本发明公开了一种上肢康复训练机,包括机架、设于所述机架内的电机、连接于所述电机上的输出齿轮、以及与所述输出齿轮相啮合的传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮中心设有传动轴,所述传动轴安装于轴架上,所述传动轴的两端各安装一个沿其径向延伸的曲柄,所述曲柄的另一端垂直向外延伸有转轴,所述机架的两外侧边位于转轴后方向外延伸有支撑轴,所述转轴和支撑轴位于同一水平面上。本发明达到康复手腕和手臂的目的,同时又可以有效避免手腕因随意转动过大而造成二次伤害。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种上肢康复训练机。
背景技术
现有的上肢康复训练机,康复训练效果不理想,手臂、手腕难以达到灵活舒适的训练效果,亟待改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种上肢康复训练机,以解决现有技术的上肢康复训练机的康复训练效果不理想的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种上肢康复训练机,包括机架、设于所述机架内的电机、连接于所述电机上的输出齿轮、以及与所述输出齿轮相啮合的传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮中心设有传动轴,所述传动轴安装于轴架上,所述传动轴的两端各安装一个沿其径向延伸的曲柄,所述曲柄的另一端垂直向外延伸有转轴,所述机架的两外侧边位于转轴后方向外延伸有支撑轴,所述转轴和支撑轴位于同一水平面上;还包括一前臂架,所述前臂架的中部转动连接于所述转轴上,所述前臂架的后部设有条形槽,所述支撑轴安装于所述条形槽内并与所述条形槽形成滑动连接;所述前臂架的前端顶部设有孔槽,所述孔槽内安装有缓冲杆,所述缓冲杆伸进孔槽的侧壁上具有一个凸台,两个弹簧一分别套在缓冲杆凸台两侧,所述孔槽端部设有槽盖用于将两个弹簧一封闭在孔槽内;所述缓冲杆的外端部铰接于一转动杆的中部并将转动杆分成转动上杆和转动下杆,所述前臂架的外侧还设有一铰接座,所述铰接座通过一铰接杆与所述转动下杆的外端部相铰接;所述转动上杆在靠近端部处设有滑槽,所述滑槽内设有导柱,所述导柱上安装有弹簧二,所述转动上杆的中部位置设有一螺纹孔;还包括一滑板和连接臂,所述滑板顶部两侧分别设有一转轮,所述滑板底部两侧分别设有一滑块,所述滑块设有一通孔,所述滑块滑动安装于所述滑槽内,所述滑块的通孔穿设于所述导柱上以使所述滑块一侧壁顶抵于所述弹簧二;所述连接臂上设有一连接孔,所述连接孔与所述转动上杆的螺纹孔同轴设置,一螺钉穿过所述连接孔后螺合于所述螺纹孔上并使所述连接臂相对所述转动上杆自由转动,所述连接臂两侧壁上有设有凹弧部,所述滑板上的转轮嵌合于所述凹弧部;所述转动上杆的顶端设有扶手部。
所述电机为步进电机。
本发明相比较于现有技术,具有如下有益效果:本发明通过电机转动带动前臂架做扇形转动,从而带动固定于其上的前臂做扇形转动,前臂的转动势必会带动后臂一起运动,从而达到锻炼手臂的目的,同时,手腕可沿前臂所在直线方向来回摆动,缓冲杆的设计对手腕的运动起到了缓冲作用,保护手腕不受伤害,同时手腕还可向手臂的两侧方向做有限幅度的摆动,从而达到康复手腕的目的,同时又可以有效避免手腕因随意转动过大而造成二次伤害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1至图5所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种上肢康复训练机,其包括机架1、设于所述机架1内的电机2、连接于所述电机2上的输出齿轮3、以及与所述输出齿轮3相啮合的传动齿轮4,所述传动齿轮4中心设有传动轴5,所述传动轴5安装于轴架6上,所述传动轴5的两端各安装一个沿其径向延伸的曲柄7,所述曲柄7的另一端垂直向外延伸有转轴8,所述机架1的两外侧边位于转轴8后方向外延伸有支撑轴9,所述转轴8和支撑轴9位于同一水平面上。
所述上肢康复训练机还包括一前臂架10,所述前臂架10的中部转动连接于所述转轴8上,所述前臂架10的后部设有条形槽11,所述支撑轴9安装于所述条形槽11内并与所述条形槽11形成滑动连接;因此当电机启动后,通过输出齿轮、传动齿轮带动传动轴转动,传动轴进而带动转轴以传动轴为轴心做圆周运动,由于前臂架后方的条形槽限位于支撑轴内,因此前臂架将呈扇形形状作摆动,由于转轴的圆周运动使得支撑轴在条形槽内往复滑动。
所述前臂架10的前端顶部设有孔槽12,所述孔槽12内安装有缓冲杆13,所述缓冲杆13伸进孔槽12的侧壁上具有一个凸台14,两个弹簧一15分别套在缓冲杆13凸台14两侧,所述孔槽12端部设有槽盖16用于将两个弹簧一15封闭在孔槽12内;所述缓冲杆13的外端部铰接于一转动杆的中部并将转动杆分成转动上杆17和转动下杆18,所述前臂架10的外侧还设有一铰接座19,所述铰接座19通过一铰接杆20与所述转动下杆18的外端部相铰接;所述转动上杆17在靠近端部处设有滑槽21,所述滑槽21内设有导柱22,所述导柱22上安装有弹簧二23,所述转动上杆17的中部位置设有一螺纹孔24。
还包括一滑板25和连接臂26,所述滑板25顶部两侧分别设有一转轮27,所述滑板25底部两侧分别设有一滑块28,所述滑块28设有一通孔29,所述滑块28滑动安装于所述滑槽21内,所述滑块28的通孔29穿设于所述导柱22上以使所述滑块28一侧壁顶抵于所述弹簧二23;所述连接臂26上设有一连接孔(未图示),所述连接孔与所述转动上杆17的螺纹孔24同轴设置,一螺钉30穿过所述连接孔后螺合于所述螺纹孔24上并使所述连接臂26相对所述转动上杆17自由转动,所述连接臂26两侧壁上有设有凹弧部31,所述滑板25上的转轮27嵌合于所述凹弧部31。
所述转动上杆17的顶端设有扶手部32。
所述电机2为步进电机。
使用时,将前臂放置或固定于前臂架上,前臂可随着前臂架的扇形转动而随其转动;人的手握住扶手部,由于采用缓冲杆、转动杆、铰接杆和铰接座的设计,手腕可以转动杆中部为轴心,沿手臂所在直线方向来回自由摆动,由于两个弹簧一和缓冲杆的设计,使得手腕在摆动过程中得到有效的缓冲;当手腕向手臂的两侧边方向做左右摆动时,扶手部通过连接臂对力进行传导,连接臂上的凹弧部将力施加于滑板的转轮上,由于滑板又限位于滑槽内,因此连接臂驱动滑板沿滑槽移动,进而压缩滑槽内的弹簧二,使得连接臂只能做有限角度的左右摆动,且摆动角度越大阻力越大,因此人的手腕不仅可以左右摆动,前后摆动,而且可限制左右摆动幅度,在前后摆动时,提供了对腕部的缓冲,该腕部的缓冲效果在整个上肢被电机带动时同样具备。
本发明通过电机转动带动前臂架做扇形转动,从而带动固定于其上的前臂做扇形转动,前臂的转动势必会带动后臂一起运动,从而达到锻炼手臂的目的,同时,手腕可沿前臂所在直线方向来回摆动,缓冲杆的设计对手腕的运动起到了缓冲作用,保护手腕不受伤害,同时手腕还可向手臂的两侧方向做有限幅度的摆动,从而达到康复手腕的目的,同时又可以有效避免手腕因随意转动过大而造成二次伤害。

Claims (2)

1.一种上肢康复训练机的工作方法,其特征在于,该训练机包括机架、设于所述机架内的电机、连接于所述电机上的输出齿轮、以及与所述输出齿轮相啮合的传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮中心设有传动轴,所述传动轴安装于轴架上,所述传动轴的两端各安装一个沿其径向延伸的曲柄,所述曲柄的另一端垂直向外延伸有转轴,所述机架的两外侧边位于转轴后方向外延伸有支撑轴,所述转轴和支撑轴位于同一水平面上;
还包括一前臂架,所述前臂架的中部转动连接于所述转轴上,所述前臂架的后部设有条形槽,所述支撑轴安装于所述条形槽内并与所述条形槽形成滑动连接;所述前臂架的前端顶部设有孔槽,所述孔槽内安装有缓冲杆,所述缓冲杆伸进孔槽的侧壁上具有一个凸台,两个弹簧一分别套在缓冲杆凸台两侧,所述孔槽端部设有槽盖用于将两个弹簧一封闭在孔槽内;所述缓冲杆的外端部铰接于一转动杆的中部并将转动杆分成转动上杆和转动下杆,所述前臂架的外侧还设有一铰接座,所述铰接座通过一铰接杆与所述转动下杆的外端部相铰接;所述转动上杆在靠近端部处设有滑槽,所述滑槽内设有导柱,所述导柱上安装有弹簧二,所述转动上杆的中部位置设有一螺纹孔;
还包括一滑板和连接臂,所述滑板顶部两侧分别设有一转轮,所述滑板底部两侧分别设有一滑块,所述滑块设有一通孔,所述滑块滑动安装于所述滑槽内,所述滑块的通孔穿设于所述导柱上以使所述滑块一侧壁顶抵于所述弹簧二;所述连接臂上设有一连接孔,所述连接孔与所述转动上杆的螺纹孔同轴设置,一螺钉穿过所述连接孔后螺合于所述螺纹孔上并使所述连接臂相对所述转动上杆自由转动,所述连接臂两侧壁上有设有凹弧部,所述滑板上的转轮嵌合于所述凹弧部;所述转动上杆的顶端设有扶手部;
所述的工作方法,包括,将前臂放置或固定于前臂架上,前臂可随着前臂架的扇形转动而随其转动;人的手握住扶手部,由于采用缓冲杆、转动杆、铰接杆和铰接座的设计,手腕可以转动杆中部为轴心,沿手臂所在直线方向来回自由摆动,两个弹簧一和缓冲杆使得手腕在摆动过程中得到有效的缓冲;当手腕向手臂的两侧边方向做左右摆动时,扶手部通过连接臂对力进行传导,连接臂上的凹弧部将力施加于滑板的转轮上,由于滑板又限位于滑槽内,因此连接臂驱动滑板沿滑槽移动,进而压缩滑槽内的弹簧二,使得连接臂只能做有限角度的左右摆动,且摆动角度越大阻力越大。
