本发明提供一种电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法,步骤为:取六根镀锌钢丝线,每两根镀锌钢丝线螺旋绞合成一股初步绞合线;然后将绞合成的三根初步绞合线浸入熔融状态的凝胶内,然后取出,使包裹在镀锌钢丝线表面的凝胶自然凝固;然后将三根初步绞合线与一根胶管再次螺旋绞合成预应力镀锌钢绞线,胶管位于三股初步绞合线之间;所述胶管由管体和灌装在管体内的凝胶体构成,管体上均匀开设有若干通孔;所述凝胶为树脂与铝钒土和石棉粉的混合物,所述树脂与铝钒土和石棉粉的质量比为12:1.6:3.1。本发明能使预应力镀锌钢绞线具有防水、防腐和防盐碱侵蚀的功能外,还具有使用寿命长,抗拉强度高,用钢量省,成本低和使用效果好的优点。

电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及钢绞线领域,尤其涉及一种电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法。
背景技术
钢绞线广泛应用在建筑业、矿山、盐厂、碱厂、煤矿、桥梁和海底隧道等领域,由于钢绞线应用领域条件恶劣,要求其具有防水、防腐和防盐碱侵蚀的功能外,还应具有使用寿命长,抗拉强度高,用钢量省和成本低的特征,但目前难有产品达到此要求。现有的镀锌钢绞线就是把多根镀锌钢丝线绞合在一起构成的钢铁制品。电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法作为空中电缆的载体使用,需要预先施加一定的拉应力,需要具有更强的抗拉强度,不容易产生形变,使用寿命长久。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法,以弥补现有相关产品的性能缺陷。能使预应力镀锌钢绞线具有防水、防腐和防盐碱侵蚀的功能外,还具有使用寿命长,抗拉强度高,用钢量省,成本低和使用效果好的优点。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
取六根镀锌钢丝线,每两根镀锌钢丝线螺旋绞合成一股初步绞合线;
然后将绞合成的三根初步绞合线浸入熔融状态的凝胶内,然后取出,使包裹在镀锌钢丝线表面的凝胶自然凝固;
然后将三根初步绞合线与一根胶管再次螺旋绞合成预应力镀锌钢绞线,胶管位于三股初步绞合线之间;
所述胶管由管体和灌装在管体内的凝胶体构成,管体上均匀开设有若干通孔;
所述凝胶为树脂与铝钒土和石棉粉的混合物,所述树脂与铝钒土和石棉粉的质量比为12:1.6:3.1。
作为优选,所述石棉粉的粒度为30-500微米。
作为优选,所述铝钒土的粒度为150-800微米。
作为优选,所述镀锌钢丝线表面镀锌层的厚度规格≥120g/m2
作为优选,所述管体由竹塑材料制成。
凝胶体的制备方法,步骤为:
将树脂加热到85℃,铝钒土与石棉粉充分混合后加入树脂中,搅拌混合15min,然后升温至90℃,得到保温20min,即得。
本发明的预应力镀锌钢绞线经过初级绞合,再经过二次绞合,并且镀锌钢丝线之间填充有凝胶体,不仅能够保护镀锌钢丝线,而且能够吸收预应力镀锌钢绞线的震动,凝胶体由树脂与铝钒土和石棉粉按特定的比例混合而成,具有一定的弹性,防水、防腐蚀,减震。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明能使预应力镀锌钢绞线具有防水、防腐和防盐碱侵蚀的功能外,还具有使用寿命长,抗拉强度高,用钢量省,成本低和使用效果好的优点。据测试本发明在达到公称抗拉强度(Rm/MPa)为1800~1900时,用钢量较达到相同范围的传统产品节省9%,成本降低6%,使用寿命延长5倍以上,可减少强风使线缆震动的幅度,有良好的使用效果。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
一种电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
取六根镀锌钢丝线,每两根镀锌钢丝线螺旋绞合成一股初步绞合线;
然后将绞合成的三根初步绞合线浸入熔融状态的凝胶内,然后取出,使包裹在镀锌钢丝线表面的凝胶自然凝固;
然后将三根初步绞合线与一根胶管再次螺旋绞合成预应力镀锌钢绞线,胶管位于三股初步绞合线之间;
所述胶管由管体和灌装在管体内的凝胶体构成,管体上均匀开设有若干通孔;
所述凝胶为树脂与铝钒土和石棉粉的混合物,所述树脂与铝钒土和石棉粉的质量比为12:1.6:3.1。
凝胶体的制备方法,步骤为:
将树脂加热到85℃,铝钒土与石棉粉充分混合,然后研磨至300微米,再加入树脂中,搅拌混合15min,然后升温至90℃,得到保温20min,即得。
据测试本发明在达到公称抗拉强度(Rm/MPa)为1800~1900时,用钢量较达到相同范围的传统产品节省9%,成本降低6%,使用寿命延长5倍以上,可减少强风使线缆震动的幅度,有良好的使用效果。

取六根镀锌钢丝线,每两根镀锌钢丝线螺旋绞合成一股初步绞合线;
然后将绞合成的三根初步绞合线浸入熔融状态的凝胶内,然后取出,使包裹在镀锌钢丝线表面的凝胶自然凝固;
然后将三根初步绞合线与一根胶管再次螺旋绞合成预应力镀锌钢绞线,胶管位于三股初步绞合线之间;
所述胶管由管体和灌装在管体内的凝胶体构成,管体上均匀开设有若干通孔;
所述凝胶为树脂与铝钒土和石棉粉的混合物,所述树脂与铝钒土和石棉粉的质量比为12:1.6:3.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法,其特征在于:所述石棉粉的粒度为30-500微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法,其特征在于:所述铝钒土的粒度为150-800微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电缆悬挂用预应力钢绞线的制备方法,其特征在于:所述镀锌钢丝线表面镀锌层的厚度规格≥120g/m2
