技术领域
本发明涉及一种气动电磁阀制造技术领域,具体涉及一种高原专用双气双通电磁阀。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展进步,人们的生活水平也在不断提高,对健康的需求逐渐增强,吸氧逐步成为家庭和社区康复中一种重要手段。高原地区空气稀薄,人们更需要进行吸氧,而高原制氧机一般只有平原的50~70%的浓度,平原用制氧机上到高原基本难以制取医疗用氧,分子筛式制氧机是一种采用先进气体分离技术的制氧机,但是想要在高原地区实现平原地区的供氧浓度,普通电磁阀效果一般,必须要提高气体流量,这就需要加强控制气体流量的电磁阀的功能改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高原专用双气双通电磁阀,可提高气体流量,加大氧气浓度,实现快速制氧、补氧,为室内提供良好的纯氧环境。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种高原专用双气双通电磁阀,包括:执行器部分和阀体部分,执行器部分主要由电磁线圈、活动的电磁芯组成,阀体部分主要由带孔的阀体、活塞等组成;所述电磁线圈的通电和断电会带动电磁芯的移动或回落,致使内部流路发生变化,从而直接或间接的导致阀门的开启或关闭;所述阀体采用铸铜或者球墨铸铁材质,阀体上带有排进气口和排气口,连接制氧机分子筛的输出口A,连接制氧机分子筛的排气口A,连接制氧机分子筛的输出口B,连接制氧机分子筛的排气口B。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明结构简单合理,实用性强,可切实加大气体流量,提高氧气通行浓度,提高产品寿命。

包括:电磁线圈、电磁芯、活塞、弹簧、阀体,阀体上带有排进气口和排气口,连接制氧机分子筛的输出口A,连接制氧机分子筛的排气口A,连接制氧机分子筛的输出口B,连接制氧机分子筛的排气口B。
当电磁阀工作时,电磁线圈通电产生电磁力,衔铁被电磁铁吸引,通过顶杆推动电磁芯组合向右移动,电磁芯组合与左阀座分离,进气口与输出口A、输出口B连通,同时电磁芯组合右锥面与右阀座紧密结合,关闭排气口,保证输入高压气体由进气口流向电磁阀输出口A、电磁阀B供工作使用。电磁阀断电后,电磁芯组合在弹簧力的作用下向左移动,电磁芯组合与左阀座接合,进气口与输出口A、输出口B间气路被隔断,同时电磁芯组合与右阀座分离,排气口与排气口A、排气口B相通,排出氮气等多余气体,电磁阀停止工作。不工作时,在弹簧力和气体压力作用下,电磁芯左侧端面和左阀座紧密接合,将进气口与出气口、排气口隔开,气路被隔断。

1.一种高原专用双气双通电磁阀,包括:执行器部分和阀体部分,执行器部分主要由电磁线圈、活动的电磁芯组成,阀体部分主要由带孔的阀体、活塞等组成;所述电磁线圈的通电和断电会带动电磁芯的移动或回落,致使内部流路发生变化,从而直接或间接的导致阀门的开启或关闭;所述阀体采用铸铜或者球墨铸铁材质,阀体上带有排进气口和排气口,连接制氧机分子筛的输出口A,连接制氧机分子筛的排气口A,连接制氧机分子筛的输出口B,连接制氧机分子筛的排气口B。
