Abstract

本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保复合型补炉料及其制备方法。包括以下重量份的原料:中档镁砂25~80份;白云石熟料15~50份;中档镁砂细粉10~30份;环保结合剂6~7份;添加剂3~5份;润滑剂0.5~1.5份;抗渗透剂0.5~2份。上述配比的物料经混碾、搅拌、干燥后形成松散、干燥、均匀的环保复合型补炉料。本发明以不同颗粒级配的91烧结镁砂、白云石熟料为主要原料,以工业用蓖麻油为结合剂,通过添加复合添加剂,制成烧结情况好、流动性好、污染小的补炉料。解决了目前传统补炉料烧结时间长、流动性差、污染环境的问题。

Description

一种环保复合型补炉料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保复合型补炉料及其制备方法。
背景技术
转炉是炼钢的主要冶炼容器,其炉龄直接影响着炼钢的生产组织,因此转炉炉龄是衡量转炉炼钢的一项综合性技术经济指标。自1991年美国LTV钢铁公司使用溅渣护炉技术,1995年我国采用此技术以来,转炉炼钢发生了质的飞跃,炉龄有了大幅度提高,吨钢炉衬消耗也大幅度降低。但随着转炉冶炼强度及生产节奏的大幅度提高,对维护转炉用补炉料的质量要求也越来越苛刻。氧气顶吹转炉是炼钢生产中的主要设备,由于长期在高温状态下受到机械力冲击和炉渣侵蚀,炉底层和两大面耐火材料的结构容易遭到破坏,转炉前后大面侵蚀过快已成为影响转炉炉龄提高的关键因素。因此,加强转炉前后大面维护,以使炉衬达到均衡侵蚀,降低耐火材料消耗,对于进一步提高转炉炉龄具有十分重要的意义。
转炉补炉料具有施工方便、成本低廉、对钢水污染少、劳动强度低、施工设备简单等特点在各大钢厂得到广泛应用。但目前的的转炉补炉料烧结时间长、流动性差、烧结时对空气污染严重。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保复合型补炉料及其制备方法。本发明烧结时间短、流动性好、烧结时对环境污染小。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种环保复合型补炉料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
所述中档镁砂为91烧结镁砂,其MgO质量百分含量≥91%,由以下重量份的不同颗粒级别的91烧结镁砂混合而成:10~20份0~1mm的91烧结镁砂,5~20份1~3mm的91烧结镁砂,5~20份3~5mm的91烧结镁砂,5~20份5~8mm的91烧结镁砂。
所述白云石熟料其MgO质量百分含量≥35%,CaO质量百分含量≥45%,SiO2质量百分含量≤3%,AL2O3质量百分含量≤3%;由以下重量份的不同颗粒级别的白云石熟料混合而成:5~20份1~3mm的白云石熟料,10~30份3~5mm的白云石熟料。
所述中档镁砂细粉为粒度小于200目的91烧结镁砂细粉。
所述结合剂为工业用蓖麻油。
所述抗渗透剂为高铝矾土。
所述添加剂为偏硅酸钠、金属硅粉、聚乙二醇、铁磷中的一种或几种。
所述润滑剂为煤油、柴油、植物油、废机油中的一种或几种。
一种环保复合型补炉料的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)原料破碎、筛分、细磨:将91烧结镁砂破碎、筛分、细磨,分出200目以下、0~1mm、1~3mm、3~5mm、5~8mm五种颗粒级别的91烧结镁砂;将白云石熟料破碎、筛分、细磨,分出1~3mm、3~5mm两种颗粒级别的白云石熟料;
(2)配料:按上述配方称取原料;
(3)混炼:先加0~1mm、1~3mm、3~5mm颗粒级别的91烧结镁砂与白云石熟料,干混3min;然后加入结合剂、添加剂、润滑剂、抗渗透剂,再混合3~5min;最后加入91烧结镁砂细粉混合4~6min;
(4)干燥:将混合物放入松散物料干燥机内干燥,干燥后即得松散、干状、均匀的补炉料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明以不同颗粒级配的91烧结镁砂、白云石熟料为主要原料,以工业用蓖麻油为结合剂,通过添加复合添加剂,制成烧结情况好、流动性好、污染小的补炉料。解决了目前传统补炉料烧结时间长、流动性差、污染环境的问题。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明,但不用来限制本发明的范围:
以下列举三个实施例作为对本发明具体实施方式所用原料的具体说明,具体内容如表1所示。

本发明一种环保复合型补炉料的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)原料破碎、筛分、细磨:
将白云石熟料在破碎机中破碎,筛分为0<粒度≤1mm、1mm<粒度≤3mm;
将镁砂在破碎机中破碎,筛分为0<粒度≤1mm、1mm<粒度≤3mm、3mm<粒度≤5mm、5mm<粒度≤8mm200目以下的原料;
补炉料生产所用原料:镁砂、白云石熟料。原料指标见表2。

(2)配料:按表1所示配方称取原料。
(3)混炼:先加0~1mm、1~3mm、3~5mm颗粒级别的91烧结镁砂与白云石熟料,干混3min;然后加入结合剂、添加剂、润滑剂、抗渗透剂,再混合3~5min;最后加入91烧结镁砂细粉混合4~6min;
(4)干燥:将混合物放入松散物料干燥机内干燥,干燥后即得松散、干状、均匀的补炉料。
(5)出料:本发明所述的补炉料的主要理化指标如表3:

目前,在补炉料料中应用最广泛的低温结合剂是热塑性酚醛树脂,但使用过程中,随着温度的升高,酚醛树脂逐渐固化;固化后的树脂约在200~800℃分解,释放出CO2、CO、CH4、H2及H2O等气体;酚醛树脂残留的固定碳给钢水带来增碳问题,在固化、炭化过程中产生具有刺激性气味的烟气,对现场施工工人和环境造成一定程度的危害;此外,目前酚醛树脂的市场价格较高,使干料的生产成本大幅增加。本发明创造性的采用工业蓖麻油作为结合剂,不仅成本低,且环境污染小。
本发明创造性的提出在补炉料中添加高铝矾土改性剂,能改善其基质组成,使其具有良好的高温性能;同时能减小其基质气孔的孔径,改善其气孔孔径分布,从而降低熔渣在补炉料中的渗透,有利于提高补炉料的使用寿命。

本发明经过60吨在钢厂转炉试用(烧结时间为26min,流动性良好,烧结无毒无污染),使用寿命≥32炉,在使用过程中稳定性好。由试用效果可以得出生产的补炉料各项性能均满足炉料各项性能指标均能满足现场使用。实施例处理后的烧结时间明显低于传统补炉料,流动性良好,其耐压强度高,符合现场使用,其使用寿命明显提高,烧结时黑烟明显减少,有利于转炉补炉料更快更高效的附着于转炉内衬上,以给转炉内衬提供更好的保护效果。

1.一种环保复合型补炉料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保复合型补炉料,其特征在于,所述白云石熟料其MgO质量百分含量≥35%,CaO质量百分含量≥45%,SiO2质量百分含量≤3%,AL 2O3质量百分含量≤3%;由以下重量份的不同颗粒级别的白云石熟料混合而成:5~20份1~3mm的白云石熟料,10~30份3~5mm的白云石熟料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保复合型补炉料,其特征在于,所述中档镁砂细粉为粒度小于200目的91烧结镁砂细粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保复合型补炉料,其特征在于,所述结合剂为工业用蓖麻油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保复合型补炉料,其特征在于,所述抗渗透剂为高铝矾土。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保复合型补炉料,其特征在于,所述添加剂为偏硅酸钠、金属硅粉、聚乙二醇、铁磷中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保复合型补炉料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为煤油、柴油、植物油、废机油中的一种或几种。
9.一种根据权利要求1所述的环保复合型补炉料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)原料破碎、筛分、细磨:将91烧结镁砂破碎、筛分、细磨,分出200目以下、0~1mm、1~3mm、3~5mm、5~8mm五种颗粒级别的91烧结镁砂;将白云石熟料破碎、筛分、细磨,分出1~3mm、3~5mm两种颗粒级别的白云石熟料;
(2)配料:按权利要求1-8所述配方称取原料;
(3)混炼:先加0~1mm、1~3mm、3~5mm颗粒级别的91烧结镁砂与白云石熟料,干混3min;然后加入结合剂、添加剂、润滑剂、抗渗透剂,再混合3~5min;最后加入91烧结镁砂细粉混合4~6min;
(4)干燥:将混合物放入松散物料干燥机内干燥,干燥后即得松散、干状、均匀的补炉料。
