本发明公开了一种节能型空气消毒过滤器，包括机壳、进出风系统和过滤系统，机壳、进出风系统和过滤系统呈一体式连接；其中，过滤系统进一步包括过滤网、硅胶过滤层和硅胶溶液过滤层，过滤网、硅胶过滤层和硅胶溶液过滤层依次相连通。与现有技术相比，本发明所述的一种节能型空气消毒过滤器在保证净化功能和效果的基础上，设置了新的可拆卸的过滤系统，过滤系统相较以往无需电能启动和维持，同时，由于可拆卸，使得单一的过滤系统可以循环利用，节约了能源，保护了环境，同时在一定程度上节约了成本，本发明使用寿命长、结构简单、操作方便；因此，应用前景十分广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置，具体涉及一种节能型空气消毒过滤器。
背景技术
空气清新器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器，是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等)，有效提高空气清洁度的产品。空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质，使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。常用的空气净化技术有：吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等；材料技术主要有：光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等。现有的空气净化器多采为复合型，即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。
空气清新器在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用，居家领域以单机类的家用空气净化器为市场的主流产品。最主要的功能是去除空气中的颗粒物，包括过敏原、室内的PM2.5等，同时还可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下空间、车内挥发性有机物空气污染问题。由于相对封闭的空间中空气污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点，因此使用空气净化器净化室内空气是国际公认的改善室内空气质量的方法之一。
近年来，PM2.5迅速蹿红成为居民空气质量监控的热门词汇之一，PM2.5又称细颗粒物、细粒、细颗粒，细颗粒物指环境空气中空气动力学当量直径小于等于2.5微米的颗粒物。它能较长时间悬浮于空气中，其在空气中含量浓度越高，就代表空气污染越严重。虽然PM2.5只是地球大气成分中含量很少的组分，但它对空气质量和能见度等有重要的影响。与较粗的大气颗粒物相比，PM2.5粒径小，面积大，活性强，易附带有毒、有害物质(例如，重金属、微生物等)，且在大气中的停留时间长、输送距离远，因而对人体健康和大气环境质量的影响更大。
据悉，2012年联合国环境规划署公布的《全球环境展望5》指出，每年有70万人死于因臭氧导致的呼吸系统疾病，有近200万的过早死亡病例与颗粒物污染有关。《美国国家科学院院刊》(PNAS)也发表了研究报告，报告中称，人类的平均寿命因为空气污染很可能已经缩短了5年半。世界银行发布的报告表明，由室外空气污染导致的过早死亡人数，平均为每天1000人，每年有35至40万的人面临着死亡。具体来讲，早在1997年，世界银行就预计有5万中国人因为空气污染而过早死亡。总体来说，这份报告发现，中国的空气污染使得城市居民的寿命减少了18年。
中国专利文献ZL201210220667.3公布了一种空气净化清新器，通过鼓风机鼓风导入空气，同时用电路控制臭氧发生器和负离子发生器对空气进行净化作用；其效果虽然不错，但是同时运用多种供电机器对空气进行净化，能源损耗过大，在能源上不节约、实际运用中也不经济，与我国建立能源节约型、环境友好型的国策不符，由此，亟需一种节能型空气消毒过滤器。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种节能型空气消毒过滤器。
为实现上述发明目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种节能型空气消毒过滤器，包括机壳、进出风系统和过滤系统，机壳、进出风系统和过滤系统呈一体式连接；其中，过滤系统进一步包括过滤网、硅胶过滤层和硅胶溶液过滤层，过滤网、硅胶过滤层和硅胶溶液过滤层依次相连通；进出风系统进一步包括进风格栅、进风管道、出风导向栅和出风管道，其中，进风格栅和出风导向栅分别与机壳固定连接，进风格栅和出风导向栅之间依次连接有进风管道、过滤系统和出风管道并和外部空气形成一循环回路。
优选的，所述过滤系统和进、出风管道均采用可拆卸连接，可拆卸的连接有利于过滤系统的循环利用。
更优选的，所述硅胶溶液过滤层为至少10个直径为3.5mm～4.5mm的球形硅胶浸泡的水溶液，水溶液中包括浓度为0.5％～1％的苯甲酸。
更优选的，所述硅胶过滤层由至少10个直径为2.5mm～3.5mm的球形硅胶构成。
更优选的，所述过滤网由直径为1.5mm～2.5mm的活性炭颗粒构成。
工作时，外界空气进入循环回路，先经过水溶液和硅胶溶液过滤层，空气中的细小颗粒被过滤，空气中的细菌被苯甲酸杀死，然后空气经过硅胶过滤层，细小颗粒物和被杀死的细菌进一步进行过滤，最后经过滤网进行更细化的过滤。
优选的，所述出风管道内壁上进一步设置有一通风机，通风机和出风管道采用固定连接，通风机主要用于控制进出气流的导向，保证净化空气过程的有序进行。
更优选的，所述机壳为一空心长方体，机壳外部进一步设有一手动控制开关，手动控制开关与通风机电连接，此手动控制开关用于启动和关闭整个空气清新器。
优选的，所述进风管道一端与进风格栅相连通，另一端与过滤系统相连通，同时，进风管道内部填充有水溶液且水溶液和硅胶溶液过滤层顶部齐平。
相对于现有技术，本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的一种节能型空气消毒过滤器在保证净化功能和效果的基础上，设置了新的可拆卸的过滤系统，过滤系统相较以往无需电能启动和维持，同时，由于可拆卸，使得单一的过滤系统可以循环利用，节约了能源，保护了环境，同时在一定程度上节约了成本，本发明所述的一种节能型空气消毒过滤器使用寿命长、结构简单、操作方便，因此，应用前景十分广阔。

具体实施方案
下面结合附图1、2对本发明作进一步详细完整地说明。
如图1和图2所示，一种节能型空气消毒过滤器，包括机壳1、进出风系统2和过滤系统3，机壳1、进出风系统2和过滤系统3呈一体式连接；其中，过滤系统3进一步包括过滤网301、硅胶过滤层302和硅胶溶液过滤层303，过滤网301、硅胶过滤层302和硅胶溶液过滤层303依次相连通；进出风系统2进一步包括进风格栅201、进风管道202、出风导向栅203和出风管道204，其中，进风格栅201和出风导向栅203分别与机壳1固定连接，进风格栅201和出风导向栅203之间依次连接有进风管道202、过滤系统3和出风管道204并和外部空气形成一循环回路。
过滤系统3和进风管道202、出风管道204均采用可拆卸连接，可拆卸的连接有利于过滤系统3的循环利用；硅胶溶液过滤层303为50个直径为3.5mm的球形硅胶浸泡的水溶液，水溶液中包括浓度为0.5％的苯甲酸以及少量香精；硅胶过滤层302由50个直径为2.5mm的球形硅胶构成；过滤网301由直径为1.5mm的活性炭颗粒构成。工作时，外界空气进入循环回路，先经过水溶液和硅胶溶液过滤层303，空气中的细小颗粒被过滤，空气中的细菌被苯甲酸杀死，然后空气经过硅胶过滤层302，细小颗粒物和被杀死的细菌进一步进行过滤，最后经过滤网301进行更细化的过滤。
出风管道204内壁上进一步设置有一通风机205，通风机205和出风管道204采用固定连接，通风机205主要用于控制进出气流的导向，保证净化空气过程的有序进行。机壳1为一空心长方体，机壳1外部进一步设有一手动控制开关101，手动控制开关101与通风机205电连接，此手动控制开关101用于启动和关闭整个空气清新器。进风管道202一端与进风格栅201相连通，另一端与过滤系统3相连通，同时，进风管道202内部填充有水溶液且水溶液和硅胶溶液过滤层303顶部齐平。
相对于现有技术，本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的一种节能型空气消毒过滤器在保证净化功能和效果的基础上，设置了新的可拆卸的过滤系统，过滤系统无需电能启动和维持，同时，由于可拆卸，使得单一的过滤系统可以循环利用，节约了能源，保护了环境，同时在一定程度上节约了成本，本发明所述的一种节能型空气消毒过滤器使用寿命长、结构简单、操作方便，因此，应用前景十分广阔。

1.一种节能型空气消毒过滤器，包括机壳(1)、进出风系统(2)和过滤系统(3)，机壳(1)、进出风系统(2)和过滤系统(3)呈一体式连接，其特征在于：所述过滤系统(3)进一步包括过滤网(301)、硅胶过滤层(302)和硅胶溶液过滤层(303)，过滤网(301)、硅胶过滤层(302)和硅胶溶液过滤层(303)依次相连通；进出风系统(2)进一步包括进风格栅(201)、进风管道(202)、出风导向栅(203)和出风管道(204)，其中，进风格栅(201)和出风导向栅(203)分别与机壳(1)固定连接，进风格栅(201)和出风导向栅(203)之间依次连接有进风管道(202)、过滤系统(3)和出风管道(204)，并和外部空气形成一循环回路，所述出风管道(204)内壁上进一步设置有一通风机(205)，通风机(205)和出风管道(204)固定连接，所述进风管道(202)一端与进风格栅(201)相连通，另一端与过滤系统(3)相连通，同时，进风管道(202)内部填充有水溶液且水溶液和硅胶溶液过滤层(303)顶部齐平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能型空气消毒过滤器，其特征在于：所述过滤系统(3)和进风管道(202)、出风管道(204)均采用可拆卸连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能型空气消毒过滤器，其特征在于：所述硅胶溶液过滤层(303)为至少10个直径为3.5mm～4.5mm的球形硅胶浸泡的水溶液，水溶液中包括浓度为0.5％～1％的苯甲酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能型空气消毒过滤器，其特征在于：所述硅胶过滤层(302)由至少10个直径为2.5mm～3.5mm的球形硅胶构成。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的节能型空气消毒过滤器，其特征在于：所述过滤网(301)中填充有直径为1.5mm～2.5mm的活性炭颗粒。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的节能型空气消毒过滤器，其特征在于：所述机壳(1)为一空心长方体，机壳(1)外部进一步设有一手动控制开关(101)，手动控制开关(101)与通风机(205)电连接。
