本发明涉及一种空气净化器,包括旋风分离装置,旋风分离装置一侧设有进气管,进气管上设有引风机,所述旋风分离装置上端连接气管,气管上设有控制阀,气管上端由下至上依次连接过滤层、柠檬酸棉布层、盐水棉布层,盐水棉布层上端连接杀菌室,所述杀菌室内设有杀菌装置,杀菌室上端连接出气管,本发明可以对空气进行过滤、杀菌处理,并能去除有害物质,提高了空气的净化效果。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种空气净化器,属于空气净化技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。
[0003] 空气净化器市场保持良好的发展势头,2010-2012年,空气净化器零售量同比涨幅均在11%以上,且涨幅逐年递增,同比增长幅度由11.4%增至14.7% ;空气净化器零售额同比涨幅在23%以上,涨幅逐年减少,由27.6%降至23.5%。零售额涨幅低于零售量的涨幅是由于产品均价的下降所致。在空气净化器市场销量逐年增大的情况下,市场竞争也愈加激烈,高利润时代可能将要终结。
[0004] 随着社会经济水平持续向前发展,人们对生活质量的需求日益提高,对自身所处的生活环境越来越关注。最近几年,不断出现的空气污染事件极大的推动了公众对空气净化器的需求与了解,空气净化器的销量和销售额也一路走高。
[0005] 空气净化器的销售额增长迅速,年平均增长率达到25%。
[0006] 空气净化器在西方发达国家中普及率较高,空气净化器例如:美国家庭的普及率为27%,每年销量超过2000万台,其他的国家,如:加拿大、意大利、日本等国家在公共场所、家庭居室等的普及率都超过20%。而中国改善室内空气污染设备的普及率还不到0.1%,因此,在中国,空气净化器的市场前景广阔。
[0007] 空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等。现有的空气净化器多采为复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。
[0008] 空气净化器在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用,居家领域以单机类的家用空气净化器为市场的主流产品。最主要的功能是去除空气中的颗粒物,包括过敏原、室内的PM2.5等,同时还可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下空间、车内挥发性有机物空气污染问题。由于相对封闭的空间中空气污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点,因此使用空气净化器净化室内空气是国际公认的改善室内空气质量的方法之一。
[0009] 空气净化器的外形构成主要是机箱外壳、过滤段、风道设计、电机、电源、液晶显示屏等。决定寿命的是电机,决定净化效能的是过滤段,决定是否安静的是风道设计、机箱外壳、过滤段、电机。
[0010] 空气净化器主要由马达、风扇、空气过滤网、智能监测系统组成,部分型号的机器配有加湿功能的水箱,或是辅助净化装置,如负离子发生器、高压电路等。空气过滤网是其中的核心部件。其他的净化装置实际上起到的仅是辅助功能,所以空气过滤网的好坏是直接影响是空气净化器效果的最关键因素。
[0011] 空气净化器工作原理为:机器内的马达和风扇使室内空气循环流动,污染的空气通过机内的空气过滤网后将各种污染物清除或吸附,某些型号的空气净化器还会在出风口的加装负离子发生器(工作时负离子发生器中的高压产生直流负高压),将空气不断电离,产生大量负离子,被微风扇送出,形成负离子气流,达到清洁、净化空气的目的。
[0012] 空气净化器的工作原理来看,主要分为三种:被动式、主动式、主被动混合式。
[0013] 根据空气净化器针对空气中颗粒物去除技术,主要有机械滤网式、静电驻极滤网式、高压静电集尘、负离子和等离子体法等。
[0014] 中国实用新型专利说明书CN 202660655 U公开这样一种空气净化器,包括机壳,所述机壳支撑着进气口与排气口,所述进气口与排气口之间连接有空气流道,所述空气流道中依次设有气栗、吸附膜、过滤膜以及杀菌装置,所述过滤膜的孔径小于2.5微米。但是这种空气净化器净化效果不是很好。
[0015] 中国实用新型专利说明书CN 204073732 U公开这样了一种空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置包括:壳体,及壳体内装配的安全网、吸气扇、多联水雾发生装置、水雾拦阻筛网、回水槽、循环水栗,以及与壳体连接装配于壳体外部的送风口、进水管、回水管、室内储水箱。所述净化装置壳体为中空的金属或其它硬质箱体;所述的安全网、吸气扇装配于净化装置壳体内进气口处;所述的多联水雾发生装置、水雾拦阻筛网、回水槽、循环水栗装配于净化装置壳体内;所述的送风口、进水管、回水管、室内储水箱、与净化装置壳体相连接。但是这种方空气净化装置净化效果不是很好。
发明内容
[0016] 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种空气净化器,该空气净化器可以对空气进行过滤、杀菌处理,并能去除有害物质,提高了空气的净化效果。
[0017] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的空气净化器包括旋风分离装置,旋风分离装置一侧设有进气管,进气管上设有引风机,所述旋风分离装置上端连接气管,气管上设有控制阀,气管上端由下至上依次连接过滤层、柠檬酸棉布层、盐水棉布层,盐水棉布层上端连接杀菌室,所述杀菌室内设有杀菌装置,杀菌室上端连接出气管。

[0019] 所述杀菌装置为紫外线杀菌灯。

[0022] 采用这种空气净化器,具有以下优点:
1、由于空气净化器设有旋风分离装置,可以将去除抽入空气中的固体颗粒杂质和液滴;2、由于气管上端由下至上依次连接过滤层、柠檬酸棉布层、盐水棉布层,这样可以过滤空气中的细小粉尘和吸收空气中的有害气体,提高了净化效果;3、由于杀菌装置为紫外线杀菌灯,这样空气可以进一步得到杀菌处理,使净化后的空气更加干净。

[0031] 净化空气时,空气在引风机2的作用下,通过进气管3抽到旋风分离装置I内,空气在旋风分离装置I内被去除掉固体颗粒杂质和液滴,然后打开控制阀5,通过气管4依次进行过滤和净化处理,由于气管4上端由下至上依次连接过滤层6、柠檬酸棉布层7、盐水棉布层8,这样可以过滤空气中的细小粉尘和吸收空气中的有害气体,提高了净化效果,然后净化的空气排到杀菌室9内进行杀菌,最终通过出气管11排出。

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于:包括旋风分离装置,旋风分离装置一侧设有进气管,进气管上设有引风机,所述旋风分离装置上端连接气管,气管上设有控制阀,气管上端由下至上依次连接过滤层、柠檬酸棉布层、盐水棉布层,盐水棉布层上端连接杀菌室,所述杀菌室内设有杀菌装置,杀菌室上端连接出气管。
2.按照权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤层为活性炭过滤层。
3.按照权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述杀菌装置为紫外线杀菌灯。
4.按照权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述引风机上设有消声装置。
5.按照权利要求4所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述消声装置为消声片。
