Abstract

一种低密度药品包装复合膜,以聚乙烯为基膜,在聚乙烯基膜的上表层粘结一层亚麻纤维层,在聚乙烯基膜的下表层粘结双向拉伸尼龙层即BOPA;在双向拉伸尼龙层的表面涂覆一层固体胶,在固体胶的表面粘结有铝箔。本发明复合膜具有非吸附性能,能阻止药品中有效物活性成分的迁移;同时,也阻碍药物活性成分对粘合层的破坏,防止内层的脱层,极大程度上保护内包装物的阻隔性能,最大限度的防止内包装物因受潮、迁移发生质变、降低药效。

新型低密度药品包装复合膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医药包装材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型低密度药品包装复合膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
药用包装材料将直接影响用药的安全性,不同的内容物对包装材料的要求各不相同。有许多药品要求遮光、阻水、阻氧,成型性好,特别是有些药物要求易撕开。许多定向性的材料生产的复合膜虽然在其他方面表现出优良的性能,在此方面却显得不足。低密度药品包装复合膜具有良好的阻隔性、热封性、走机性、柔软性等,更具有其他复合材料不具备的易撕性。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请提供了一种新型低密度药品包装复合膜及其制备方法。本发明复合膜具有非吸附性能,能阻止药品中有效物活性成分的迁移;同时,也阻碍药物活性成分对粘合层的破坏,防止内层的脱层,极大程度上保护内包装物的阻隔性能,最大限度的防止内包装物因受潮、迁移发生质变、降低药效。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种低密度药品包装复合膜,以聚乙烯为基膜,在聚乙烯基膜的上表层粘结一层亚麻纤维层,在聚乙烯基膜的下表层粘结双向拉伸尼龙层即BOPA;在双向拉伸尼龙层的表面涂覆一层固体胶,在固体胶的表面粘结有铝箔。
所述聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.3~0.5mm。所述亚麻纤维的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
所述双向拉伸尼龙层的厚度为0.08~0.12mm。优选的,所述双向拉伸尼龙层的厚度为0.1mm。
所述铝箔和固体胶的厚度之和为0.08~0.12mm。优选的,所述铝箔和固体胶的厚度之和为0.1mm。
优选的,粘结铝箔时采用铝箔卷抓取装置,通过调节顶杆的位置,可以适应多种不同内径的卷芯。在制备复合膜的过程中采用包装卷膜的自动传送装置,采用齿轮啮合传动。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明以聚乙烯作为基膜,保证产品的阻隔性能。采用具有耐高温、高强度、耐老化、耐摩擦的适合印刷的亚麻纤维材料作为印刷表层材料,能够持久的保持完好的外观及印刷图案。
本发明采用非吸附性能的双向拉伸尼龙和铝箔热封层材料,阻止药品中有效药物活性成分的迁移,同时防止内层的脱层,极大程度上保护内包装物的阻隔性能。
本发明生成过程中采用铝箔卷的抓取装置,结构简单,维护方便,能够有效的保护手,避免受到伤害。通过调节顶杆的位置,可以适应多种不同内径的卷芯。
本发明在制备过程中采用包装卷膜的自动传送装置,采用齿轮啮合传动,移动平稳,可以适应不同高度,可以更安全的支撑包装卷膜,且可支持多种直径的卷芯。
本发明技术处于领先水平,采用多层材料复合而成,层次分明、美观耐压、复合附着力大、不起泡、不破裂、剥离强度大、热封性能好,不但具有高阻隔性和优良的印刷适性,而且具有良好的易撕性,柔韧性适中,使用方便安全,同时先进制备工艺的研究和应用,极大提升了产品的生成效率和成品合格率,因此本发明的市场前景十分广阔。
本发明对保证我国医疗药品安全具有重要的现实意义。同时能够带动我国医疗行业的发展,对促进药品包装材料的产业升级起到积极的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
本发明提供的低密度药品包装复合膜,以聚乙烯为基膜,在聚乙烯基膜的上表层粘结一层亚麻纤维层,在聚乙烯基膜的下表层粘结双向拉伸尼龙层即BOPA;在双向拉伸尼龙层的表面涂覆一层固体胶,在固体胶的表面粘结有铝箔。
所述聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.3mm。所述亚麻纤维的厚度为0.1mm。所述双向拉伸尼龙层的厚度为0.08mm。所述铝箔和固体胶的厚度之和为0.08mm。
在粘结铝箔时采用铝箔卷抓取装置,通过调节顶杆的位置,可以适应多种不同内径的卷芯。在制备复合膜的过程中采用包装卷膜的自动传送装置,采用齿轮啮合传动。
实施例2

实施例3

所述聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.4mm。所述亚麻纤维的厚度为0.12mm。所述双向拉伸尼龙层的厚度为0.1mm。所述铝箔和固体胶的厚度之和为0.1mm。
在粘结铝箔时采用铝箔卷抓取装置,通过调节顶杆的位置,可以适应多种不同内径的卷芯。在制备复合膜的过程中采用包装卷膜的自动传送装置,采用齿轮啮合传动。
检测例:
将实施例制备得到的复合膜进行性能测试,其红外光谱:PET\LDPE层与对照图谱完全一致;无异常毒性。

Claims (9)

1.一种低密度药品包装复合膜,其特征在于以聚乙烯为基膜,在聚乙烯基膜的上表层粘结一层亚麻纤维层,在聚乙烯基膜的下表层粘结双向拉伸尼龙层即BOPA;在双向拉伸尼龙层的表面涂覆一层固体胶,在固体胶的表面粘结有铝箔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低密度药品包装复合膜,其特征在于所述聚乙烯基膜的厚度为0.3~0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低密度药品包装复合膜,其特征在于所述亚麻纤维的厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低密度药品包装复合膜,其特征在于所述双向拉伸尼龙层的厚度为0.08~0.12mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低密度药品包装复合膜,其特征在于所述双向拉伸尼龙层的厚度为0.1mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低密度药品包装复合膜,其特征在于所述铝箔和固体胶的厚度之和为0.08~0.12mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低密度药品包装复合膜,其特征在于所述铝箔和固体胶的厚度之和为0.1mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的低密度药品包装复合膜,其特征在于粘结铝箔时采用铝箔卷抓取装置,通过调节顶杆的位置,可以适应多种不同内径的卷芯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的低密度药品包装复合膜,其特征在于在制备复合膜的过程中采用包装卷膜的自动传送装置,采用齿轮啮合传动。
