In this embodiment, when the filter screen 40 is disposed in the sliding slot 212, at this time, the blocking rib 22 is not matched with the abutting surface 41, and then the user can hold the filter screen 40 and continuously push the filter screen 40 forward, so that the filter screen is slightly deformed, the protrusion 23 is clamped in the U-shaped clamping slot, and the blocking rib 22 is connected with the abutting surface 41, so that the filter screen 40 is equivalently hung on the protrusion 23 through the matching connection of the protrusion 23 and the U-shaped clamping slot, thereby preventing the air leakage phenomenon due to a large gap between the filter screen 40 and the middle frame housing 20 under the action of gravity, and also preventing the filter screen 40 from coming off along the direction of the sliding slot 212, further ensuring the stability of the filter screen 40, and in an optional embodiment, the protrusion 23 and the U-shaped clamping slot are in a sealing connection, so as to prevent dust from being blown into the heat exchanger assembly 30 from between the U-shaped clamping slot and the protrusion 23. With reference to fig. 2, when dust enters the air conditioner body 10 through the air inlet grille 11, the dust can be accumulated in the U-shaped slot, so as to further ensure that the dust does not pass through the filter screen 40 and enter the heat exchanger assembly 30, and the filter screen 40 can effectively block foreign matters such as external dust from entering the heat exchanger assembly 30.
Referring to fig. 5, in the above embodiment, a handle 44 extending along the direction from the filter screen 40 to the heat exchanger assembly 30 is protruded from one side of the filter screen 40 close to the heat exchanger, and the handle 44 is disposed close to the air outlet 12. The handle 44 is elongated, so that when a user operates the filter screen 40, the user can push and pull the filter screen 40 by holding the handle 44, thereby improving the efficiency of the user in operating the filter screen 40. And the grip 44 is formed with anti-slip lines so that the filter screen 40 is not easily detached from the hand when the user holds the grip 44.
In addition, there is a mounting method of the filter screen 40 in the wall-mounted air conditioner in the prior art, in which the filter screen 40 is mounted on the middle frame casing 20 after the panel 50 is opened, but the whole heat exchanger assembly 30 is covered, and since the mounting method needs to cover the whole heat exchanger assembly 30, the air volume and thickness of the air conditioner are affected, and the air volume and thickness of the air conditioner are affected.
To solve the technical problem, in an optional embodiment, the filter screen 40 extends along the width direction of the air conditioner body 10 and faces the air inlet grille 11, so that in this embodiment, the filter screen 40 is also installed by opening the panel 50, but the filter screen 40 is disposed in the middle frame casing 20 and located between the heat exchanger assembly 30 and the air inlet grille 11, and extends along the front-back direction in fig. 1, that is, the filter screen 40 does not cover the heat exchanger assembly 30, so that the air volume of the air conditioner can be increased, the thickness of the air conditioner can be reduced, and the influence on the air inlet wind field can be reduced.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
