发明内容

带有温控装置的生活垃圾制砖生产线,包括制砖机、码砖机、窑车、砖料库、搅拌机、隧道式焙烧窑,隧道式焙烧窑包括多条并排分布的隧道,所述隧道的两端分别设有横向轨道,所述横向轨道上设有滑车,所述隧道内设有纵向轨道,所述隧道分为多条预热隧道和焙烧隧道,砖料库中的砖料经搅拌机送入制砖机,码砖机将制砖机制出的砖坯放置到窑车上,窑车经滑车送入第一个预热隧道的纵向轨道上并沿着纵向轨道向前移动,窑车从第一个预热隧道出来经滑车送入相邻的第二个预热隧道内的纵向轨道上并沿着纵向轨道向前移动,窑车从最后一个预热隧道中出来经滑车送入焙烧隧道对窑车中的砖坯进行焙烧;还包括温控装置,所述温控装置,包括多个温度传感器、控制器、风机、总管路和支流管路,风机设在总管路上,总管路的一端与焙烧隧道连通,另一端通过支流管路与各个预热隧道连通,各个支流管路上设有电磁阀,温度传感器设在各个预热隧道中,温度传感器将各个预热隧道中的温度数据传送给控制器,控制器对风机和电磁阀进行开关控制。
所述焙烧隧道的顶部设有加煤器,所述加煤器,包括电机、减速箱、料仓、螺旋轴、排料管和加料管,加料管的下端伸入到焙烧隧道内,加料管的上端与排料管连通,排料管设在料仓的侧底部,螺旋轴设在料仓中,所述电机通过减速箱带动螺旋轴,螺旋轴推动料仓内的煤向料仓的排料管移动,煤依经排料管、加料管落入焙烧隧道。
还包括碳泥仓、泥仓和混料机,泥仓中的泥料和碳泥仓中的碳化煤泥送入混料机中,经混料机送入砖料库中。
还包括可燃垃圾碳化机和碳化煤泥混合机,从碳化机中排出的碳化料送入碳化煤泥混合机,碳化煤泥混合机将碳化料和干燥的不可燃垃圾混合后送入所述的碳泥仓。
本发明的有益效果:本专利先预热,再烧砖的方式,并且预热时,从低温预热隧道逐级移向高温预热隧道,最后进入焙烧隧道,不仅使热量得到了充分利用,而且还提高了烧砖的工作效率;对于可燃垃圾利用碳化机进行碳化,以生成粗煤气、焦油和碳化料,可将碳化料和不可燃垃圾一起掺入砖料中,制成砖坯,不仅使砖坯具有燃烧的能力,以节省能源,而且还将所有垃圾得到了充分利用;
由于增设了加煤器,在控制器的控制下,能自动地给焙烧隧道加煤,大大方便了操作。
由于增设了温控器,能方便地控制各个预热隧道的温度,保证从第一预热隧道到最后一个预热隧道温度逐渐升高,这样控温大大提高了砖坯的预热干燥效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
如图1、2所示,一种带有温控装置的生活垃圾制砖生产线,包括碳化机1、碳化煤泥混合机2、制砖机35、码砖机36、窑车37、砖料库38、泥仓39、混料机40、搅拌机41以及隧道式焙烧窑14和碳泥仓42,从碳化机1中排出的碳化料送入碳化煤泥混合机2,碳化煤泥混合机2上设有不可燃垃圾输入斗3,碳化煤泥混合机2将碳化料和不可燃垃圾混合后送入碳泥仓42。隧道式焙烧窑14包括多条并排分布的隧道,所述隧道的两端分别设有横向轨道43,所述横向轨道43上设有滑车44,所述隧道内设有纵向轨道45,所述隧道分为多条预热隧道46和焙烧隧道47,泥仓39中的泥料和碳泥仓42中的碳化煤泥送入混料机40中,经混料机40送入砖料库38中,砖料库38中的砖料经搅拌机41送入制砖机35,码砖机36将制砖机35制出的砖坯50放置到窑车37上,窑车37经滑车44送入第一个预热隧道46的纵向轨道45上并沿着纵向轨道45向前移动,窑车从第一个预热隧道出来经滑车送入相邻的第二个预热隧道内的纵向轨道上并沿着纵向轨道向前移动,窑车从最后一个预热隧道中出来经滑车送入焙烧隧道47对窑车37中的砖坯50进行焙烧。
所述焙烧隧道47的顶部设有加煤器57,所述加煤器57,包括电机51、减速箱52、料仓53、螺旋轴54、排料管55和加料管56,加料管56的下端伸入到焙烧隧道47内,加料管56的上端与排料管55连通,排料管55设在料仓53的侧底部,螺旋轴54设在料仓53中,所述电机51通过减速箱52带动螺旋轴54,螺旋轴54推动料仓53内的煤向料仓53上的排料管55移动,煤依经排料管55、加料管56落入焙烧隧道47内。
还包括温控装置58,所述温控装置58,包括多个温度传感器59、控制器60、风机61、总管路62和支流管路63,风机61设在总管路62上,总管路62的一端与焙烧隧道47连通,另一端通过支流管路63与各个预热隧道46连通,各个支流管路63上设有电磁阀64,温度传感器59设在各个预热隧道46中,温度传感器46将各个预热隧道中的温度数据传送给控制器60,控制器60对风机61和各个所述的电磁阀64进行开关控制。使第一预热隧道中的温度小于第二预热隧道中的温度,第二预热隧道中的温度小于第三预热隧道中的温度,由此类推,最后一个预热隧道的温度最高,从最后一个预热隧道出来的窑车37进入焙烧隧道47内。

Claims (4)
1.一种带有温控装置的生活垃圾制砖生产线,其特征在于:包括制砖机、码砖机、窑车、砖料库、搅拌机、隧道式焙烧窑,隧道式焙烧窑包括多条并排分布的隧道,所述隧道的两端分别设有横向轨道,所述横向轨道上设有滑车,所述隧道内设有纵向轨道,所述隧道分为多条预热隧道和焙烧隧道,砖料库中的砖料经搅拌机送入制砖机,码砖机将制砖机制出的砖坯放置到窑车上,窑车经滑车送入第一个预热隧道的纵向轨道上并沿着纵向轨道向前移动,窑车从第一个预热隧道出来经滑车送入相邻的第二个预热隧道内的纵向轨道上并沿着纵向轨道向前移动,窑车从最后一个预热隧道中出来经滑车送入焙烧隧道对窑车中的砖坯进行焙烧;还包括温控装置,所述温控装置,包括多个温度传感器、控制器、风机、总管路和支流管路,风机设在总管路上,总管路的一端与焙烧隧道连通,另一端通过支流管路与各个预热隧道连通,各个支流管路上设有电磁阀,温度传感器设在各个预热隧道中,温度传感器将各个预热隧道中的温度数据传送给控制器,控制器对风机和电磁阀进行开关控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有温控装置的生活垃圾制砖生产线,其特征在于:还包括碳泥仓、泥仓和混料机,泥仓中的泥料和碳泥仓中的碳化煤泥送入混料机中,经混料机送入砖料库中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有温控装置的生活垃圾制砖生产线,其特征在于:还包括可燃垃圾碳化机和碳化煤泥混合机,从碳化机中排出的碳化料送入碳化煤泥混合机,碳化煤泥混合机将碳化料和不可燃垃圾混合后送入所述的碳泥仓。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有温控装置的生活垃圾制砖生产线,其特征在于:所述焙烧隧道的顶部设有加煤器,所述加煤器,包括电机、减速箱、料仓、螺旋轴、排料管和加料管,加料管的下端伸入到焙烧隧道内,加料管的上端与排料管连通,排料管设在料仓的侧底部,螺旋轴设在料仓中,所述电机通过减速箱带动螺旋轴,螺旋轴推动料仓内的煤向料仓的排料管移动,煤依经排料管、加料管落入焙烧隧道中。
