Abstract
The patent discloses a blood cell counting plate in the field of biological equipment; the counting device comprises a bottom plate and a cover plate, wherein a counting pool is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate; the bottom plate is also provided with a liquid separation sheet which can move on the upper surface of the bottom plate. The blood cell counting plate is used for microscopic counting of red and white blood cells in human body, and is also commonly used for counting the number of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, yeast and the like, and is a common biological tool. Especially in the disease diagnosis and treatment process, the blood cell counting plate is often required to detect the cells in the blood of a patient, and important basis can be provided for the diagnosis or the observation of the diagnosis and treatment effect of clinical diseases through counting and classifying the cells.
The currently commonly used blood cell counting plates are a Niu Bao counting plate, a Fast-read10 quantitative sediment analysis plate and the like, and the Fast-read10 quantitative sediment analysis plate is taken as an example, wherein 10 large square grids are arranged on the counting plate, the volume of each large square grid is 0.1 mu l, and each plate can be applied to cell counting of 10 specimens. Disclosure of Invention
The present application is directed to a blood cell counting plate, and solves the problem of deviation in cell count caused by uncertainty in the injection amount of sample liquid in the square of the counting plate in the prior art.
The blood cell counting plate comprises a bottom plate and a cover plate, wherein a counting pool is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate; the bottom plate is also provided with a liquid separation sheet which can move on the upper surface of the bottom plate.
The working principle of the scheme and the beneficial effects thereof are that: the bottom plate is provided with a liquid separation sheet which can move on the upper surface of the bottom plate; when in use, after the sample liquid to be detected is injected into the counting pool on the bottom plate, the sample liquid overflows for counting Chi Shaoxu; then make the separating plate remove on the bottom plate, at separating plate removal in-process, the separating plate promotes unnecessary sample liquid in the counting cell and moves forward, until outside pushing out the counting cell with unnecessary sample liquid to guaranteed that the sample liquid volume in the counting cell is certain, avoided the actual volume of sample liquid in the counting cell to be greater than or less than the condition of counting cell volume, thereby guaranteed the accuracy of sample liquid cell count. When counting, the cover plate is placed above the counting pool, and the microscope is used for counting cells, so that the microscope is prevented from being in direct contact with the sample liquid due to the blocking of the cover plate, and the sanitation and the detection accuracy of the microscope are ensured.

Furthermore, crisscross liquid guide grooves are arranged between the adjacent counting tanks. Further, through holes are formed in the liquid separation sheets. Through the arrangement of the through holes, sample liquid can be injected into the counting tank through the through holes, and as the diameter of the through holes is much smaller than that of the counting tank, the liquid separation sheet is tightly attached to the bottom plate, and after the counting tank is filled with the sample liquid injected into the counting tank, the sample liquid can be quickly found through the through holes, so that the waste of the sample liquid is avoided; and the content of redundant sample liquid in the counting tank is reduced, so that the counting plate is kept clean.
Further, the side wall of the liquid separation sheet is provided with a convex rib extending upwards.
