本发明公开了一种用于清洗后餐具消毒灭菌的灭菌喷剂,包括以下重量份组分:椰子油脂肪酸0.2-0.5份;表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.05-0.3份;柠檬酸0.5-5份;纯水94.2-99.28份。本发明的目的是提供一种制备方法简单,使用方便,效果好,安全性高的用于清洗后餐具的含食品级消毒成分的灭菌喷剂,本发明还提供该喷剂的制备方法。

一种用于清洗后餐具消毒灭菌的灭菌喷剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种餐具消毒灭菌组合物,属于日用化学产品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种清洗后餐具的含食品级消毒成分的灭菌喷剂及制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高和对健康的关注,人们越来越注重生活细节,各种消毒类产品开始进入人们的生活,特别是消毒洗手类的产品,充满生活的各种场合,如学校、宾馆、家庭,但餐具的消毒灭菌方面,有大量需求,却缺乏引导。
譬如人们上餐馆吃饭,虽然用的是消毒好的餐具,但是普遍认为不放心,还会用热水将餐具泡一会,倾倒后才使用,但热水不具备消毒功能,只是一种心理作用,这时如果有一款餐具专业消毒灭菌的产品,将餐具喷雾消毒,再用热水冲一下,就可以达到要求,这才是真正的消毒啊,亲手亲为,放心。
同样的道理,家庭里的餐具虽然清洗过了,但洗洁精清洗餐具只有去油污效果,而并没有杀菌功能,这种方式清洁过后,餐具表面上的细菌数量会呈现不稳定性。特别是餐具如果带有水渍,在潮湿的环境中细菌会快速大量滋生。所以没有消毒柜,使用前也需要消毒灭菌后,目前一般采用煮沸消毒与蒸汽消毒,却很麻烦,如果有一款喷雾消毒灭菌的产品可使用,就简单了。
目前市面专业餐具消毒灭菌的用品不常见,有这方面的专利是将餐具清洗与抑菌功能搞在一起的,但市面上没见产品。
总的来说,市场上缺乏餐具消毒灭菌的专一产品,而这类产品符合现代人生活习惯的要求,体现了消费者日益增长的多样化需求,直得大力推广。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种制备方法简单,使用方便,效果好,安全性高的用于清洗后餐具的含食品级消毒成分的灭菌喷剂,本发明还提供该喷剂的制备方法。
其具体方案为:一种用于清洗后餐具消毒灭菌的灭菌喷剂,包括以下重量份组分:
椰子油脂肪酸0.2-0.5份;
表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.05-0.3份;
柠檬酸0.5-5份;
纯水94.2-99.28份。
在上述的用于清洗后餐具消毒灭菌的灭菌喷剂中,包括以下重量份组分:
椰子油脂肪酸0.2-0.4份;
表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.02-0.2份;
柠檬酸0.4-4份;
纯水95.4-99.38.份。
在上述的用于清洗后餐具消毒灭菌的灭菌喷剂中,所述的方法为向纯净水中加入椰子油脂肪酸,搅拌均匀后,再加入表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯,搅拌均均后,加入柠檬酸,搅拌均匀后,最后补足纯水,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供的技术方案最大的优点就是对人来说安全无毒,体现所选用的原料均为食品级别,主要消毒成分是椰子油脂肪酸,为食品级的消毒成份,录入2009年版食品用消毒原料,具有中华人民共和国卫生部的卫消字批文,(卫消字2007第0062号)。也称为可食用的消毒剂原料,其安全性不言而喩。辅料表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯为茶叶提取物,广泛应用于保健品和医药、化妆品方面,具有强的抗氧化剂和抑菌功能,柠檬酸,食品级的添加剂,在此起稳定作用,由此可见所用的原料安全无副作用。其次,本品为喷雾设计,使用方便,需要强调的是,本品解决了传统技术方案中水溶液中椰子油脂肪酸不能稳定持久的问题,通过辅料表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯可以有效的提高椰子油脂肪酸的稳定性。第三,小剂量瓶装,还可便于挟带,在外面餐饮吃饭也便于使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
为了更加清楚的对本发明进行说明,列举如下实施例来说明本发明的优越性。
实施例1:椰子油脂肪酸0.2份,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.05份,柠檬酸0.4份,纯水99.35份。
实施例2:椰子油脂肪酸0.3份,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.1份,柠檬酸1份,纯水98.6份。
实施例3:椰子油脂肪酸0.3份,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.15份,柠檬酸2份,纯水97.55份。
实施例4:椰子油脂肪酸0.3份,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.1份,柠檬酸3份,纯水96.6份。
实施例5:椰子油脂肪酸0.4份,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯0.2份,柠檬酸4份,纯水95.4份。
上述的实施例1-5的制备方法为:向纯净水中加入椰子油脂肪酸,搅拌均匀后,再加入表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯,搅拌均均后,加入柠檬酸,搅拌均匀后,最后补足纯水,搅拌均匀即可。
使用方法:将药液喷雾于餐具上,隔2分钟后用清水冲洗,即可放心使用。
性能测试方法
一、定量杀菌试验
实验菌种选择:金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538);大肠杆菌(8099);白色念珠菌(ATCC10231)。
菌悬液的配制:用无菌蒸馏水5ml,将24h培养的金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)、大肠杆菌(8099)、白色念珠菌(ATCC10231)分别用含1%(重量)蛋白胨的0.03mol/l的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)稀释成菌悬液,PH为7.2-7.4。
悬液定量杀菌试验:取菌悬液1.0ml于无菌试管内,于19~21℃水浴中恒温,再加入4.0ml消毒液混匀。作用至规定时间,取菌药混合液0.5ml于4.5ml中和剂中混匀。中和作用10min后取该液或稀释液1.0ml接种无菌平皿,倾注普通营养琼脂培养基,于37℃温箱培养48h,计数平板菌落数,实验平均三次,取平均值,计算杀菌率。
实验结果:当作用2分钟,实施例1所得灭菌喷剂对金黄色葡萄杆菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的平均杀灭率均>99.9%、对伤寒沙门菌作用2分钟,平均杀灭率均>99.9%,杀灭对数值≥5.00。

二、餐具现场消毒效果实验(实验用菌种为:大肠杆菌)
1、将35个染菌碗和36个筷子样本,按本品使用方法,喷雾均匀后放置2分钟,分别向瓷盘内的染菌区加入5ml采样液,用L棒刮洗染菌区,作用10min,分别取1.0ml样液倾注接种2块平皿。将筷子放入含15ml采样液的试管中,电动混匀器震荡20s或振敲8 0次,作用10min,分别取1.0ml样液倾注接种2块平皿。将接种好的平皿放37℃恒温箱培养48h,计数菌落数,作为试验组。
2、在同等条件下,将5个染菌碗和6只筷子样本,用含有PBS的喷壶,均匀喷雾后,同上处置。浸泡于的容器中。待试验组消毒处理完毕后,与试验组同时进行采样和检测。所得细菌定量检测结果作为消毒前菌量。阳性对照组所测得的菌量应在1.253105cfu/样本~1.253106cfu/样本(相当于53105cfu/cm2~53106cfu/cm2)。
3、将未用过的同批次中和剂、PBS接种培养基,和未种菌的培养基等,与上述两组样本同时进行培养,作为阴性对照。
4、实验结果:阴性对照无细菌生长,阳性对照组所测得菌数1.67×105cfu/样本,实验组杀灭对数值均≥3.00。
根据《消毒技术规范》的要求,用于餐具的消毒产品,阳性对照组应有较多细菌生长,阴性对组应无菌生长,以每种食(饮)具30个样本中大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均≥3.00,,可判为消毒合格。由上面实验可知,消毒剂满足上面的要求。
三、复方消毒剂的稳定性
(1)测试方法:运用高速离心机型号,将消毒液在速度为4500rmp下离心15min,观察产品是否分层。观察结果消毒液稳定,无分层现象。
(2)将所配消毒液置54℃温箱内储存14d后取出,测量其前后抗菌成分含量,下降率为0.93%。
通过本测试可以发现,本配方中的椰子油脂肪酸和表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯的伍配可以达到优良的稳定性,同时柠檬酸可以有效控制体系pH值使体系的杀菌体系更为稳定。

1.一种用于清洗后餐具消毒灭菌的灭菌喷剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:
椰子油脂肪酸 0.2-0.5份;
表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯 0.05-0.3份;
柠檬酸 0.5-5份;
纯水 94.2-99.28份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于清洗后餐具消毒灭菌的灭菌喷剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:
椰子油脂肪酸 0.2-0.4份;
表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯 0.02-0.2份;
柠檬酸 0.4-4份;
纯水 95.4-99.38.份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于清洗后餐具消毒灭菌的灭菌喷剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的方法为向纯净水中加入椰子油脂肪酸,搅拌均匀后,再加入表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯,搅拌均均后,加入柠檬酸,搅拌均匀后,最后补足纯水,搅拌均匀即可。
