本发明涉及一种复合柴油,按重量份数包括:柴油70‑90份、二甲醚5‑8份、油胺0.5‑3份、甘油20‑25份、防锈剂6‑12份,本发明所提供的复合柴油,稳定性好,容易实现充分燃烧,节省燃油。本发明工艺配方简单,生产成本低,应用效果好,有利于推广应用。

本发明涉及燃料柴油领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的柴油,燃油品质不太稳定,不易实现充分燃烧,热效率不是太高,发动机内颗粒物容易生成,影响发动机的运行和寿命,尾气排放污染物不易控制。如何节约能源、减少环境污染已成为当代社会的可持续发展亟需解决的问题,具有环保节能特点的复合柴油的开发是当务之急。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合柴油。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种复合柴油,其特征在于按重量份数包括:柴油70-90份、二甲醚5-8份、油胺0.5-3份、甘油20-25份、防锈剂6-12份。其特征在于所述的防锈剂为磷酸盐或磷酸盐衍生物的一种或两种。
本发明具有如下优异效果:燃油品质稳定,容易实现充分燃烧,动力强劲,燃烧效率较高,节省燃油,减少尾气排放。本发明工艺配方简单,生产成本低,应用效果好,有利于推广应用。

一种复合柴油,按重量份数包括:柴油70份、二甲醚5份、油胺0.5份、甘油20份、磷酸盐6份,将各原料依次加入反应釜中,搅拌20分钟,充分混合均匀,静置12小时,即得到本发明的复合柴油。
实施例2
一种复合柴油,按重量份数包括:柴油90份、二甲醚8份、油胺3份、甘油25份、磷酸盐12份,将各原料依次加入反应釜中,搅拌20分钟,充分混合均匀,静置12小时,即得到本发明的复合柴油。
实施例3
一种复合柴油,按重量份数包括:柴油80份、二甲醚6份、油胺2份、甘油23份、磷酸盐5份、磷酸盐衍生物5份,将各原料依次加入反应釜中,搅拌20分钟,充分混合均匀,静置12小时,即得到本发明的复合柴油。

1.一种复合柴油,其特征在于按重量份数包括:柴油70-90份、二甲醚5-8份、油胺0.5-3份、甘油20-25份、防锈剂6-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合柴油,其特征在于所述的防锈剂为磷酸盐或磷酸盐衍生物的一种或两种。
