一种自带光源的石材大板及其制作工艺,包括一可透光的复合板,所述复合板包括由上往下层叠设置的石材面板、导光板和蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述导光板的上下表面分别粘设有一水分子激活保护膜,位于该导光板上表面的水分子激活保护膜通过胶粘剂与所述石材面板粘接,位于该导光板下表面的水分子激活保护膜通过胶粘剂与所述蜂窝板粘接。本发明在导光板与石材面板、蜂窝板之间设水分子激活保护膜,由于水分子激活保护膜为固态,既能起到粘接导光板的作用,而且水分子激活保护膜另一侧的胶粘剂由于水分子激活保护膜的阻隔,不会与导光板直接接触,避免了现有技术中胶粘剂在粘接时会进入导光板中的导光点而内影响发光效果的问题。

本发明涉及一种石材大板及其制作工艺,尤其是指一种自带光源的石材大板及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现有可发光的背景墙、地板砖等装潢面板通常包括复合板和背光源,复合板由天然石材和玻璃板粘合而成,这种复合板重量大,需要在其背面架设多根钢条和构件搭建支撑架来将其竖立固定起来,再在支撑架排列设置多根日光灯管组成背光源照射复合板,光透过天然石材后,在天然石材的正面形成独特的石纹影像,具有不错的装饰效果。
本申请人曾申请中国发明专利:一种复合导光板的石材(申请号201611215826.5),公开了其包括复合板和背光源,所述复合板包括依次粘合的石材面板、导光板和蜂窝板,所述石材面板和导光板之间通过光固化无影胶相粘合,导光板和蜂窝板之间通过环氧树脂AB胶相粘合。
其中,导光板上具有各种疏密、大小不一的导光点,当光线射到各个导光点时,反射光会往各个角度扩散,然后破坏反射条件再由导光板正面射出。该发明专利中,由于导光板的正反两面是通过液态胶分别与石材面板、蜂窝板粘接,而液态胶在做胶粘剂时会进入导光点内,导致导光点被堵塞,光线无法射出,最终影响了导光效果,使石材面板上的发光效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明提供一种自带光源的石材大板及其制作工艺,其主要目的在于克服现有导光板粘接时会受到液态胶粘剂的影响而导致导光效果不佳的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种自带光源的石材大板,包括一可透光的复合板,所述复合板包括由上往下层叠设置的石材面板、导光板和蜂窝板,所述导光板的上下表面分别粘设有一水分子激活保护膜,位于该导光板上表面的水分子激活保护膜通过胶粘剂与所述石材面板粘接,位于该导光板下表面的水分子激活保护膜通过胶粘剂与所述蜂窝板粘接。
进一步的,所述复合板的各个侧边上均卡设有一凹型安装壳,相邻两个凹型安装壳之间均通过一连接组件固定。
进一步的,所述连接组件包括两个一体成型的固定板,并且两个固定板之间呈一弯折角,两个固定板分别通过螺栓锁合在相邻的两个凹型安装壳上。
进一步的,所述凹型安装壳背向所述复合板的一侧具有一对相对设置的耳朵,所述固定板可滑动地嵌设在所述凹型安装壳与耳朵之间。
进一步的,所述水分子激活保护膜包括PET膜以及水分子激活胶,所述PET膜通过所述水分子激活胶与所述导光板粘接。
进一步的,所述导光板为1.8m x3.0m的特种玻纤导光板。
进一步的,所述凹型安装壳朝向所述复合板的一侧内表面开设有一条形槽,所述条形槽内安装有可将光线射入所述导光板内的LED灯条,所述LED灯条与一12V或24V的充电锂电池电连接。
进一步的,所述石材面板为天然的花岗岩、大理石、砂岩、半宝石、石英石中的一种或两种以上拼花组合而成。
进一步的,所述蜂窝板为铝材制品、PVC 制品或亚克力制品。
一种自带光源的石材大板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)复合板的合成:取一导光板,在该导光板的上下表面分别以水分子激活的方式粘接一水分子激活保护膜;取一石材面板,将其通过胶粘剂粘接在位于导光板上表面的水分子激活保护膜上;取一蜂窝板,将其通过胶粘剂粘接在位于导光板下表面的水分子激活保护膜上;
2)采用带自动气动压力控制的石材磨机将所述复合板中的石材面板表面磨光;
3)采用专用磨抛机,将所述复合板中的导光板边缘部分抛光至透明;
4)在所述复合板的各个侧边上均卡设一凹型安装壳,并在凹型安装壳朝向复合板的一侧内表面上开设的条形槽内安装LED灯条及与该LED灯条电连接的充电锂电池;
5)将相邻的两个凹型安装壳之间均通过一连接组件固定连接;
6)将合金钻头从复合板的下表面钻入,依次穿透所述蜂窝板、水分子激活保护膜,到达所述导光板,形成预埋孔;之后在该预埋孔内预埋背栓膨胀螺丝,并将一耳型挂件安装在该背栓膨胀螺丝上。
和现有技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果在于:
1、本发明结构简单、实用性强,在导光板与石材面板、蜂窝板之间设水分子激活保护膜,由于水分子激活保护膜为固态,既能起到粘接导光板的作用,而且水分子激活保护膜另一侧的胶粘剂由于水分子激活保护膜的阻隔,不会与导光板直接接触,避免了现有技术中胶粘剂在粘接时会进入导光板中的导光点而内影响发光效果的问题。
2、在本发明中,通过设置连接组件,能够起到稳固相邻的两个凹型安装壳的作用,从而提高本发明整体结构的稳定性;另外,凹型安装壳上相对设置的耳朵能够起到对固定板的导向作用,便于拆装,且能进一步提高整体结构的稳定性。
3、本发明采用的特种玻纤导光板的尺寸大于市场通用的1.2m x2.4m, 可以方便后期的加工切割。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4和图5。一种自带光源的石材大板,包括一可透光的复合板1,复合板1包括由上往下层叠设置的石材面板11、导光板12和蜂窝板13,导光板12的上下表面分别粘设有一水分子激活保护膜2,位于该导光板12上表面的水分子激活保护膜通过胶粘剂3与所述石材面板11粘接,位于该导光板下表面的水分子激活保护膜通过胶粘剂3与所述蜂窝板13粘接。在导光板12与石材面板11、蜂窝板13之间设水分子激活保护膜2,由于水分子激活保护膜2为固态,既能起到粘接导光板12的作用,而且水分子激活保护膜另一侧的胶粘剂3由于水分子激活保护膜的阻隔,不会与导光板12直接接触,避免了现有技术中胶粘剂在粘接时会进入导光板中的导光点而内影响发光效果的问题。
具体的,在本发明中,与石材面板、蜂窝板粘接的胶粘剂均为高透光环氧树脂胶水。环氧树脂胶水毒性低,挥发性小,配用比例宽,操作简便,可常温固化,粘接力强,透光性高,韧性好,明显地优越于一般的单体胺类固化剂。
参照图3和图5。作为优选的,水分子激活保护膜2包括PET膜21以及水分子激活胶22,PET膜21通过水分子激活胶22与导光板12粘接。水分子激活胶22又名聚氨酯胶粘剂,聚氨酯胶粘剂在粘接时不立即具有较高的粘接强度,还需进行固化。所谓固化就是指液态胶粘剂变成固体的过程,固化过程也包括后熟化,即初步固化后的胶粘剂中的可反应基团进一步反应或产生结晶,获得最终固化强度。对于聚氨酯胶粘剂来说,固化过程是使胶中NCO基团反应完全,或使溶剂挥发完全、聚氨酯分子链结晶,使胶粘剂与基材产生足够高的粘接力的过程。使用时,将PET膜与导光板粘接的一面涂设固态水分子激活胶,之后通过水分将固态水分子激活胶激活,再将其覆盖到导光板上,待水分子激活胶上的水分蒸发掉,便可形成足够高的粘接力,使PET膜粘附在导光板上。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4和图5。复合板1的各个侧边上均卡设有一凹型安装壳4,相邻两个凹型安装壳4之间均通过一连接组件5固定。连接组件5包括两个一体成型的固定板51,并且两个固定板51之间呈一弯折角,两个固定板上均具有螺孔511,并分别通过螺栓锁合在相邻的两个凹型安装壳4上。凹型安装壳4背向复合板1的一侧具有一对相对设置的耳朵41,固定板51可滑动地嵌设在凹型安装壳4与耳朵41之间。通过设置连接组件5,能够起到稳固相邻的两个凹型安装壳4的作用,从而提高本发明整体结构的稳定性;另外,凹型安装壳4上相对设置的耳朵41能够起到对固定板51的导向作用,便于拆装,且能进一步提高整体结构的稳定性。本实施例中,复合板呈方形,因此设定两个固定板之间的弯折角度大致成90°。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4和图5。导光板12为1.8m x3.0m的特种玻纤导光板。本发明采用的特种玻纤导光板的尺寸大于市场通用的1.2m x2.4m, 可以方便后期的用户根据需要进行加工切割。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4和图5。凹型安装壳4朝向所述复合板1的一侧内表面开设有一条形槽42,条形槽42内安装有可将光线射入导光板12内的LED灯条6,LED灯条6与一12V或24V的充电锂电池(图未示出)电连接,该锂电池上具有充电备用的接口。LED灯条6上装设的LED灯61可以为可调整色彩的RGB彩色贴片式LED,也可以为单一色彩的贴片式LED,相邻两LED灯条6的排线62可通过凹型安装壳4上的缺口43延伸至凹型安装壳4外,并通过公连接头63和母连接头64相互连接。
另外,石材面板为天然的花岗岩、大理石、砂岩、半宝石、石英石中的一种或两种以上拼花组合而成。蜂窝板为铝材制品、PVC 制品或亚克力制品。本发明的石材大板可应用在天然家俬面板, 背景墙,吊顶,及地面等需要展示石材的透光效果的场合,应用广泛,具有很大的市场前景。如果是安装在背景墙上,则安装中可以放置插座,不影响周边范围的光效。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4和图5。一种自带光源的石材大板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一
复合板1的合成:取一导光板12,在该导光板12的上下表面分别以水分子激活的方式粘接一水分子激活保护膜2;取一石材面板11,将其通过胶粘剂3粘接在位于导光板12上表面的水分子激活保护膜上;取一蜂窝板13,将其通过胶粘剂3粘接在位于导光板12下表面的水分子激活保护膜上。
步骤二
采用带自动气动压力控制的石材磨机将复合板1中的石材面板11表面磨光。
步骤三
采用专用磨抛机,将复合板1中的导光板12边缘部分抛光至透明,从而允许LED灯条6的透光光线进入。
步骤四
在复合板1的各个侧边上均卡设一凹型安装壳4,并在凹型安装壳4朝向复合板1的一侧内表面上开设的条形槽42内安装LED灯条6及与该LED灯条6电连接的充电锂电池。
步骤五
将相邻的两个凹型安装壳4之间均通过一连接组件5固定连接,具体操作为将连接组件5中的一个固定板51插入凹型安装壳4与耳朵41之间,之后将相邻的另一个凹型安装壳套设在该连接组件5中的另一个固定板51上,最后再采用螺栓进行锁合。
步骤六
将合金钻头从复合板1的下表面钻入,依次穿透所述蜂窝板13、水分子激活保护膜2,到达所述导光板12,形成预埋孔14;之后在该预埋孔内预埋背栓膨胀螺丝,并将一耳型挂件安装在该背栓膨胀螺丝上。
本制作工艺操作简单,最终成型的石材大板结构稳定、耐久性强,并且相较于现有技术,大大提高了导光效果。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (9)

1.一种自带光源的石材大板,包括一可透光的复合板,所述复合板包括由上往下层叠设置的石材面板、导光板和蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述导光板的上下表面分别粘设有一水分子激活保护膜,位于该导光板上表面的水分子激活保护膜通过胶粘剂与所述石材面板粘接,位于该导光板下表面的水分子激活保护膜通过胶粘剂与所述蜂窝板粘接;所述水分子激活保护膜包括PET膜以及水分子激活胶,所述PET膜通过所述水分子激活胶与所述导光板粘接。
2.如权利要求1所述一种自带光源的石材大板,其特征在于:所述复合板的各个侧边上均卡设有一凹型安装壳,相邻两个凹型安装壳之间均通过一连接组件固定。
3.如权利要求2所述一种自带光源的石材大板,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括两个一体成型的固定板,并且两个固定板之间呈一弯折角,两个固定板分别通过螺栓锁合在相邻的两个凹型安装壳上。
4.如权利要求3所述一种自带光源的石材大板,其特征在于:所述凹型安装壳背向所述复合板的一侧具有一对相对设置的耳朵,所述固定板可滑动地嵌设在所述凹型安装壳与耳朵之间。
5.如权利要求1所述一种自带光源的石材大板,其特征在于:所述导光板为1.8m x3.0m的特种玻纤导光板。
6.如权利要求2所述一种自带光源的石材大板,其特征在于:所述凹型安装壳朝向所述复合板的一侧内表面开设有一条形槽,所述条形槽内安装有可将光线射入所述导光板内的LED灯条,所述LED灯条与一12V或24V的充电锂电池电连接。
7.如权利要求1所述一种自带光源的石材大板,其特征在于:所述石材面板为天然的花岗岩、大理石、砂岩、半宝石、石英石中的一种或两种以上拼花组合而成。
8.如权利要求1所述一种自带光源的石材大板,其特征在于:所述蜂窝板为铝材制品、PVC 制品或亚克力制品。
9.一种自带光源的石材大板的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1) 复合板的合成:取一导光板,在该导光板的上下表面分别以水分子激活的方式粘接一水分子激活保护膜;取一石材面板,将其通过胶粘剂粘接在位于导光板上表面的水分子激活保护膜上;取一蜂窝板,将其通过胶粘剂粘接在位于导光板下表面的水分子激活保护膜上;
2) 采用带自动气动压力控制的石材磨机将所述复合板中的石材面板表面磨光;
3) 采用专用磨抛机,将所述复合板中的导光板边缘部分抛光至透明;
4) 在所述复合板的各个侧边上均卡设一凹型安装壳,并在凹型安装壳朝向复合板的一侧内表面上开设的条形槽内安装LED灯条及与该LED灯条电连接的充电锂电池;
5) 将相邻的两个凹型安装壳之间均通过一连接组件固定连接;
6) 将合金钻头从复合板的下表面钻入,依次穿透所述蜂窝板、水分子激活保护膜,到达所述导光板,形成预埋孔;之后在该预埋孔内预埋背栓膨胀螺丝,并将一耳型挂件安装在该背栓膨胀螺丝上。
