技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,具体涉及一种实用空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的家电产品,主要分为家用 、商用、工业、楼宇。
由于工业化的快速发展,汽车的增加,中国成为世界上大气污染加重程度最快的国家。空气污染已经严重影响了人们的健康生活,室内外污染并行,面临内忧外患的情况。室内空气净化技术有过滤法、负离子法、臭氧法、静电法、活性炭吸附法、等离子体法等等,上述各种技术各有优缺点,统一的不足是对空气的消毒灭菌效果较差。另外,越来越多的空气净化装置采用光触媒技术,光触媒具有杀菌、除臭、净化空气、亲水防污和吸水紫外线等功能,但对大粒径的污染物清除过滤效果较差。由于现有的净化器功能较为单一,不同的净化器只能针对不同的空气污染物进行处理,因此已远远不能满足人们的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单,具有有效过滤和灭菌功能的空气净化器,方便人们使用。
实用空气净化器,包括空气净化器母机和空气净化器子机,空气净化器母机包括壳体,所述壳体分为前门和后门,所述壳体内壳体前门与壳体后门之间依次设置预过滤器、静电集尘装置、光触媒滤坝、负离子发生器和贯流风机,所述光触媒滤坝由金属格栅涂覆纳米级的二氧化钛涂层构成,光触媒滤坝顶部设置UV 照射灯;所述空气净化器母机包括空气质量传感器和智能控制器,所述空气净化器子机包括控制模块和空气净化装置,所述智能控制器将控制信号发送以启动所述空气净化器母机和空气净化器子机中的空气净化装置工作;还包括第一换气模块、第一气体过滤器和消毒模块;尾气处理系统,包括第二换气模块、第二气体过滤器和液体净化模块;以及杀菌系统,包括除杂滤网、除味滤网和杀菌器。
进一步的,所述杀菌系统还包括筒状外罩,所述除杂滤网、除味滤网和杀菌器依次设置于所述筒状外罩中。
进一步的,所述贯流风机与壳体后门之间安装密封隔板。
进一步的,所述液体净化模块包括用于盛放溶剂的腔体和酸碱检测器,所述溶剂接收待处理尾气并发生酸碱度变化,所述酸碱检测器用于实时检测所述溶剂的酸碱度。
进一步的,所述预过滤器采用玻璃布或聚丙烯无纺布为过滤介质。
进一步的,所述空气净化器母机还包括空气质量显示器,所述空气质量显示器能够接收所述智能控制器发出的信号,显示空气质量精确指数。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的UV 照射灯照射光触媒滤坝时,纳米级的二氧化钛涂层产生强烈的催化降解功能,有效的降解空气中的有毒、有害气体,杀灭多种细菌,并将细菌或真菌释放出来的毒素分解及无害化处理;能够长效去除甲醛,可循环利用,不需要频繁地更换,更加便捷、环保使室内空气更加清新,实现了空气净化器功能的增加和适用场合扩展。
