Abstract

一种旋流式焚烧炉,它由外壳、保温层(4)、耐火层、主燃烧室(1)、二次燃烧室(13)、常温配风装置、高温配风装置、集热器构成;主燃烧室内设两内炉墙(7),两内炉墙之间设炉排(9),两内炉墙上分别设一排斜向的射流孔(6);在上述射流孔外由炉外通入用于高温配风的引射供风管(5);在主燃烧室(1)上部两侧分别设斜向的导向供风管(2),上述导向供风管的内口方向对应回火窗口(15),内炉墙上部与耐火层之间构成回旋风室(11),该室与回火窗口(15)连通,上部排烟口连上述集热器。本装置通过改变供风方向并同时供回收的热风,使火焰在炉膛内横向旋转,形成两个回流区,在旋转气流的作用下,提高燃烧温度及燃烧效果。

旋流式焚烧炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种焚烧装置,具体说是焚烧低热值物料的采用新燃烧方式的旋流式焚烧炉。
背景技术
传统的焚烧炉耗能高,用于人体火化、动物焚化、市政垃圾焚烧、医疗垃圾焚烧,污泥焚烧等,燃烧温度低,燃烧速度慢,不能充分燃烧,产生有害气体较多,排放气体达不到标准。特别是目前垃圾不分类,总体含水量大,热值低,达不到燃烧条件,用传统的燃烧方法是很难焚烧,并达到排放标准的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种旋流式焚烧炉,它是改变传统供风方向,使炉内的火焰在炉膛中旋转,并提供循环热风,提高物料温度,使燃烧速度加快,进而节能减排。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种旋流式焚烧炉,它由外壳、保温层、耐火层、主燃烧室、二次燃烧室、常温配风装置、高温配风装置、集热器、燃油供给系统构成;上述的主燃烧室上面为中拱,中拱上为二次燃烧室;上述主燃烧室内设两内炉墙,两内炉墙之间设炉排,炉排下为灰室,两内炉墙上分别设一排斜向的射流孔,上述两排射流孔沿垂直方向对称;在上述射流孔外由炉外通入引射供风管,该供风管与上述射流孔方向对应,该引射供风管是上述高温配风装置;在主燃烧室上部两侧分别设斜向的导向供风管,它是常温配风装置,左右导向供风管不在同一水平面上,上述导向供风管的内口方向对应回火窗口,内炉墙上部与耐火层之间构成回旋风室,该室与回火窗口连通,在中拱一侧主燃室出口主燃烧室与二次燃烧室连通,二次燃烧室上面为排烟口,排烟口连上述集热器,集热器的热风出口连上述高温配风装置。
上述两内炉墙所设的斜向的射流孔,其外孔孔径大于内孔孔径。
上述集热器的结构是下端经法兰连排烟口,它设风套,风套设有常温风进口,风套连热风管,该管热风出口经射流风阀连引射供风管。
本发明的优点在于:1、本装置常温供风采用斜向的供风方式,将风供至回旋风室,同时由于供风流速快,使主燃室产生负压,烟气、火焰在负压的作用下引射至回旋风室11,在回旋风室进行二次混合,经斜向的射流孔6再作用到被燃物上,以达到用被燃物的火焰再烧被燃物的目的。通过改变供给炉内燃烧风的方向和角度使火焰在炉膛内横向旋转,形成两个回流区,在旋转气流的作用下,烟气与空气很好混合提高了燃烧效果。2、用集热器将排烟口释放的热能回收,再经引射供风管5补充到炉中,使燃烧温度增高,燃烧速度加快,进而提高低热值被燃物质燃烧强度和火焰的稳定性。使燃烧充分,达到排放标准,同时降低焚烧成本。3、旋流式焚烧是从物料表面向下燃烧,集热器供给的热风通过射流供风管5将热风直接作用到被燃物的表面上,所以热风损失小,并减少热风对炉排的热负荷,使炉排寿命长。4、本旋流式焚烧炉所供的热风是高压热风,其燃烧速度的快、慢可由调节高压热风的压力高低来实现。本装置适合用于一切低热值燃料的燃烧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1~3中,1、主燃烧室;2、导向供风管;3、中拱;4、保温层;5、引射供风管; 6、射流孔;7、内炉墙;8、灰室;9、炉排;10、炉墙;11、回旋风室;12、排烟口;13、二次燃烧室;14、炉上拱;15、回火窗口;16、耐火墙;17、油枪;18、后炉墙;19、消烟风孔;20、前消烟风孔;21、前炉墙;22、大炉门;23、小炉门;24、灰门;25、观火门;26、法兰底座;27、主燃室出口;28、常温风进口;29、风套;30、热风管;31、集热器热风出口。
由图1~3可以看到本装置的结构,本旋流式焚烧炉由外及里为外壳、保温层4及耐火层,炉上拱14是耐火层上部,下部是耐火墙16;主燃烧室1上面为中拱3,中拱上为二次燃烧室13;上述主燃烧室内设两内炉墙7,两内炉墙之间设炉排9,炉排下为灰室8,24为灰门。两内炉墙上分别设一排斜向的射流孔6,上述两排射流孔6沿垂直方向对称;与上述斜向的射流孔6方向对应,射流孔外侧分别由炉外通入引射供风管5,该引射供风管是供高温风;在主燃烧室上部两侧分别设斜向的导向供风管2,左右导向供风管2不在一个平面上,以使供风能达到各自的回火窗口15,导向供风管2连导向风阀,供常温风,上述导向供风管的内口方向对应回火窗口15。内炉墙7上部与耐火层16之间构成回旋风室11,该室与回火窗口15连通,在中拱一侧主燃室出口27主燃烧室与二次燃烧室连通,二次燃烧室上面为排烟口12,排烟口经法兰连上述的集热器,26是法兰底座,集热器热风出口31连上述高温配风装置。
由图1、图2看到,两内炉墙分别设3个斜向的射流孔6,其外孔孔径大于内孔孔径。17为油枪,18为后炉墙,21为前炉墙,在前炉墙上设前消烟风孔20,19是另一组消烟风孔;25为观火门。
由图3看到集热器的结构,它的下端经法兰连排烟口12,它设风套29,风套设有常温风进口28,该口连风机,风套连热风管30,该管热风出口即集热器热风出口31经射流风阀连引射供风管5。
本炉的运行过程:打开大炉门22装好被燃的垃圾物料关上炉门,按动电源看仪表正常,打开风机,再打开油枪风阀,点燃燃烧器,使燃烧器正常工作,燃烧器点燃物料进行燃烧,此时调解消烟风阀,使烟气达到排放标准,微打开导向风阀和射流风阀,使两侧的导向供风管2和引射供风管5有少量的风进行维持回旋燃烧,随着燃烧的持续炉温在不断升高,集热器到400 ℃以上时,打开引射供风管5的射流风阀,增大风压,喷出的高温热风在回旋风室11内,与可燃烟气混合燃烧,经左右射流孔6直接喷射在被燃的物料上,进行强化燃烧,燃烧速度的快慢可调节引射供风管5风压高低,在此时运行状态下, 关闭油阀停止供油,使炉维持自行燃烧,当炉内需要添加被焚烧的垃圾物时,可打开小炉门23添加。左右导向供风管2供风压力使主燃烧室产生负压,将主燃烧室中的火焰引向回火窗口15中,进入回旋风室11与高温射流风反应后通过左右射流孔6喷入炉中物料;图1中各箭头表示火焰、烟气及热风的方向,由此横向旋转,形成两个回流区。

1.一种旋流式焚烧炉,其特征在于:它由外壳、保温层(4)、耐火层、主燃烧室(1)、二次燃烧室(13)、常温配风装置、高温配风装置、集热器、燃油供给系统构成;上述的主燃烧室上面为中拱(3),中拱上为二次燃烧室(13);上述主燃烧室内设两内炉墙(7),两内炉墙之间设炉排(9),炉排下为灰室(8),两内炉墙上分别设一排斜向的射流孔(6),上述两排射流孔沿垂直方向对称;在上述射流孔外由炉外通入引射供风管(5),该供风管与上述射流孔方向对应,该引射供风管(5)是上述高温配风装置;在主燃烧室(1)上部两侧分别设斜向的导向供风管(2),它是常温配风装置,左右导向供风管不在同一水平面上,上述导向供风管的内口方向对应回火窗口(15),内炉墙上部与耐火层之间构成回旋风室(11),该室与回火窗口(15)连通,在中拱(3)一侧主燃室出口(27)处主燃烧室与二次燃烧室连通,二次燃烧室上面为排烟口(12),排烟口连上述集热器,集热器的热风出口(31)连上述高温配风装置;两内炉墙所设的斜向的射流孔(6),其外孔孔径大于内孔孔径;它的集热器的结构是下端经法兰连排烟口(12),它设风套(29),风套设有常温风进口(28),风套连热风管(30),该管热风出口(31)经射流风阀连引射供风管(5)。
