A fresh air device is characterized in that the fresh air device (010) comprises a shell (100), a fan (200) and a filtering component (300), an air duct is formed in the shell (100), a fresh air inlet (101) and a fresh air outlet (102) which are communicated with the air duct are formed in the surface of the shell (100), the fan (200) and the filtering component (300) are arranged in the air duct, the filtering component (300) is positioned between the fan (200) and the fresh air inlet (101), the filtering component (300) comprises a frame body (310) and a filtering piece (330), the frame body (310) is enclosed into a window through which air flows, and the filtering piece (330) is arranged on the inner side of the frame body (310) to filter the air flow which passes through the window; it has windward side and leeward side to filter piece (330), windward side slope down, leeward side slope up, the protruding spacing portion of first (312) and the spacing portion of second (316) that is equipped with of framework (310) inboard, first spacing portion (312) butt filter piece (330) windward side, the spacing portion of second (316) butt filter piece (330) leeward side, first spacing portion (312) are the strip and are in the inboard edge of framework (310) the circumference of framework (310) extends.
2. The fresh air device according to claim 1, wherein at least two segments of the first limiting portions (312) are disposed in the frame body (310), and the at least two segments of the first limiting portions (312) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the frame body (310) inside the frame body (310).

The fresh air device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the filter member (330) is rectangular, the frame body (310) comprises two longitudinal arms (311) spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction and two transverse arms spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction, the two longitudinal arms (311) and the two transverse arms together form the rectangular frame body (310), and the first limiting portion (312) is disposed inside the longitudinal arms (311).

The fresh air device as claimed in claim 3, wherein a third limiting portion (317) is further protruded from the inside of the frame (310), and the third limiting portion (317) is disposed at a corner where the cross arm and the longitudinal arm (311) are connected to abut against a corner of the windward side of the filter member (330).

The fresh air device according to claim 3, wherein the two cross arms are an upper cross arm (313) and a lower cross arm (314), the upper cross arm (313) is located higher than the lower cross arm (314), a side surface of the filter member (330) abuts against an inner side of the lower cross arm (314), the side surface of the filter member (330) connects the windward side and the leeward side in a thickness direction of the filter member (330), the lower cross arm (314) is provided with a notch (315) that opens from the windward side to the leeward side of the frame body (310), and a part of the side surface of the filter member (330) is exposed by the notch (315).

The fresh air device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a plurality of the second limiting portions (316) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the frame body (310) at the inner side of the frame body (310), the second limiting portions are limiting convex blocks, and the projections of the second limiting portions and the first limiting portions on the windward side of the filter element do not overlap.
7. The fresh air device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, wherein a mounting opening (103) is further provided on the housing (100), and the filter assembly (300) can be inserted into the housing (100) or extracted from the housing (100) through the mounting opening (103).
8. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 7, wherein one of the housing (100) and the frame (310) is provided with a guide groove (318), and the other is provided with a guide part (121), and the guide part (121) is slidably fitted with the guide groove (318).
9. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 8, wherein one of the guide groove (318) and the guide part (121) is provided with a snap (319), and the other is provided with a snap groove, and when the filter assembly (300) is inserted from the mounting opening (103) to the assembling position, the snap (319) is snap-fitted with the snap groove.
10. The fresh air device according to any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the fresh air inlet (101) is located lower than the filter assembly (300).
11. The fresh air device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the fan (200) is a centrifugal fan (200), and wherein the axis of rotation of the centrifugal fan (200) passes through a window formed in the frame (310).
12. The fresh air device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the filter element (330) is a HEPA filter screen.
13. An air conditioner characterized in that it comprises a fresh air device (010) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
