In view of the above, the embodiment of the invention provides a picking method for picking up a delivery piece, so as to solve the problem that the delivery robot waits for a user to pick up a piece for a long time to influence the follow-up delivery of the delivery piece when the delivery robot delivers goods in the prior art.

According to the technical scheme, when the delivery robot delivers the target delivery piece, when the user is monitored to take the target delivery piece, the identification information of the current user can be acquired, and an authorization request message is sent to the target terminal equipment of the addressee of the target delivery piece. In the prior art, when a delivery robot delivers a delivery piece, after reaching a delivery address, the delivery robot needs to wait for a user to take out the currently delivered goods before delivering the next delivery piece. If the recipient cannot pick up the piece due to the accident or cannot pick up the piece in time, the delivery robot waits for a lot of time, thereby affecting the delivery of the subsequent delivery pieces.
Based on the above description, the embodiment of the invention provides a method for picking up a delivery piece. Specifically, when the first device for accessing the delivery piece monitors the delivery piece taking operation of the user on the target delivery piece stored in the first device, the identification information of the user is collected, and an authorization request message comprising the identification information is sent to the target terminal device. The target terminal equipment is the terminal equipment of the addressee of the target delivery piece. The addressee of the target delivery piece can issue an authorization response message through the target terminal equipment to indicate whether the first equipment authorizes the current user to carry out the delivery piece taking operation on the target delivery piece, so that the technical effect that when the addressee is inconvenient, the addressee can take the piece through other people is realized, and the situation that the addressee of the current delivery piece cannot take the piece in time to influence the delivery of the subsequent delivery piece is avoided.
It should be noted that, in the technical solution of the present invention, the first device may be a plurality of devices having a function of accessing the delivery piece, for example, the aforementioned delivery robot, or an existing express cabinet, or other devices having a function of accessing the delivery piece that may occur in the future. In the technical solution of the present invention, the form of the first device is not specifically limited, but for convenience of explanation, in the embodiment and the subsequent embodiments of the present invention, the first device will be explained by taking the dispensing robot as an example.

In a specific embodiment, after the delivery robot acquires the order information of the target delivery piece, the delivery robot may establish a communication connection with the target terminal device of the recipient indicated in the order information. Before the target delivery piece is taken out, the delivery robot may receive an instruction related to modification of the delivery piece information sent by the target terminal device, for example, may receive an instruction message for changing the delivery piece address of the target delivery piece to the first delivery piece address.
S102, the delivery robot changes the receiving address of the target delivery piece into a first receiving address according to the indication information, and delivers the target delivery piece to the first receiving address.
In a particular embodiment, the indication may include an order number and a first recipient address of the target dispatch. After receiving the indication information sent by the target terminal equipment, the delivery robot modifies the receiving information of the target delivery piece and changes the receiving address into a first receiving address.
In a specific embodiment, the indication information may further include a contact manner of the sender specified by the recipient. After receiving the indication information, the delivery robot can send a delivery notification for picking up the target delivery to the user of the contact way.
It should be noted that steps S101 to S102 are optional steps.
S103, if the distance between the current position of the delivery robot and the first receiving address is smaller than a preset value, acquiring the identity information of the user when the user triggers the picking operation of the target delivery piece.
In a specific embodiment, the delivery robot with the function of accessing the delivery part monitors the delivery part taking operation of the target delivery part triggered by the user when approaching the first delivery part address. At this time, the dispensing robot can send out a prompt tone or display a prompt interface to prompt and collect the identity information input by the current user. The identification information can be image or video information of a human face, or other information, such as identification card information, information of a received mobile phone number and the like.

In a specific embodiment, after acquiring the identity information of the current pick-up user, the delivery robot determines a target terminal device of a recipient of the target delivery piece according to order information of the target delivery piece, and sends an authorization request message to the target terminal device through a cloud. The authorization request message carries the identity information of the current user. The authorization request message may be sent in various forms, for example, by voice call, short message or by pushing a notification message by a dedicated application, and the specific manner is not limited herein.
S105, the distribution robot receives the authorization response message sent by the target terminal device, and determines whether to generate a pickup instruction according to the pickup operation according to the authorization response message.
In a specific embodiment, after receiving the authorization response message, the delivery robot determines whether the recipient authorizes the current user to take the target delivery piece according to the authorization response message. If the authorization is determined, the delivery robot generates a delivery instruction, determines an express cabinet where the target delivery piece is located according to the order number of the target delivery piece, and opens the express cabinet. After the user takes out the target delivery piece, the delivery robot can send a piece taking completion message to the target terminal device. If the fact that the user is unauthorized is determined, the delivery robot does not generate a pickup instruction, and prompt information can be generated to prompt that the current user has no permission to pick up the pickup.

In a specific embodiment, when the user determines that the piece cannot be fetched, the target terminal device may query the cloud server by using the order number of the target delivery piece, and determine the delivery robot currently responsible for delivering the target delivery piece. And then, the target terminal equipment monitors user operation and can send indication information for changing the delivery address of the target delivery piece into the first delivery address to the delivery robot through the cloud.
The target terminal device may be a communication device, including any terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant (personal digital assistant, PDA), a notebook computer (notebook computer), or a vehicle-mounted computer.
It should be noted that step S201 is an optional step.
S202, the target terminal equipment receives an authorization request message sent by the delivery robot, wherein the authorization request message comprises the identity information of a user who performs the delivery operation on the target delivery part currently.
In a specific embodiment, the target terminal device may receive, in multiple forms, an authorization request message sent by the delivery robot, where the authorization request message carries identification information of a user who performs a delivery operation on the target delivery piece currently. S203, the target terminal equipment generates prompt information whether to give operation permission or not according to the identity information.
In a specific embodiment, after receiving the authorization request message, the target terminal device may generate a prompt message about whether to give the operation authority. Specifically, the prompt information can be in various forms, and can be voice, image or text message. If the authorization request message is by voice call, the identification information may be the name of the user, the prompt information may be voice information, and the user may be prompted in the voice information whether to perform authorization operation, for example, "the current your express delivery is received by Zhang Sandai, please confirm whether to authorize the other party to get the part, agree to get the part to press the # key, reject the other party to get the part, please press the # key". The authorization response message is used for indicating whether the delivery robot generates a delivery instruction, if so, the delivery robot can open the responsive delivery cabinet, otherwise, the delivery robot can refuse to open the delivery cabinet.

In a specific embodiment, if the distance between the current position of the delivery robot and the first receiving address is smaller than a preset value, the delivery robot sends a request message for reassigning the receiving address to the target terminal device when the delivery robot does not monitor the user-triggered picking operation for the target delivery piece within a preset time period. Specifically, after the delivery robot reaches the first recipient address attachment (the distance difference between the current position of the delivery robot and the first recipient address is smaller than a preset value), waiting for a preset time period. In a specific embodiment, the target terminal device listens to the user operation and sends an indication message to the delivery robot to change the destination address of the target delivery piece to the second destination address. Specifically, after receiving the request message for reassigning the recipient address, the target terminal device may display a prompt message to prompt the user to reassign the recipient address. The prompt information can be in the form of voice, text or a prompt interface. As shown in fig. 3B, the target terminal may first generate a prompt message in the notification bar, and after listening to the click operation of the user, display a prompt interface to prompt the user to reassign the second recipient address for the target delivery. After the second receiving address is determined, the target terminal device sends an indication message for changing the receiving address of the target delivery piece to the second receiving address to the delivery robot.
