本发明公开了一种新型抗皱西服的加工方法,将兔毛、绵羊毛织成表层面料;将涤纶纤维制成中层面料;将天然棉支撑内层面料;将表层面料、中层面料和内层面料采用粘合剂粘接压制成合成面料;将制得的面料置入柔顺剂中浸泡,浸泡过后恒温烘干,即可进行裁剪制成西服。与现有技术相比,本发明通过设置多层的面料,同时采用特制的粘合剂和特制的柔顺剂制成,提高西服面料的抗皱能力,具有推广应用的价值。

本发明涉及一种服装加工技术,尤其涉及一种新型抗皱西服的加工方法。
背景技术
西装又称作“西服”、“洋装”。西装是一种“舶来文化”,在中国,人们多把有翻领和驳头,三个衣兜,衣长在臀围线以下的上衣称作“西服”,这显然是中国人民对于来自西方的服装的称谓。1992年中国改革开放后,西装进入内地市场。因西服如果皱褶,就会影响美观,因此,需要对面料以及加工工艺进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种新型抗皱西服的加工方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括以下步骤:
(1)将兔毛、绵羊毛织成表层面料;
(2)将涤纶纤维制成中层面料;
(3)将天然棉支撑内层面料;
(4)将表层面料、中层面料和内层面料采用粘合剂粘接压制成合成面料;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的面料置入柔顺剂中浸泡,浸泡过后恒温烘干,即可进行裁剪制成西服。
进一步,所述表层面料的厚度为0.4mm-0.5mm。所述中层面料的厚度为0.2mm-0.25mm。所述内层面料的厚度为0.8mm-1mm。
具体地,所述粘合剂由弹性纤维、丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、聚氨酯、苯丙乳液、氯丁橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶组成。按重量比,所述弹性纤维占40%、所述丙烯酸酯占10%、所述苯乙烯占5%、所述聚氨酯占15%、所述苯丙乳液占5%、所述氯丁橡胶占20%、所述三元乙丙橡胶占5%。

本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种新型抗皱西服的加工方法,与现有技术相比,本发明通过设置多层的面料,同时采用特制的粘合剂和特制的柔顺剂制成,提高西服面料的抗皱能力,具有推广应用的价值。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明包括以下步骤:
(1)将兔毛、绵羊毛织成表层面料;
(2)将涤纶纤维制成中层面料;
(3)将天然棉支撑内层面料;
(4)将表层面料、中层面料和内层面料采用粘合剂粘接压制成合成面料;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的面料置入柔顺剂中浸泡,浸泡过后恒温烘干,即可进行裁剪制成西服。
进一步,所述表层面料的厚度为0.4mm-0.5mm。所述中层面料的厚度为0.2mm-0.25mm。所述内层面料的厚度为0.8mm-1mm。
具体地,所述粘合剂由弹性纤维、丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、聚氨酯、苯丙乳液、氯丁橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶组成。按重量比,所述弹性纤维占40%、所述丙烯酸酯占10%、所述苯乙烯占5%、所述聚氨酯占15%、所述苯丙乳液占5%、所述氯丁橡胶占20%、所述三元乙丙橡胶占5%。
具体地,所述柔顺剂由二氧化锑、小苏打、钛酸正丁酯、焦磷酸钠、硬脂酸钠、乙二醇硬脂酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙烯蜡、焦磷酸钠、硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和乙醇组成。按重量比,所述二氧化锑占2%、所述小苏打占2%、所述钛酸正丁酯占5%、所述焦磷酸钠占2%、所述硬脂酸钠占2%、所述乙二醇硬脂酸酯占5%、所述聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯占5%、所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚占5%、所述聚乙烯蜡占10%、所述焦磷酸钠占15%、所述硫酸钠占15%、所述三聚磷酸钠占15%、所述乙醇占17%。

Claims (8)
1.一种新型抗皱西服的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将兔毛、绵羊毛织成表层面料;
(2)将涤纶纤维制成中层面料;
(3)将天然棉支撑内层面料;
(4)将表层面料、中层面料和内层面料采用粘合剂粘接压制成合成面料;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的面料置入柔顺剂中浸泡,浸泡过后恒温烘干,即可进行裁剪制成西服。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型抗皱西服的加工方法,其特征在于:所述表层面料的厚度为0.4mm-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型抗皱西服的加工方法,其特征在于:所述中层面料的厚度为0.2mm-0.25mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型抗皱西服的加工方法,其特征在于:所述内层面料的厚度为0.8mm-1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型抗皱西服的加工方法,其特征在于:所述粘合剂由弹性纤维、丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、聚氨酯、苯丙乳液、氯丁橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型抗皱西服的加工方法,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂由二氧化锑、小苏打、钛酸正丁酯、焦磷酸钠、硬脂酸钠、乙二醇硬脂酸酯、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙烯蜡、焦磷酸钠、硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和乙醇组成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的新型抗皱西服的加工方法,其特征在于:按重量比,所述弹性纤维占40%、所述丙烯酸酯占10%、所述苯乙烯占5%、所述聚氨酯占15%、所述苯丙乳液占5%、所述氯丁橡胶占20%、所述三元乙丙橡胶占5%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的新型抗皱西服的加工方法,其特征在于:按重量比,所述二氧化锑占2%、所述小苏打占2%、所述钛酸正丁酯占5%、所述焦磷酸钠占2%、所述硬脂酸钠占2%、所述乙二醇硬脂酸酯占5%、所述聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯占5%、所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚占5%、所述聚乙烯蜡占10%、所述焦磷酸钠占15%、所述硫酸钠占15%、所述三聚磷酸钠占15%、所述乙醇占17%。
