Due to the existence of the clearance gap, foreign matters such as dust can easily enter from the clearance gap and fall on structural components (such as the evaporator assembly 200) in the back frame 100, so that dust pollution is caused.
Therefore, preferably, to avoid the dust pollution, the rear side of the rear frame 320 is protruded with a dust-proof plate 323, the rear wall of the air inlet 110 is protruded with a baffle 130, and when the front end of the mounting frame 300 moves from the top to the bottom to the mounting position, the baffle 130 is located above the dust-proof plate 323.
In this embodiment, in the process of moving the front end of the mounting frame 300 up and down, the dust-proof plate 323 moves in the clearance gap, and when the front end of the mounting frame 300 moves from top to bottom to the mounting position, the baffle 130 is located above the dust-proof plate 323, the baffle 130 and the dust-proof plate 323 cooperate to form a two-layer dust-proof structure, and impurities such as dust in the environment can only fall on the baffle 130 or the dust-proof plate 323, so as to prevent the dust from falling on the structural components in the back frame 100 from the clearance gap. Preferably, the lower surface of the baffle 130 abuts the upper surface of the dust-proof plate 323 to reduce the gap between the baffle 130 and the dust-proof plate 323, and to prevent dust from falling into the gap.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 10, the outer side surface of the side grill edge 530 of the air inlet grill 500 is provided with a mounting seat 532 protruding toward the adjacent side wall of the air inlet 110, and the top bar 400 is formed by extending downward from the lower surface of the mounting seat 532;
the side wall of the air inlet 110 is formed with a second sinking groove 150 located at the front side of the pivot joint 120, the elastic buckle assembly 600 is disposed in the second sinking groove 150, and when the elastic buckle assembly 600 locks the lock head 410, the upper side surface of the mounting seat 532 is flush with the top surface of the back frame 100.
Specifically, the second sinking groove 150 has an opening facing the wind inlet 110 and a bottom groove wall parallel to the top surface of the back frame 100; as shown in fig. 4, 18 and 19, the elastic buckle assembly 600 includes an elastic buckle body 610 mounted on the bottom wall of the second sinking groove 150, and two clasping blocks 620 disposed on the elastic buckle body 610 and extending upward, the lower ends of the two clasping blocks 620 are pivotally connected to the elastic buckle body 610, and opposite sides of the two clasping blocks 620 are recessed for locking the lock head 410, so as to form the clamping opening between the two clasping blocks 620.
In this embodiment, by disposing the mounting seat 532 on the side grille edge 530 of the air inlet grille 500, the latch assembly 600 can lock or release the lock head 410 by pressing the mounting seat 532, and by installing the latch assembly 600 in the second sinking groove 150, when the latch assembly 600 locks the lock head 410, the upper side of the mounting seat 532 is flush with the top surface of the back frame 100, so that the top surface of the back frame 100 is relatively flat, and the appearance effect of the back frame 100 is improved.
In order to ensure the stability of the locking of the air inlet grille 500 at the air inlet 110, preferably, the number of the elastic buckle assemblies 600 is at least two, and the number of the ejector rods 400 is equal to the number of the elastic buckle assemblies 600, specifically, in this embodiment, the number of the elastic buckle assemblies 600 and the number of the ejector rods 400 are two, the grille edges 530 on both sides of the air inlet grille 500 are both provided with the mounting bases 532, the two ejector rods 400 respectively extend downwards from the lower surfaces of the two mounting bases 532, the two side walls of the air inlet 110 are both provided with the second sinking grooves 150, the two elastic buckle assemblies 600 are respectively installed in the two second sinking grooves 150, and the two elastic buckle assemblies 600 respectively correspond to the two ejector rods 400 one by one.

In this embodiment, the elastic member 700 may be a spring or a torsion spring, and when the latch assembly 600 locks the lock cylinder 410, the elastic member 700 is pressed by the mounting frame 300 to accumulate elastic potential energy; when the latch assembly 600 releases the locking head 410, the elastic member 700 releases elastic potential energy to apply an upward elastic force to the mounting frame 300, thereby pushing the mounting frame 300 to move upward, so that the open high positions of the two sliding grooves 331 of the mounting frame 300 are located on the top surface of the back frame 100, and at this time, the air inlet grille 500 can be smoothly drawn out from the two sliding grooves 331 of the mounting frame 300.
Of course, the boosting device is not necessary, and the user can also manually pull the grille 500 upward to make the openings of the two chutes 331 of the mounting frame 300 higher than the top surface of the back frame 100.
Further, the first sinking groove 140 has an opening facing the center of the air inlet 110 and an inner groove wall, the inner groove wall is provided with a mounting shaft in a protruding manner, and the side frame 330 is provided with a connecting hole 334 corresponding to the first sinking groove 140;

In this embodiment, after the latch assembly 600 locks the locking head 410, the front grille edge 510 of the air inlet grille 500 is connected to the back frame 100 by means of the latch, so as to enhance the fastening of the connection between the air inlet grille 500 and the back frame 100, and the locking head 410 is not easy to break away from the latch opening of the latch assembly 600, thereby ensuring the stability of the installation frame 300 and the air inlet grille 500 installed in the air inlet 110; the manner of the snap connection is not particularly limited, so that the stylized grill 500 can be conveniently disassembled.

In this embodiment, when the air-inlet grille 500 is mounted on the mounting frame 300, after the two ribs 531 of the air-inlet grille 500 are completely matched with the two sliding grooves 331 of the mounting frame 300, the buckle 51 is vertically inserted into the buckle slot 161, and in the buckle slot 161, the buckle 511 is clamped with the clamping slot between the two clamping arms 162; when the air inlet grille 500 is detached from the mounting frame 300, a pulling force from back to front is applied to the air inlet grille 500, so that the clamping groove between the clamping buckle 511 and the two clamping arms 162 can be separated, the air inlet grille 500 can be smoothly pulled out, and the clamping buckle connection mode is simple in structure and easy to operate.
In order to prevent the front frame 310 of the mounting frame 300 from interfering with the latch 511 of the grill 500, it is preferable that a relief groove 311 is formed on the front side surface of the front frame 310 of the mounting frame 300 to avoid the latch 511 of the grill 500.
Further, in order to ensure the fastening effect of the connection between the air-inlet grille 500 and the mounting frame 300, the number of the fasteners 511 is plural, and the plural fasteners 511 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the front grille edge 510 of the air-inlet grille 500; the front side of the front frame 310 is also provided with a plurality of slots 161 corresponding to the plurality of fasteners 511, each slot 161 is provided with two parallel clamping arms 162, and a slot is formed between the two clamping arms 162 for corresponding fastening with the corresponding fastener 511.

the mounting frame comprises a front frame, a rear frame and two opposite side frames positioned between the front frame and the rear frame, wherein sliding grooves extending in the front-back direction are formed in the inner side surfaces of the side frames, and openings are formed in the front ends of the sliding grooves; the mounting frame is positioned in the air inlet, and the rear end of the mounting frame is provided with a pivoting piece pivoted with the pivoting position, so that the front end of the mounting frame can be relatively far away from or close to the back frame;
the filter screen assembly comprises an air inlet grille and a filter screen arranged on the air inlet grille, grid edges on two sides of the air inlet grille can be in sliding fit with the sliding grooves, a mandril extending downwards is arranged at the front end of the air inlet grille, and a lock head is formed at the tail end of the mandril; and
the elastic buckle component is arranged at the top of the back frame and positioned on the front side of the pin joint position, a clamping port of the elastic buckle component is arranged upwards, the elastic buckle component is used for locking a lock head of the ejector rod when the front end of the air inlet grille moves from top to bottom to the installation position, and releasing the lock head when the front end of the air inlet grille moves from the installation position to the preset distance;
the power assisting device comprises elastic pieces, two opposite side walls of the air inlet are provided with first sinking grooves for the power assisting device to be installed, the power assisting device is used for pushing the installation frame to move upwards to an opening position, and in the opening position, the opening of each sinking groove is higher than the top surface of the back frame;

the elastic part is a torsion spring, the elastic part is sleeved on the mounting shaft, a hook is formed at the tail end of a torsion arm of the elastic part, and the hook is inserted into the connecting hole.

5. The indoor unit of claim 3, wherein the pivot member is a shaft protruding from the outer side surfaces of the two side frames, and the pivot portion is a shaft hole formed in both side walls of the air inlet and opened upward.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein an outer side surface of the side grill is provided with a mounting seat protruding toward a side wall of the adjacent air inlet, and the push rod is formed by extending downward from a lower surface of the mounting seat;
the lateral wall of the air inlet is provided with a second sinking groove positioned on the front side of the pin joint position, the elastic buckle component is arranged in the second sinking groove, and the upper surface of the mounting seat is flush with the top surface of the back frame when the elastic buckle component locks the lock head of the ejector rod.
