背景技术
日常生活中的各种硬表面器物,如:玻璃、塑料、陶瓷、桌面、视屏等,不可避免的会受到油污、尘埃、污渍的污染,尤其是地板,很难清理干净,传统的清洁方法是使用清洁剂(洗涤剂、洗洁精、洗衣粉等)水剂湿布擦抹,基本去污后用干布擦拭干净,清洁中不仅反复使用水、湿布、干布,比较麻烦,而且会残留水花水渍,表面发乌、发花。
发明内容
本发明的目的为解决地板反复使用抹布擦拭繁琐且残留水花水渍的问题,提供一种地板清洁液。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种地板清洁液,将各原料按比例混合而成,其中,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
ALES脂肪醇醚硫酸铵7~9、CHSB椰油酰胺丙基羟磺酸甜菜碱5~7、JFC-E异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚渗透剂8~10、TEA-99三乙醇胺6~8、α-烯基磺酸钠AOS粉7~9、乙二醇8~10、水50~55。
本发明原料中,ALES脂肪醇醚硫酸铵:为白色或浅黄色膏体,易溶于水,具有的良好的去污力、抗硬水性、较低的刺激性、乳化和分散性能,较高的发泡力以及优异的配伍性能。CHSB椰油酰胺丙基羟磺酸甜菜碱:为淡黄色透明液体,是一种新型两性表面活性剂,具有良好的清洗、起泡作用,对皮肤刺激性小,与阴离子、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂相溶性好。性能温和,泡沫细腻且稳定,还具有优良的抗静电性。JFC-E异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚渗透剂:为无色至微黄色液体,不含APEO,为新一代环保型产品;易分散或溶于水,具有优良的润湿、乳化和渗透性能;极强的渗透力(5g/L,≤2秒)、乳化力、净洗力,适用于提高产品渗透力和硅油乳化力,有较优越的性价比。TEA-99三乙醇胺:为无色至淡黄色透明粘稠液体,在化妆品(包括皮肤洗涤、眼胶、保湿、洗发剂等)中用作乳化剂、保湿剂、增湿剂、增稠剂、PH平衡剂。在液体洗涤剂中加入三乙醇胺,可改进油性污垢,特别是非极性皮脂的去除,同时,通过提高碱性可提高去污性能。并且有极好的其相容性。α-烯基磺酸钠AOS粉:为AOS具有很好的综合性能。工艺成熟,质量可靠,有很好的去污力,特别在硬水中也显示出去污力基本不降低的特点。AOS生物降解性好,在日本、韩国、印度、美国等地已被大量生产和使用。乙二醇:为无色澄清微黏稠液体,有甜味。抗冻剂,表面活性剂。
