本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池领域,尤其涉及一种直连电池的返修装置,包括本体,安装在所述本体上的固定手柄、安装在所述本体上的转动手柄,所述转动手柄包括第一端和第二端,其特征在于,所述本体上形成有安装槽以及与所述安装槽相通的滑动槽,所述滑动槽内安装有滑块,当所述转动手柄转动时,所述转动手柄的第二端推动所述滑块进入所述安装槽。本发明的返修装置安装操作方便,维修更换简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池领域,尤其涉及一种直连电池的返修装置。
背景技术
随着铅酸蓄电池行业发展,新的产品不断的诞生,如胶体电池、石墨烯电池、直连电池等新的产品不断的推向市场,各种电池的生产制造过程中都有其本身优缺点;直连电池的优点是:直连式汇流排可有效提高蓄电池的充放电功率,传统的跨桥式焊接方式在进行大电流放电时,跨桥极柱的拐角处和跨桥焊接处温升过大,限制了电池的大电流充放电特性,采用汇流排直连结构能够大幅提升电池的充放电功率,缺点是生产成本高,主要是产生过程中,在电池铸焊工序上,由于直连电池的固有原因,导致电池在铸焊时出现不良率后返修困难,报废率高,从而增加电池生产成本,因此解决这一困难,就能降低生产成本,最终将产品推向市场。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种直连电池的返修装置,包括本体,安装在所述本体上的固定手柄、安装在所述本体上的转动手柄,所述转动手柄包括第一端和第二端,所述本体上形成有安装槽以及与所述安装槽相通的滑动槽,所述滑动槽内安装有滑块,当所述转动手柄转动时,所述转动手柄的第二端推动所述滑块进入所述安装槽。
进一步地,所述本体底部设有挡块。
进一步地,所述挡块上设置有转动轴,所述转动手柄安装在所述转动轴上。
本发明的返修装置将不良产品按照普通产品的方法进行返修,从而减少报废,降低生产成本,同时该装置安装操作方便,维修更换简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种直连电池的返修装置包括本体7,固定手柄1安装在本体7上,转动手柄2通过转动轴4转动安装在本体7上的,转动手柄2包括第一端和第二端,本体7上形成有安装槽6以及与安装槽6相通的滑动槽9,滑动槽9内安装有滑块8,当转动手柄2转动时,转动手柄2的第二端推动滑块8进入安装槽9。本发明的本体7的底部还设有挡块5,用于在焊接时防止铅液渗漏。转动轴4最好设置在挡块5上,转动手柄2安装在转动轴4上。
当使用本发明的一种直连电池的返修装置时,首先将不良电池单格取出后,再装入电池槽,然后使用本发明的返修装置将两个单格的连接处拼接在一起。如图1(图中未显示电池槽),将汇流排3放置在返修装置的安装槽6内,固定手柄1是固定的,通过转动手柄2的转动,转动手柄2的第二端推动滑块8进入安装槽9,从而将两个单格的连接处拼接在一起,返修后松开转动手柄2,取出蓄电池。

1.一种直连电池的返修装置,包括本体,安装在所述本体上的固定手柄、安装在所述本体上的转动手柄,所述转动手柄包括第一端和第二端,其特征在于,所述本体上形成有安装槽以及与所述安装槽相通的滑动槽,所述滑动槽内安装有滑块,当所述转动手柄转动时,所述转动手柄的第二端推动所述滑块进入所述安装槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的直连电池的返修装置,其特征在于,所述本体底部设有挡块。
3.如权利要求2所述的直连电池的返修装置,其特征在于,所述挡块上设置有转动轴,所述转动手柄安装在所述转动轴上。
