本发明公开了一种牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法,涉及中药生产应用领域,该牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法基于性状与其多种化学成分相结合的原理,设定其商品规格等级标准,并指出牡丹皮的商品规格等级与其内在指标性成分的相关性。本标准制定方法与现有技术相比更加客观的对牡丹皮规格等级标准进行划分,更加合理的解释牡丹皮现代用药的原理;同时为规范牡丹皮市场混乱情况提供较好的监管方法,统一牡丹皮市场销售创造条件。

牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中药生产应用领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法。
背景技术
牡丹皮为常用中药材,具有清热凉血、活血化瘀的功效。牡丹皮主产于安徽、河南、四川、山东等地,市场用量大。目前牡丹皮的药材及饮片商品规格在20世纪80年代中期,《七十六种药材商品规格标准》曾根据牡丹皮药材性状和来源划分了商品规格等级,分别按长度和粗度分为一等、二等、三等、四等共4个等级,目前市场上的牡丹皮虽未严格按此标准划分等级,但根条粗长的牡丹皮价格相对较高,基本上是根据其外观性状进行分类,也没有规格与等级的区分,只有个别划分了规格,并且价格波动非常大,完全缺乏一个统一的评价标准。随着现代药学研究水平的发展,有研究显示中药材的规格等级与内在的指标性成分存在相关性,但尚未有文献报道牡丹皮商品规格等级标准与其多种指标性成分的相关性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法。在80年代中期《七十六种药材商品规格标准》基础上,结合多种指标性成分分析,制定出新的牡丹皮商品规格等级划分标准。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)对牡丹皮规格等级进行按照外观性状进行分类,分为刮丹皮和连丹皮,并根据其中部围粗、长度、直径分为一、二、三、四等;
(2)对牡丹皮中的17种指标性成分没食子酸、芍药苷、氧化芍药苷、苯甲酸、苯甲酰芍药苷、苯甲酰氧化芍药苷、丹皮酚、5-羟甲基糠醛、葡萄糖、1,2,3,6-四没食子酰葡萄糖、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖、没食子酸甲酯、儿茶素、牡丹皮苷E、牡丹皮苷H、牡丹皮苷C、1,3,6-三没食子酰葡萄糖进行方法学研究,在同一色谱条件下将17种指标性成分进行分离并进行测定;
(3)分别对上述牡丹皮规格等级的产品按照2中方法分别对其进行17种指标性成分的测定;
(4)采用SPSS软件对牡丹皮17种指标性成分进行主成分分析和聚类分析,确定不同产地和不同规格等级中指标性成分的相关性,并结合传统的分类标准,重新对牡丹皮规格等级进行划分,制定合理的规格等级划分标准。
有益效果:该牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法基于性状与其多种化学成分相结合的原理,设定其商品规格等级标准,并指出牡丹皮的商品规格等级与其内在指标性成分的相关性。本标准制定方法与现有技术相比更加客观的对牡丹皮规格等级标准进行划分,更加合理的解释牡丹皮现代用药的原理;同时为规范牡丹皮市场混乱情况提供较好的监管方法,统一牡丹皮市场销售创造条件。
具体实施方式
下面详细说明本发明一种牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法的优选实施方式。
该牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法包括如下步骤:
(1)对牡丹皮规格等级进行按照外观性状进行分类,分为刮丹皮和连丹皮,并根据其中部围粗、长度、直径分为一、二、三、四等;
(2)对牡丹皮中的17种指标性成分没食子酸、芍药苷、氧化芍药苷、苯甲酸、苯甲酰芍药苷、苯甲酰氧化芍药苷、丹皮酚、5-羟甲基糠醛、葡萄糖、1,2,3,6-四没食子酰葡萄糖、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖、没食子酸甲酯、儿茶素、牡丹皮苷E、牡丹皮苷H、牡丹皮苷C、1,3,6-三没食子酰葡萄糖进行方法学研究,在同一色谱条件下将17种指标性成分进行分离并进行测定;
(3)分别对上述牡丹皮规格等级的产品按照2中方法分别对其进行17种指标性成分的测定;
(4)采用SPSS软件对牡丹皮17种指标性成分进行主成分分析和聚类分析,确定不同产地和不同规格等级中指标性成分的相关性,并结合传统的分类标准,重新对牡丹皮规格等级进行划分,制定合理的规格等级划分标准。

1.一种牡丹皮商品规格等级标准制定方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)对牡丹皮规格等级进行按照外观性状进行分类,分为刮丹皮和连丹皮,并根据其中部围粗、长度、直径分为一、二、三、四等;
(2)对牡丹皮中的17种指标性成分没食子酸、芍药苷、氧化芍药苷、苯甲酸、苯甲酰芍药苷、苯甲酰氧化芍药苷、丹皮酚、5-羟甲基糠醛、葡萄糖、1,2,3,6-四没食子酰葡萄糖、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖、没食子酸甲酯、儿茶素、牡丹皮苷E、牡丹皮苷H、牡丹皮苷C、1,3,6-三没食子酰葡萄糖进行方法学研究,在同一色谱条件下将17种指标性成分进行分离并进行测定;
(3)分别对上述牡丹皮规格等级的产品按照2中方法分别对其进行17种指标性成分的测定;
(4)采用SPSS软件对牡丹皮17种指标性成分进行主成分分析和聚类分析,确定不同产地和不同规格等级中指标性成分的相关性,并结合传统的分类标准,重新对牡丹皮规格等级进行划分,制定合理的规格等级划分标准。
