Specifically, the second mounting wall 76 is adjacent to the upper edge of the air outlet 72 and is exposed to the air outlet 72, and in this embodiment, the second mounting wall 76 is formed by extending the upper edge of the air outlet 72 rearward; the movable spanner button 52 further comprises a connecting part 522 and a push button part 523, wherein the connecting part 522 is convexly arranged on one surface of the slide plate 521, which is away from the second panel 7, the push button part 523 is convexly arranged on the surface of the connecting part 522, which faces the second installation wall 76, and an installation hole 762 through which the push button part 523 can be penetrated and exposed is arranged on the second installation wall 76; the push button portion 523 is movable within the mounting hole 762 for driving the slide plate 521 to switch the movable trigger 52 between the first position and the second position, and preferably the mounting hole 762 is an elongated through hole, and the push button portion 523 is slidably engaged with the mounting hole 762. The push button portion 523 is exposed on the upper wall surface of the air outlet 72, which is convenient for the user to use, and does not need to be exposed on the outer surface of the indoor unit of the air conditioner to affect the appearance, especially when the air deflector 73 is closed, the exposed portion of the push button portion 523 is in a hidden state. However, the present design is not limited to this, and the movable trigger 52 may be controlled automatically by electrification, for example, by providing an electromagnetic control device or the like to the movable trigger 52, in addition to the manual movement control by the push button portion 523. When the movable spanner 52 is assembled, the movable spanner 52 is first inserted into the first notch 74 toward one end of the first notch 74, the push button portion 523 is assembled to the mounting hole 762, and then the slide plate 521 is pressed to be clamped between the inner side surface of the second panel 7 and the sliding mating surfaces of the two limiting portions. Here, to facilitate the engagement of the slide plate 521, the second limiting portion is an elastic limiting portion, and notches 751 for increasing the elastic deformation amount of the second limiting portion are provided on the first mounting wall 75 on the left and right sides of the second limiting portion.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the second panel 7 is further provided with a third mounting wall 77, and the third mounting wall 77 is located at one end of the first mounting wall 75 and the second mounting wall 76 away from the first slot 74. When the first panel 4 needs to be covered, the buckle enters the first notch 74, the clasp 511 firstly presses the side end of the slide plate 521 under the action of the pressing force to force the slide plate 521 to slightly move in the direction away from the first notch 74, then one end of the slide plate 521 entering the first notch 74 is clamped into the front side surface of the clasp 511 under the elasticity of the spring, at this time, the movable spanner 52 is at the first position, that is, the push button part 523 is positioned at one side of the mounting hole 762, which is close to the first notch 74, and when the first panel 4 is at the closed position, the slide plate 521 is always in a state of abutting against the buckle through the elasticity of the spring; when the first panel 4 needs to be opened, a user can hold the push button part 523 by a finger to slide the slide plate 521 in a direction away from the first notch 74, so that the buckle is disengaged from the slide plate 521, and the buckle has a tendency to move forward under the action of the rebound assembly 6 to be disengaged from the first notch 74, at this time, the movable trigger 52 is in the second position, i.e. the push button part 523 is located at a side of the mounting hole 762 away from the first notch 74, and the spring is in a compressed state; when the buckle is completely separated from the first notch 74, the user can release the push button part 523, and the push button part 523 can move back to one side of the mounting hole 762, which is close to the first notch 74, under the resilience force of the spring. Of course, in other embodiments, the slide plate 521 may be provided with no elastic member such as a spring, and only the slide plate 521 needs to be ensured to slide to enable the movable buckle 52 to switch between the first position and the second position, but in this embodiment, the first elastic member 526 may be provided to enable the movable buckle 52 to be engaged with the engaging member 51 more firmly, so as to prevent the situation that the movable buckle 52 is moved easily to cause the engagement to be unstable, and the first elastic member 526 may be provided to enable the engagement between the two to be more convenient.
Referring to fig. 9 to 14, in the present embodiment, when the movable trigger 52 is in the second position, the elastic force of the resilient member 6 acts on the other end of the first panel 4 to spring the end away from the face frame 3. Further, two rebound members 6 are provided, and are preferably disposed at the left and right ends of the front side of the face frame 3, so as to improve the spring-open effect of the rebound members 6 on the first panel 4. Specifically, the elastic component includes a rotating member 61 and a second elastic member 62, where one end of the rotating member 61 is pivoted to the face frame 3; when the first panel 4 is in the closed position and the movable trigger 52 is in the second position, the second elastic member 62 makes the other end of the rotating member 61 eject the front side of the surface frame 3, so as to eject the end of the first panel 4 away from the pivot joint from the surface frame 3. Further, referring mainly to fig. 11 and 13, in this embodiment, a second notch (not labeled) is provided on the front side of the face frame 3, and the rebound assembly 6 further includes a fixing box 63 connected to the second notch and disposed concavely opposite to the second notch; the rotating member 61 includes a housing 611 and a guiding post 612, one end of the housing 611 is pivotally connected to the two opposite inner third mounting walls 77 of the fixing box 63, the other end is connected to the guiding post 612 extending toward the inner bottom wall of the fixing box 63, and the guiding post 612 is provided with the second elastic member 62. Specifically, the rotating member 61 has a receiving groove 613 open to the inner bottom wall of the fixed case 63, one end of the guide post 612 is connected to the bottom wall of the receiving groove 613, and one end of the second elastic member 62 is elastically abutted to the bottom wall of the receiving groove 613.
Referring to fig. 14 together, in the present embodiment, specifically, the second elastic member 62 is a spring sleeved on the guide post 612, and of course, in other embodiments, the second elastic member 62 may be a pressing spring or the like. The inner bottom wall of the fixing box 63 is provided with a guide hole 631 corresponding to the guide column 612 for the guide column 612 to movably pass through, one end of the second elastic member 62 is elastically abutted with the casing, and the other end is elastically abutted with the edge of the guide hole 631. Here, the guide post 612 is a straight bar-shaped cylinder, and the guide hole 631 is a bar-shaped hole. When the rotating member 61 is at the initial position, the end of the rotating member 61 away from the pivot joint is taken as a contact end, and the contact end protrudes out of the front side surface of the face frame 3 under the elastic supporting action of the spring; in the process of covering the first panel 4, after the lower end of the first panel 4 contacts with the contact end, the contact end rotates into the fixed box 63 under the action of pressing force, when the clamping piece 51 is clamped with the movable spanner buckle 52, the first panel 4 is in a closed state, the spring is in a compressed state, and the top point of the contact end is flush with the opening of the fixed box 63, so that the first panel 4 can be well attached to the front side surface of the face frame 3 when being closed; when the clamping piece 51 and the movable spanner 52 are separated from the clamping, the spring rebounds, and the contact end is sprung out of the fixed box 63, so that the lower end of the first panel 4 contacted with the spring can be ejected out, namely, the lower end of the first panel 4 can be rotated to open a smaller preset angle relative to the surface frame 3.
Further, referring to fig. 11 to 14, in the present embodiment, a guide groove 632 is provided on the inner peripheral wall of the fixing case 63, and a guide slider 614 is provided on the housing 611 to slidably fit with the guide groove 632. When the rotating member 61 rotates, the guide groove 632 is preferably disposed in an arc shape with the same arc shape because the movement track of the end far from the pivot point is an arc shape. It will be appreciated that the sliding of the guiding slider 614 in the guiding groove 632 can have a guiding effect on the rotation of the rotating member 61, and can also limit the rotation angle of the rotating member 61, i.e. when the guiding slider 614 slides to the top end of the guiding groove 632, the rotating member 61 can obtain the maximum rotation angle, so that the first panel 4 can be opened at a preset angle.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
