本发明公开了一种新型输液袋,属于军用医疗技术领域,所述新型输液袋包括外药剂室和内药剂室,外药剂室和内药剂室均存放有液体药物溶剂,内药剂室的袋状本体的口部连接有两端开口的隔离室,隔离室内存放有能够用于注射的固体粉剂,隔离室的一端开口与内药剂室的袋状本体共用一个可剥离虚焊结构的封口,隔离室的另一端开口也设置有可剥离虚焊结构的封口。本发明中,当外药剂室受到挤压,挤压力传递到内药剂室时,隔离室两端的可剥离虚焊结构的封口能够起到隔离作用,大大增强内药剂室的抗挤压能力,防止虚焊结构漏液;并且,一旦虚焊结构漏液,也可以通过观察隔离室内的固体粉剂的状态来及时发现,从而提高了输液袋的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及军用医疗技术领域,特别是指一种新型输液袋。
背景技术
现有技术中,有一种粉液双室的输液袋,这种输液袋是在同一袋体上制作有粉剂室和液剂室,粉剂室用于存放固体药粉,而液剂室用于存放液体药液。粉剂室与液剂室在袋体上处于相邻的位置,两者之间采用可剥离的虚焊结构。使用时,只需要拉开虚焊结构,使粉剂室和液剂室相连通,将固体药粉和液体药液混合摇匀后即可使用。这种输液袋具有配药方便,快捷,能够避免配错药,并能减少医药包装废弃物等优点。
但是,上述输液袋至少存在如下问题:由于粉剂室和液剂室相邻,两者之间采用虚焊结构,在输液袋运输或存放过程中,液剂室容易受到挤压,从而使虚焊结构发生漏液,固体药粉和液体药液相混合,使药物产生变质,导致不能使用。
为解决上述问题,专利CN102058477B公开了一种输液袋,其包括外药剂室和位于外药剂室内部的内药剂室,外药剂室存放有液体药物溶剂,外药剂室上设置有输液口,内药剂室存放有液体或固体药物,内药剂室具有可剥离虚焊结构的封口。应用时,隔着外药剂室将内药剂室的可剥离虚焊结构的封口撕开,从而使外药剂室中的药物溶剂与内药剂室中的药物相混合,混合均匀后即可将药物通过外药剂室上的输液口输出使用。该专利中,由于可剥离虚焊结构的封口位于外药剂室的内部,因此,当外药剂室受到外力挤压时,外药剂室中的液体药剂不会对内药剂室的可剥离虚焊结构的封口产生挤压,从而能够确保输液袋受挤压时不会因虚焊结构漏液而使药物产生变质或失效。
经过深入研究,发明人发现,当内药剂室中的药物为固体药物时,上述专利能够较好的避免虚焊结构漏液的问题,然而当内药剂室中的药物为液体药物时,外部挤压力一旦传递到内药剂室,上述专利在一定程度上仍有可能会发生虚焊结构漏液的问题,并且由于内药剂室处于外药剂室内部,即使发生了虚焊结构漏液的现象,仅凭肉眼也难以观察和发现,故上述专利有必要进行改进和完善。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型输液袋,它能够确保输液袋受挤压时不会因虚焊结构漏液而使药物产生变质。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供技术方案如下:
一种新型输液袋,包括外药剂室和位于所述外药剂室内部的内药剂室,所述外药剂室和内药剂室均存放有液体药物溶剂,所述外药剂室上设置有输液口和悬挂孔,所述内药剂室包括袋状本体和位于所述袋状本体口部的可剥离虚焊结构的封口,其中:所述袋状本体的口部连接有两端开口的隔离室,所述隔离室内存放有能够用于注射的固体粉剂,所述隔离室的一端开口与所述袋状本体共用所述可剥离虚焊结构的封口,所述隔离室的另一端开口也设置有可剥离虚焊结构的封口。
进一步的,所述外药剂室和内药剂室均为扁平状,所述内药剂室的一侧表面固定在所述外药剂室的一侧表面上,所述袋状本体的靠近口部的两侧内表面上设置有用于密封口部的一对挡条。
进一步的,其中一个挡条上带有凹槽,另一个挡条能够卡接在所述凹槽内。
进一步的,所述袋状本体的口部具有锥形渐缩部,所述挡条设置在所述锥形渐缩部与所述袋状本体连接处。
进一步的,所述袋状本体的宽度为所述外药剂室的宽度的1/2-4/5。
进一步的,所述袋状本体的口部的宽度为所述袋状本体的宽度的1/8-1/3。
进一步的,所述隔离室内的固体粉剂为葡萄糖、葡萄糖酸钙、氯化钠或维生素。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
上述方案中,由于内药剂室的袋状本体的口部连接有两端开口的隔离室,隔离室内存放有能够用于注射的固体粉剂,隔离室的两端开口均为可剥离虚焊结构的封口,这样当外药剂室受到挤压,挤压力传递到内药剂室时,隔离室两端的可剥离虚焊结构的封口能够起到隔离作用,大大增强内药剂室的抗挤压能力,防止虚焊结构漏液;并且,一旦虚焊结构漏液,也可以通过观察隔离室内的固体粉剂的状态来及时发现,从而提高了输液袋的安全性。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明提供一种新型输液袋,如图1和图2所示,包括外药剂室1和位于外药剂室1内部的内药剂室2,外药剂室1和内药剂室2均存放有液体药物溶剂,外药剂室1上设置有输液口3和悬挂孔4,内药剂室2包括袋状本体21和位于袋状本体21口部的可剥离虚焊结构的封口5,其中:
袋状本体21的口部连接有两端开口的隔离室6,隔离室6内存放有能够用于注射的固体粉剂,隔离室6的一端开口与袋状本体21共用可剥离虚焊结构的封口5,隔离室6的另一端开口也设置有可剥离虚焊结构的封口7。
本发明中,由于内药剂室2的袋状本体21的口部连接有两端开口的隔离室6,隔离室6内存放有能够用于注射的固体粉剂,隔离室6的两端开口均为可剥离虚焊结构的封口,这样当外药剂室1受到挤压(通常为运输过程中输液袋叠压放置或是偶尔受其他外力挤压导致,一般不会特别大),挤压力传递到内药剂室2时,隔离室6两端的可剥离虚焊结构的封口5和7能够起到隔离作用,大大增强内药剂室2的抗挤压能力,防止虚焊结构漏液;并且,一旦虚焊结构漏液,也可以通过观察隔离室6内的固体粉剂的状态来及时发现,从而提高了输液袋的安全性。输液时,挤压内药剂室2,利用液压力将隔离室6左右两端的可剥离虚焊结构的封口5和7鼓开,从而使外药剂室1中的药物溶剂与内药剂室中的药物溶剂相混合,混合均匀后即可通过外药剂室1上的输液口3输出使用。
本发明中,隔离室6内的固体粉剂不做要求,只要是可以用于注射使用即可,既可以是具有治疗作用的物质,也可以不具有治疗不用的物质,例如可以为葡萄糖、葡萄糖酸钙、氯化钠、维生素等等。
为了进一步增强内药剂室2的抗挤压能力,优选的,外药剂室1和内药剂室2均为扁平状,内药剂室2的一侧表面(图2中所示的上表面或下表面)固定在外药剂室1的一侧表面(对应的上表面或下表面)上,袋状本体21的靠近口部的两侧内表面上设置有用于密封口部的一对挡条8。
在输液袋运输过程中,可以借助于该挡条8将内药剂室2的袋状本体21的口部密封,外药剂室1和内药剂室2均为扁平状的好处在于,外药剂室1受到的挤压力正好也传递到挡条8上,确保密封效果;而需要输液时,只需从侧向(即图2中的前后方向)挤压内药剂室2即可容易的使这对挡条8打开,再继续侧向用力挤压内药剂室2,利用液压力将隔离室6左右两端的可剥离虚焊结构的封口5和7鼓开,从而使外药剂室1中的药物溶剂与内药剂室2中的药物溶剂相混合,混合均匀后即可通过外药剂室1上的输液口3输出使用。
如图2所示,挡条8的具体结构优选是:其中一个挡条81上带有凹槽,另一个挡条82能够卡接在凹槽内。进一步的,袋状本体21的口部可以具有锥形渐缩部22,挡条8设置在锥形渐缩部22与袋状本体21连接处。该锥形渐缩部22能够使得挤压内药剂室2时更容易鼓开可剥离虚焊结构的封口5和7。
为方便加工制作,隔离室6和内药剂室2可以为一体结构(两者的上下表面分别由同一表面制成)。并且,隔离室6也优选为扁平状,隔离室的一侧表面(图2所示的上表面或下表面)也固定在外药剂室1的一侧表面(对应的上表面或下表面)上,以方便从外药剂室1外部进行观察。
本发明在进行尺寸设计时,优选的,如图2所示,袋状本体21的宽度h2为外药剂室1的宽度h1的1/2-4/5;袋状本体21的口部的宽度h3为袋状本体21的宽度h2的1/8-1/3。这样尺寸合理,使用效果较佳。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种输液袋,包括外药剂室和位于所述外药剂室内部的内药剂室,所述外药剂室和内药剂室均存放有液体药物溶剂,所述外药剂室上设置有输液口和悬挂孔,所述内药剂室包括袋状本体和位于所述袋状本体口部的可剥离虚焊结构的封口,其特征在于,所述袋状本体的口部连接有两端开口的隔离室,所述隔离室内存放有能够用于注射的固体粉剂,所述隔离室的一端开口与所述袋状本体共用所述可剥离虚焊结构的封口,所述隔离室的另一端开口也设置有可剥离虚焊结构的封口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输液袋,其特征在于,所述外药剂室和内药剂室均为扁平状,所述内药剂室的一侧表面固定在所述外药剂室的一侧表面上,所述袋状本体的靠近口部的两侧内表面上设置有用于密封口部的一对挡条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的输液袋,其特征在于,其中一个挡条上带有凹槽,另一个挡条能够卡接在所述凹槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的输液袋,其特征在于,所述袋状本体的口部具有锥形渐缩部,所述挡条设置在所述锥形渐缩部与所述袋状本体连接处。
5.根据权利要求4所述的输液袋,其特征在于,所述袋状本体的宽度为所述外药剂室的宽度的1/2-4/5。
6.根据权利要求5所述的输液袋,其特征在于,所述袋状本体的口部的宽度为所述袋状本体的宽度的1/8-1/3。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一所述的输液袋,其特征在于,所述隔离室内的固体粉剂为葡萄糖、葡萄糖酸钙、氯化钠或维生素。
