smaller than the first preset distance. However, the length of the travel route from the storage position to the current position is 400 meters, and the travel route from the current position cannot reach the storage position according to the distance from the relative position, and needs to be traveled 400 meters on an actual road. In this case, if the electronic device outputs the prompt message when the relative position between the current position and the storage position is 20 meters, the holding user of the electronic device needs to move a distance of 400 meters to reach the storage position, and if something else is in the middle of the process, the user may forget the prompt when reaching the storage position.
The length of a moving route from the current position to the storage position is 29 meters, and when the length is less than the preset length of 30 meters, the electronic equipment outputs prompt information to remind the user that the electronic equipment holds articles to be received near the current position. Because the current position is very close to the storage position, the electronic equipment can be effectively reminded that the user holding the electronic equipment moves to the storage position to receive the articles to be received, and the effectiveness of the prompt message is improved.
In another embodiment, the step S100 of determining the storage location of the to-be-received item of the electronic device holding user after the distribution is completed includes:
and determining the storage position according to the information from the preset sending end. The information of the preset transmitting end may include: short messages or instant messaging messages.
The electronic device may first receive information for determining a storage location of the article to be received, and then determine the storage location of the article to be received after the article to be received is delivered according to the information for determining the storage location of the article to be received.
The information for determining the storage location of the item to be received may include: and determining the storage position according to the information sent from the preset sending end.
The information sent by the preset sending end may include: the preset sending end can be the electronic equipment used by the distribution party. For example, the courier uses a short message sent by a special mobile phone, and the short message comprises the storage position of the article to be received.
The information sent by the preset sending end may further include: the preset sending end can be an electronic device for sending the instant communication message. For example, the WeChat friend sends a WeChat message through WeChat, and the WeChat message comprises storage address information for receiving an item to be received. The electronic device can identify the content in the WeChat message after receiving the WeChat message, so as to determine the storage position.
Of course, any other method of determining the storage location of the items to be received is possible.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of another information processing method, the method further includes:
step S400, displaying calling interface information when the relative position between the current position and the storage position meets a second preset condition;
step S500, when detecting the calling operation acting on the calling interface information, displaying a target page; the target page is used for performing authority verification operation before the article is extracted through the second device for storing the article to be extracted.
For step S400, the second preset condition may include: and the second preset distance is smaller than the first preset distance. And displaying the calling interface information when the relative position between the current position and the storage position is smaller than a second preset distance.
For example, the first predetermined distance is 50 meters and the second predetermined distance is 10 meters. When the relative position between the current position and the storage position is less than 50 meters, the electronic equipment outputs prompt information to prompt the holder of the electronic equipment to go to the storage position. When the relative position between the current position and the storage position is less than 10 meters, the holder of the electronic equipment is close to the storage position to receive the article to be received. And then displaying and calling interface information, so that the holder of the electronic equipment can receive the article to be received conveniently.
The second preset condition may further include: the current position and the storage position coincide. And displaying the calling interface information when the current position is coincident with the storage position. When the current position and the storage position are coincident, the electronic equipment holder is proved to have carried the electronic equipment to the storage position, and the article to be received is accurately received.
The manner of displaying the call interface information is not limited, and the call interface information may be displayed on a current page of the electronic device, or may be displayed on a designated page, such as a short message page or an instant messaging application page. The form of the call interface information is not limited, and may be in the form of a link, or in the form of a control, such as a button.
In step S500, the electronic device may further detect a call operation applied to the call interface information, and when the call operation is detected, a target page may be displayed, and the target page may perform an authorization verification operation before article extraction through the second device storing the article to be extracted.
The target page may be a page different from the real call interface information, jumping from the page displaying the call interface information to the target page.
For example, the article to be received exists in the second device a, the authority verification needs to be performed when the article to be received is extracted from the second device a, the article to be received can be extracted after the verification is successful, and the target page is a page capable of performing the authority verification operation through the second device a.
Calling interface information of different types of second equipment can be displayed through the steps S400 and S500, and a target page for authority verification operation before article extraction through the second equipment can be displayed according to calling operation acted on the calling interface information. The electronic equipment holder only needs to operate the calling interface information, for example, the motor calls the interface information, the authority verification operation before the article is extracted can be carried out through the second equipment, and the article to be extracted can be extracted after the verification is successful. The electronic equipment holder does not need to open the corresponding application program according to the verification operation of the second equipment, then operates different pages in the application program, and then utilizes the corresponding pages to perform verification and other operations. The operation steps of the user are saved, the extraction efficiency of the user for extracting the object to be received is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In one embodiment, the second device may store a courier cabinet to receive items.
In another embodiment, in step S400, displaying the calling interface information includes:
and identifying the type of the second equipment according to the content of the information sent by the preset sending end, and displaying calling interface information matched with the second equipment according to the type of the second equipment.
In this embodiment, when displaying the call interface information, the electronic device may identify content of information sent by the preset sending end, where the content of the information sent by the preset sending end includes indication information indicating a type of the second device, and then determine the type of the second device according to the identified indication information. And displaying calling interface information according to the type of the second equipment, wherein the calling interface information is the calling interface information matched with the second equipment, and the calling interface information can call an application program having an authorization relation with the second equipment, so that a target page is displayed through the application program.
For example, it is preset that the content of the information sent by the sending end is "[ honeycomb ], and a honeycomb E cabinet at the cell XXX cell doorway is wrapped," the electronic device may identify that the type of the second device is "honeycomb" according to the indication information "[ honeycomb ] and" honeycomb E cabinet "indicating the type of the second device, and then display the call interface information. The calling interface information may call an application having an authorization relationship with the second device, such as a cellular APP and a third-party application (payroll, wechat, etc.), so as to display the target page.
For another example, if a package is taken in a post locker at the gate of the XXX cell, the electronic device may recognize that the type of the second device is "post" according to the indication information "post" and "post locker" indicating the type of the second device, and then display the call interface information. The calling interface information may call an application having an authorization relationship with the second device, such as a postal APP and a third-party application (paypal, wechat, etc.), so as to facilitate displaying the target page.
In another embodiment, the target page includes:
a first page for verifying the first right verification information displayed by the second device;
when the target page is the first page, the target page may verify the first right verification information displayed by the second device, and at this time, the second device may display the first right verification information. The first weight verification information is used for the electronic device to perform authority verification, and a target page displayed by the electronic device can verify the first authority verification information.
The first authority verification information can be authority verification codes such as two-dimensional codes and bar codes, the target page can be a scanning page for scanning the first authority verification information, and the scanning page can call a camera of the electronic device to scan the first authority verification information.
In one embodiment, the target page may be a page that matches the second device or has an association relationship such as binding, so that the first right verification information displayed by the second device can be correctly verified.
For example, the target page H1 has a matching relationship or a binding relationship with the second device a, and the target page H1 can correctly scan the first right verification information displayed by the second device a. For another example, the second device is a cellular express cabinet, and the target page is a scan page in an application program having a binding relationship with the cellular express cabinet, such as a scan page in a cellular application program, for example, a scan page in a cellular APP having an authorization relationship with a cellular or a scan page in a third-party application program, so that the target page can normally scan the first permission verification information. For another example, if the second device is a device for a parcel of a vegetable and bird, the target page is a scan page of an application program having an authorization relationship with the parcel of the vegetable and bird.
In another embodiment, the target page may further include:
and the second page is used for the second equipment to carry out authority verification, and second authority verification information is displayed in the second page.
And after the target page displays the second authority verification information, the second equipment can verify the second authority verification information, so that the electronic equipment holder can conveniently extract the article to be received.
Specifically, the second permission verification information can be scanned through the scanning module in the second device, and after the second device passes the verification, the cabinet door can be opened to enable the electronic device holder to extract the article to be received.
In another embodiment, the information sent by the preset sending end further includes: and the third authority verification information can be verification information in the form of numbers and/or letters such as short message verification codes and pickup codes.
According to the display call interface information, the method further comprises the following steps:
and generating and displaying the calling interface information according to the third permission verification information.
The method further comprises the following steps:
and when the calling operation acting on the calling interface information is detected, broadcasting the third permission verification information.
For example, the information sent by the preset sending end includes: and the electronic equipment used by the delivery party sends information for identifying the storage position of a certain article to be received and third authority verification information in a short message form. For example, in the XX express delivery, the XX cell is a receiving point, the pickup code is the pickup code, that is, the third authority verification information is the pickup code, the pickup code is required when the XX cell extracts the express delivery at the receiving point, and the pickup code is provided for relevant personnel, so that the relevant personnel can determine the corresponding article to be received according to the pickup code. In this case, the electronic device may generate and display corresponding calling interface information according to information identifying a storage location of a certain article to be received and third permission verification information, which are sent in a form of a short message by the electronic device used by the delivery party, and broadcast the pickup code for use by a relevant person at the pick-up point when a calling operation acting on the calling interface information is detected.
And when the plurality of pieces of information sent by the preset sending end respectively comprise third authority verification information, respectively generating calling interface information according to the third authority verification information, and displaying the generated plurality of calling interface information. When detecting a call operation acting on certain call interface information, broadcasting third permission verification information corresponding to the call interface information, namely broadcasting the third permission verification information for generating the call interface information.
In another embodiment, the method further comprises:
and marking the article to be received as a state received by the electronic equipment holding user after detecting the calling operation. The marking may be by text or color, etc.
In another embodiment, the information sent by the preset sending end further includes: an order number of an article to be received;
referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of another information processing is shown. The method further comprises the following steps:
step S10, sending order number to server;
step S20, feedback information returned by the server is received; the feedback information is used for indicating whether the article to be received is in a state of being received by the user held by the electronic equipment;
and step S30, according to the feedback information, marking the article to be received in the information sent by the preset sending end as the state received by the user held by the electronic equipment.
And determining whether the article to be received is received by the user holding the electronic equipment or not from the server through the order number of the article to be received, and marking the article to be received in the information sent by the preset sending terminal as the state of being received by the user holding the electronic equipment when the feedback information shows that the article to be received is the state of being received by the user holding the electronic equipment. Therefore, the situations that prompt information is repeatedly output, interface information is displayed and called and a target page is repeatedly displayed according to the same article to be received in the information sent by the preset sending end can be reduced.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus applied to an electronic device is shown, the apparatus includes:
the storage position determining module 1 is used for determining the storage position of the to-be-received article of the user held by the electronic equipment after the delivery is completed;
a current position determining module 2, configured to determine a current position of the electronic device;
and the prompt information output module 3 is used for outputting prompt information when the relative position between the storage position and the current position meets a first preset condition.
In another embodiment, the prompt information output module 3 is specifically configured to:
when the distance between the storage position and the current position is smaller than a preset distance, outputting the prompt message;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and outputting the prompt information when the length of a moving route from the current position to the storage position is less than a preset length.
In another embodiment, the prompt message includes: vibration prompt information, voice prompt information and/or light prompt information.
In another embodiment, the storage location determining module 1 is specifically configured to:
and determining the storage position according to information from a preset sending end.
The information includes:
short messages;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
