本发明涉及一种防粘斩刀切片机，其包括：机体、推肉器、槽道、箱体、窗口、斩刀、漏孔、储油箱、烘干装置、感应器、控制器和传送带；所述机体左端设有一箱体；所述箱体左侧连接有传送带；所述箱体与槽道之间开设一窗口；所述窗口左侧设有斩刀；所述窗口下端设有烘干装置；所述烘干装置释放的温度与斩刀转速成正比；所述感应器和控制器设置在烘干装置的一端。本发明结构简单，设计合理，通过烘干装置释放热量对刀片进行加热，同时对肉表面进行烘干，这样可以防止肉被展成片状时粘刀，影响斩刀继续工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工机械领域，具体涉及一种防粘斩刀切片机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，烧烤和火锅越来越受到人们的青睐。不论是烧烤还是涮火锅，都少不了鲜嫩的肉片。目前的切片机均是切割冻肉，因鲜肉较软，不能用于鲜肉的切片。而且，现在的饭店切鲜肉片时一般都是人工用刀一片片地切削，切削速度慢，费时费力，而且切出的肉片厚薄不均，并且容易粘刀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中切片机切肉容易粘刀的问题。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种防粘斩刀切片机，包括：机体、推肉器、槽道、箱体、窗口、斩刀、漏孔、储油箱、烘干装置、感应器、控制器和传送带；所述机体上面设有槽道；所述槽道内部设有推肉器；所述机体左端设有一箱体；所述箱体左侧连接有传送带；所述箱体与槽道之间开设一窗口；所述窗口左侧设有斩刀；所述斩刀内部中空；所述斩刀表面开设有漏孔；所述斩刀前端设有储油箱；所述窗口下端设有烘干装置；所述感应器和控制器设置在烘干装置的一端。
作为本发明进一步改进的，所述烘干装置为电热管。
作为本发明进一步改进的，所述烘干装置释放的温度与斩刀转速成正比。
本发明的有益效果：本发明结构简单，设计合理，通过烘干装置释放热量对刀片进行加热，同时对肉表面进行烘干，这样可以防止肉被展成片状时粘刀，影响斩刀继续工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如附图1至3所示，本发明所述的一种防粘斩刀切片机，包括：机体1、推肉器2、槽道3、箱体4、窗口5、斩刀6、漏孔7、储油箱8、烘干装置9、感应器10、控制器11和传送带12。在机体1上面设有槽道3，槽道3内部设有推肉器2，推肉器2夹持肉并以一定速度向斩刀6方向运动。在机体1左端设有一箱体4，箱体4左侧连接有传送带12，传送带12用来传送肉片。在箱体4与槽道3之间开设一窗口5且窗口5左侧设有斩刀6。斩刀6内部中空，斩刀6表面开设有漏孔7，并且斩刀6前端设有储油箱8；当斩刀6转动时，储油箱8中的油像斩刀6中部流动，且通过漏孔7流向斩刀6表面，这样切肉时，可以防止肉片粘到斩刀6上。在窗口5下端设有烘干装置9，烘干装置9释放的温度与斩刀6转速成正比，且烘干装置9为电热管，电热管散发出的热充满整个箱体4，同时热量使斩刀6升温，并且蒸发肉表面水分，可进一步防止肉片粘到斩刀6上，并且感应器10和控制器11设置在烘干装置9的一端。
本发明结构简单，设计合理，通过烘干装置9释放热量对刀片进行加热，同时对肉表面进行烘干，这样可以防止肉被展成片状时粘刀，影响斩刀继续工作。

1.一种防粘斩刀切片机，其特征在于包括：机体、推肉器、槽道、箱体、窗口、斩刀、漏孔、储油箱、烘干装置、感应器、控制器和传送带；所述机体上面设有槽道；所述槽道内部设有推肉器；所述机体左端设有一箱体；所述箱体左侧连接有传送带；所述箱体与槽道之间开设一窗口；所述窗口左侧设有斩刀；所述斩刀内部中空；所述斩刀表面开设有漏孔；所述斩刀前端设有储油箱；所述窗口下端设有烘干装置；所述感应器和控制器设置在烘干装置的一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防粘斩刀切片机，其特征在于：所述烘干装置为电热管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防粘斩刀切片机，其特征在于：所述烘干装置释放的温度与斩刀转速成正比。
