Abstract
本发明属于清洁液技术领域,具体涉及具体涉及一种灶台清洁液。将各原料按比例混合而成,由以下重量份数的原料制成:EL‑40蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8~10、AESA脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵6~8、CDEA 1:1椰子油二乙醇酰胺(6501)8~10、OP‑10辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4~6、α‑烯基磺酸钠AOS粉8~10、1,2丙二醇12~14、水45~50。本发明配方中的原料,全部对人体无毒无害、对环境无污染,且为环境友好型的安全绿色材料,性能温和,对器物表面无损伤。本发明主要用于硬表面器物清洁中,具有去污强,擦拭干净、无残留水花水渍、表面去污光亮、手感绵润的效果。尤其在使用于擦抹灶台中,效果更佳。

本发明属于清洁液技术领域,具体涉及一种灶台清洁液。
背景技术
日常生活中的各种硬表面器物,如:玻璃、塑料、陶瓷、桌面、视屏等,不可避免的会受到油污、尘埃、污渍的污染,尤其是灶台,很难清理干净,传统的清洁方法是使用清洁剂(洗涤剂、洗洁精、洗衣粉等)水剂湿布擦抹,基本去污后用干布擦拭干净,清洁中不仅反复使用水、湿布、干布,比较麻烦,而且会残留水花水渍,表面发乌、发花。
发明内容
本发明的目的为解决反复使用抹布擦拭灶台繁琐且残留水花水渍的问题,提供一种灶台清洁液。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种灶台清洁液,将各原料按比例混合而成,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
EL-40蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8~10、AESA脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵6~8、CDEA 1:1椰子油二乙醇酰胺(6501)8~10、OP-10辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4~6、α-烯基磺酸钠AOS粉8~10、1,2丙二醇12~14、水45~50。
本发明原料中,EL-40蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚:为淡黄色油状至膏状,易溶于水,具有优良扩散、乳化性能,既有乳化作用又有抗静电效果,与其他抗静电剂拼混使用效果更佳。AESA脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵:为白色或浅黄色膏体,易溶于水,具有的良好的去污力、抗硬水性、较低的刺激性、较高的发泡力以及优异的配伍性能。具有去污、乳化和分散性能。用作液体洗涤剂的乳化剂和起泡剂。CDEA 1:1椰子油二乙醇酰胺(6501)为淡黄色至琥珀色粘稠液体,易溶于水、具有良好的发泡、稳泡、渗透去污、抗硬水等功能。属非离子表面活性剂,在阴离子表面活性剂呈酸性时与之配伍增稠效果特别明显,能与多种表面活性剂配伍。OP-10辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚:为无色透明液体,易溶于水,为亲水性乳化剂,具有良好的净洗匀染、润湿、扩散、抗静电等性能,是多种洗涤剂的基本原料。α-烯基磺酸钠AOS粉:具有很好的综合性能。工艺成熟,质量可靠,有很好的去污力,特别在硬水中也显示出去污力基本不降低的特点。AOS生物降解性好,在日本、韩国、印度、美国等地已被大量生产和使用。1,2丙二醇:为无色粘稠稳定的吸水性液体,丙二醇的水溶液是有效的抗冻剂。载体溶剂、湿润剂、保湿剂、抗结剂、抗氧化剂、组织改进剂、表面活性剂、稳定剂、增稠剂。
本发明配方中的原料,全部对人体无毒无害、对环境无污染,且为环境友好型的安全绿色材料,性能温和,对器物表面无损伤。本发明主要用于硬表面器物清洁中,具有去污强,擦拭干净、无残留水花水渍、表面去污光亮、手感绵润的效果。尤其在使用于擦抹灶台中,效果更佳。

本实施例,一种灶台清洁液,将各原料按比例混合而成,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
EL-40蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚9、AESA脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵7、CDEA 1:1椰子油二乙醇酰胺(6501)9、OP-10辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5、α-烯基磺酸钠AOS粉9、1,2丙二醇13、水49。

EL-40蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8~10、AESA脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵6~8、CDEA 1:1椰子油二乙醇酰胺(6501)8~10、OP-10辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4~6、α-烯基磺酸钠AOS粉8~10、1,2丙二醇12~14、水45~50。
