To sum up, an embodiment of the present invention provides a distribution method and device, including: receiving a key signal of the earphone; when the delivery application is determined to be the application used by the user, starting a voice assistant of the delivery application according to the key signal; receiving a first voice instruction corresponding to an order input by a user, wherein the first voice instruction is input by the user through the earphone; and recognizing the first voice instruction through a voice assistant of the delivery application, and processing the order according to the recognized first voice instruction. The distribution device starts the voice assistant of the distribution application after receiving the key signal through the earphone, the distribution personnel input the voice instruction through the earphone, and the voice assistant of the distribution application identifies the voice instruction to realize the key operation of the order, so that the distribution personnel can realize the operation of the order without touching the mobile phone screen, and the sight line can be absorbed on the road without watching the mobile phone screen in the cycling distribution process, thereby improving the distribution efficiency on the one hand. On the other hand, potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the sight line concerns the road and the mobile phone screen simultaneously in the distribution process are avoided.
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a dispensing device, as shown in fig. 4, including:
a receiving module 401, configured to receive a key signal of an earphone;
a processing module 402, configured to, when it is determined that the delivery application is an application being used by a user, start a voice assistant of the delivery application according to the key signal;
the receiving module 401 is configured to receive a first voice instruction corresponding to an order input by a user, where the first voice instruction is input by the user through the earphone;
the processing module 402 is configured to recognize the first voice instruction by the voice assistant of the delivery application, and process the order according to the recognized first voice instruction.
Optionally, the processing module 402 is specifically configured to:
and when the key signal is determined to be the click key signal and the delivery application is the application used by the user, starting the voice assistant of the delivery application according to the key signal.
Optionally, the processing module 402 is specifically configured to:
playing the verification voice of the first voice instruction according to the recognized first voice instruction, wherein the verification voice is played through the earphone;
receiving a second voice instruction input by the user, wherein the second voice instruction is a voice instruction for confirming the verification voice by the user, and the second voice instruction is input by the user through the earphone;
and recognizing the second voice instruction by the voice assistant of the delivery application, and processing the order according to the recognized first voice instruction and the recognized second voice instruction.
Optionally, the processing module 402 is further configured to:
and playing reminding voice related to the order, wherein the content of the reminding voice at least comprises order state information.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, which may be specifically a desktop computer, a portable computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like. The electronic device may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a memory, an input/output device, etc., the input device may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, etc., and the output device may include a Display device, such as a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), etc.
The memory, which may include Read Only Memory (ROM) and Random Access Memory (RAM), is used to store one or more computer instructions. In an embodiment of the invention, the memory may be used to store computer instructions for the distribution method;
and the processor is used for calling the computer instruction stored in the memory and executing the distribution method according to the obtained computer instruction.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and the computer-executable instructions are used for causing a computer to execute a distribution method.
It should be apparent to those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. A method of distribution, comprising:
receiving a key signal of the earphone;
when the delivery application is determined to be the application used by the user, starting a voice assistant of the delivery application according to the key signal;
receiving a first voice instruction corresponding to an order input by a user, wherein the first voice instruction is input by the user through the earphone;
and recognizing the first voice instruction through a voice assistant of the delivery application, and processing the order according to the recognized first voice instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein initiating the voice assistant for the delivery application in accordance with the key signal upon determining that the delivery application is an application being used by a user comprises:
and when the key signal is determined to be the click key signal and the delivery application is the application used by the user, starting the voice assistant of the delivery application according to the key signal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said processing the order according to the identified first voice instruction comprises:
playing the verification voice of the first voice instruction according to the recognized first voice instruction, wherein the verification voice is played through the earphone;
receiving a second voice instruction input by the user, wherein the second voice instruction is a voice instruction for confirming the verification voice by the user, and the second voice instruction is input by the user through the earphone;
and recognizing the second voice instruction by the voice assistant of the delivery application, and processing the order according to the recognized first voice instruction and the recognized second voice instruction.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and playing reminding voice related to the order, wherein the content of the reminding voice at least comprises order state information.
5. A dispensing device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a key signal of the earphone;
the processing module is used for starting the voice assistant of the delivery application according to the key signal when the delivery application is determined to be the application used by the user;
the receiving module is used for receiving a first voice instruction corresponding to an order input by a user, and the first voice instruction is input by the user through the earphone;
the processing module is used for recognizing the first voice instruction through the voice assistant of the delivery application and processing the order according to the recognized first voice instruction.
6. The dispensing device of claim 5, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to: and when the key signal is determined to be the click key signal and the delivery application is the application used by the user, starting the voice assistant of the delivery application according to the key signal.
7. The dispensing device of claim 5, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to:
playing the verification voice of the first voice instruction according to the recognized first voice instruction, wherein the verification voice is played through the earphone;
receiving a second voice instruction input by the user, wherein the second voice instruction is a voice instruction for confirming the verification voice by the user, and the second voice instruction is input by the user through the earphone;
and recognizing the second voice instruction by the voice assistant of the delivery application, and processing the order according to the recognized first voice instruction and the recognized second voice instruction.
8. The dispensing device of claim 5 wherein the processing module is further configured to:
and playing reminding voice related to the order, wherein the content of the reminding voice at least comprises order state information.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory and a processor; wherein,
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions, when executed by the processor, implement the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
