Description

Method for cultivating easily-branched poinsettia
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to a method for cultivating easily-branched poinsettia.
Background
Poinsettia (academic name:Euphorbia pulcherrimawilld. et Kl.), alias: christmas flowers, orangutan, lao laijiao, etc. Shrubs, cylindrical in root, with numerous branches. The stem is upright and hairless. Leaf intergrowth, ovalThe leaf surface is short and soft or hairless, and the back of the leaf is soft. Poinsettia is a short day plant that prefers warmth, moistness, and sunshine. The native product of Central America is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions, and is distributed in most provinces and cities of China. The poinsettia has bright color and long flowering period, and the flowering period is positive in Christmas, New year and spring festival. The branching characteristics of poinsettia plants can be divided into two categories, namely "easy branching" and "difficult branching". The 'easily-branching' variety can be used for mass production of cuttings, and is the mainstream of commercial production of poinsettia potted flowers as a propagation material of the multi-flower potted flowers. The poinsettia potted flower with strong branching and good ornamental property has commercial value. The traditional breeding method is to select seeds by means of hybridization, select the shape of excellent single seedling plants growing by means of hybridization breeding, the plant stems are thick and not branched, and even though pinching treatment is carried out, only the topmost 2-3 axillary buds can germinate lateral branches, so that the excellent single seedling plants belong to the class of non-branching, are not suitable for pot flower application, are not attractive when popularized as commercial varieties, and therefore, research on poinsettia with easy branching can be cultivated in a short time.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to provide a method for cultivating poinsettia with easy branching, which can cultivate poinsettia with easy branching in a short time, has good appreciation, can cultivate poinsettia in batches, and has simple method and high success rate.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a method for cultivating easily-branched poinsettia comprises the following steps:
cultivating the seedlings which are not easy to branch to 12-18cm, topping, and reserving 8-15 leaves as stocks;
picking up ear branches of 8-15cm from the scion seedlings of the easily-branched variety, and reserving 2-5 leaves to obtain the scion branches;
washing the scion grafting branches with a sodium nitrite solution with the mass concentration of 10-12% and a sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution with the mass concentration of 10-25% for 2-5 times in sequence, and finally washing with clear water for 5-10 minutes;
cutting the bottom end of the cleaned scion graft into a wedge shape, dipping auxin and inserting the scion graft into a stock till the xylem;
and (E) coating the scion branches and the stocks by using adhesive tapes, pouring a bactericide and water for cultivation, topping, and performing cuttage propagation to obtain the easily-branched poinsettia.
In order to cultivate the easily branched variety from poinsettia more quickly, the poinsettia which is not easy to branch needs to be grafted, after the easily branched poinsettia plant is infected by a bacterium parasitizing on the plant, the originally not easy branched poinsettia has the easily branched characteristic, and the plant bacterium can be transferred to the grafted seedling of the originally not easy branched variety by a grafting method. The plant mycoplasma is a plant pathogenic bacterium without cell walls, is mainly parasitic in phloem sieve tube cells of hosts, and can cause the plants to have the symptoms of leaf discoloration, floral organ leaf greening, petal greening, leaf diminishing, withering, dwarfing, yellowing, leaf clustering and the like after infection, thereby losing the ornamental value and influencing the commercial value. The method for cultivating the poinsettia easy to branch comprises the steps of taking the poinsettia easy to branch as a scion and taking the poinsettia difficult to branch as a stock for grafting, and transferring bacteria carried by the poinsettia easy to branch to the poinsettia scion difficult to branch, so that a plant propagated by cutting a top bud of the grafted plant has the characteristics of easy branching and good ornamental value. And during grafting treatment, the scion branches are soaked before being grafted, the auxin is used for promoting the normal growth of the scion branches, the scion branches and the rootstocks are further promoted to regenerate and heal, and finally, the bactericide is sprayed, so that the success of bacterial transfer can be ensured, the plants can be prevented from being infected by other strains to cause diseases, and the success of grafting the plants can be ensured.
Wherein the auxin is one or a mixture of more than two of 5-nitroguaiacol sodium, indolebutyric acid sodium, forchlorfenuron and 6-benzylamino adenine. The 5-nitroguaiacol sodium is a cell activator, can regulate the growth of plants, has strong osmosis, can quickly enter the plant bodies, promotes the protoplasm flow of the plants, accelerates the rooting and germination of the plants and promotes the growth. When the auxin is 5-nitroguaiacol sodium, the concentration of the auxin is 0.2-0.5 mg/Kg; the sodium indolebutyrate can induce the formation of a root protomer, promote the differentiation and the division of cells, is beneficial to the generation of new roots and the differentiation of vascular bundle systems, and promotes the formation of adventitious roots of cuttings, and when the auxin sodium indolebutyrate is used, the concentration of the auxin is 3-7 mg/Kg; the forchlorfenuron is a cytokinin growth regulator with higher activity, can promote the growth of plants, can accelerate the mitosis of cells, promote the enlargement and differentiation of cells, prevent the shedding of fruits and flowers, accelerate the formation of buds, promote the growth of stems, leaves and roots, promote the expansion of fruits, break apical dominance and prevent aging, and when the auxin is the forchlorfenuron, the concentration of the auxin is 2-7 mg/Kg; the 6-benzylamino adenine can promote the growth of plant cells, inhibit the degradation of plant chlorophyll, improve the content of amino acid and delay the senescence of leaves, and when the auxin is 6-benzylamino adenine, the concentration of the auxin is 20-50 mg/Kg.
The auxin is a mixture of 10 parts of sodium indolebutyrate and 10 parts of 6-benzylamino adenine, and the sodium indolebutyrate and the 6-benzylamino adenine are used in a matched mode according to the proportion, so that scion branches are more active, the growth activity is better, and grafting healing is facilitated.
Wherein the planted soil is matrix soil, the matrix soil comprises 100mg/kg of phosphorus, 100mg/kg of potassium and 150mg/kg of nitrogen, the porosity of the matrix soil is 60%, and the pH value is 6-7. The nitrogen, the phosphorus and the potassium are essential growth elements for the growth of plants, and the elements with the contents are added into the matrix soil, so that more sufficient nutrition can be provided for the healing of the grafted plants, the growth and the absorption of the stocks are promoted, and sufficient nutritional ingredients are provided for scion branches. The poinsettia cultivation takes loose, fertile and well-drained sandy soil as the best, the void degree of matrix soil is controlled to be 60 percent, space is provided for root systems of the stocks, the respiration growth of the root systems is facilitated, and meanwhile, the pH value of the soil is 6.8 the best.
Wherein the time of the scion is 5-8 months per year. Poinsettia is cultivated in tropical zone and subtropical zone, and is fond of sunshine in 5-8 months, and the growth of poinsettia is vigorous, so that successful grafting is facilitated, and meanwhile, if branches can catch up with cuttage propagation at the bottom of 9 months, flowering characters of plants before and after grafting can be observed and compared in the same year, and character differences before and after grafting can be recorded, so that the breeding process can be shortened.
Wherein the illumination time of the cultivation is 14-16 hours, the cultivation in the dark is 8-10 hours, the temperature is 25-32 ℃, and the humidity is more than or equal to 80%. The illumination time is increased after grafting to prevent flower bud differentiation, promote vegetative growth, and strictly control the temperature and the temperature simultaneously, guarantee the growth environment of plants, and improve the grafting success rate.
Wherein the bactericide is one or a mixture of more than two of Bordeaux mixture, agricultural streptomycin, tetramycin, neomycin and ethylicin. Bordeaux mixture is a protective germicide. The effective component is basic copper sulfate, which can effectively prevent spore germination, prevent germ infection, promote leaf color to be dark green, grow robustly and improve the disease resistance of trees. Agricultural streptomycin is an antibiotic medicament, and industrial streptomycin is amorphous powder and is coarse and suitable for preventing and treating various diseases of crops. The tetramycin preparation contains various antibiotics, and can obviously promote the healing of callus, promote the development of weak seedling root systems and the recovery of aged root systems, improve the disease resistance of crops and optimize the quality of the crops. The new phytomycin can prevent and treat bacterial stripe disease of rice. Ethylicin is a high-efficiency pollution-free broad-spectrum bionic bactericide, has the function of regulating plant growth, and can promote germination, improve germination rate, increase yield and improve quality. Various bactericides can kill various bacteria, and the bactericidal effect can be improved by mixing the bactericides. Preferably, the bactericide is a mixture of three or more of Bordeaux mixture, agricultural streptomycin, tetramycin, neophytycin and ethylicin.
And (F) culturing for 15-20 days, allowing the plant mycoplasma in the scion to be transferred to the rootstock in a half-month time, promoting branching by combining subsequent topping, and performing cutting propagation to obtain the poinsettia easy to branch.
