Abstract
一种智能直喷式冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,所述装饰板是在调温层的一侧依次叠置有防潮层、隔热保温层和反射层;另一侧依次叠置有装饰层和装饰保护层,并将各层利用热压机依次压紧构成。本发明通过整合不同功能层板,优化结构,精心选材,在满足用户要求的同时,进一步提升了热效率,同时兼具装饰作用,而且在室内施工也大大降低了施工难度,也降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷暖双供装饰板,具体地说,是一种布置于建筑屋顶内侧的调温节能装饰板。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对居住环境的要求在舒适的基础上进一步追求美观,而分别满足取暖供冷及保温装饰这些要求,会使施工过程复杂,增加整个建筑的成本,因此经济性较差。
公开号为:CN104763087A的发明专利公开了一种“通风保温模块供暖供冷地面及节能通风空调系统”,此系统虽然将供冷暖、通风与地板整合于一起,但只能设置于地面,而且不具有对室内的装饰作用,系统复杂,不方便安装维护,设置于地板下维修不便。
公开号为:CN204590478的实用新型专利公开了一种“一体化装饰板”,此系统在保证保温性能的前提下,提高了防火安全性以及耐久性,但设置于建筑外墙上对材料及施工均有较高要求,且不具有取暖供冷的功能,依然满足不了现代人生活的需求。
发明内容
针对上述现有保温技术及墙板装饰板所存在的不足,本发明提供一种智能直喷式冷暖双供吊顶装饰板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案。
一种智能直喷式冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,包括防潮层、隔热保温层、反射层、调温层、装饰层和装饰保护层;其特征在于: 在所述调温层的一侧依次叠置有防潮层、隔热保温层和反射层;另一侧依次叠置有装饰层和装饰保护层;并将各层利用热压机依次压紧构成;
所述调温层是由铜管置于模具中由粘状石膏浇注后于烘箱烘干而构成;其中,烘箱烘干是柜式微波烘干,烘干温度是65-120℃;粘状石膏是加入长度为0.2mm,体积分数为7%的石墨纤维的半液状石膏;
所述防潮层是由粉料和乳液双组份聚合物防潮砂浆构成,长宽厚之比为300∶100∶1;
所述隔热保温层是由长宽厚之比为150∶50∶3中空挤塑板构成;
所述反射层是由1mm厚的铝箔纸构成;
所述调温层是由A板或B板构成,A板是由内置的制冷供暖铜管石膏板构成;B板是由内置的风道石膏板构成;其长宽厚之比为150∶50∶1;
所述装饰层是由金属支撑的印制有花纹的导热金属板构成;
所述装饰保护层是由电脑喷制漆面的图案构成。
在上述技术方案中,所述冷暖双供吊顶装饰板是位于室内顶板上,由空气源热泵制冷剂直接供热和新风机组供新风;所述冷暖双供吊顶装饰板是A板时,采用横板、竖板或者是横板加竖板;所述冷暖双供吊顶装饰板是B板时,屋顶四周均需铺设冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,并由新风负荷决定使用风口数量,其余为装饰风口;所述制冷供暖铜管的接头是洛克林阀快速接头。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作出进一步的说明。
实施上述本发明所提供的一种智能直喷式冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,该冷暖双供吊顶装饰板包括防潮层1、隔热保温层2、反射层3、调温层4、装饰层5和装饰保护层6;其整体冷暖双供吊顶装饰板结构是在该调温层4的一侧依次叠置有防潮层1、隔热保温层2和反射层3;另一侧依次叠置有装饰层5和装饰保护层6;并将各层利用热压机依次热压构成。
其中:该调温层4是由铜管置于模具中,并由粘状石膏浇注后置于柜式微波烘箱中,在65-120℃下烘干而制成;所采用的粘状石膏是加入了长度为0.2mm,体积分数为7%的石墨纤维构成;所采用的防潮层1是由聚合物防潮砂浆构成,防潮砂浆采用配置好的双组份(粉料+乳液)成品砂浆,防潮层1长宽厚之比为300∶100∶1;所采用的隔热保温层2是由长宽厚之比为150∶50∶3中空挤塑板构成;所采用的反射层3是1mm厚的铝箔纸;所采用的调温层4是由A板和B板构成,A板是由内置有制冷供暖铜管的石膏板构成;B板是由设内置有风道的石膏板构成,其长宽厚之比为150∶50∶1;所采用的装饰层5是由金属支架支撑固定的并印制有花纹的导热金属板构成;所采用的装饰保护层6是采用电脑喷制漆面的各种富有美感的图案,或者是各种喜欢的色彩。
上述实施的冷暖双供吊顶装饰板一般情况下是位于室内的顶板上,在室内顶板上安装时,将冷暖双供吊顶装饰板上相应的固定卡扣固定于建筑内顶面上,并将冷暖双供吊顶装饰板固定于卡扣中,同时由洛克林阀快速接头连接制冷供暖铜管10的接头以及连通空气源热泵进行制冷,由制冷剂直接供热,或者是采用新风机组供新风。
上述实施的冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,在位于室内的顶板上采用A板时,采用横板,或者是竖板,也可以采用横板加竖板结构;采用B板时,考虑美观效果,屋顶四周均需铺设冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,并由新风负荷决定风口使用数量,其余为装饰风口。
下面结合附图进一步说明。
如附图1所示,实施一种智能直喷式冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,包括防潮层1、隔热保温层2、反射层3、调温层4、 装饰层5和装饰保护层6。
如附图2所示,A板调温层结构依次为4mm铜管10、厚度为1cm的石膏板8;室外温度为-15℃时,采用空气源热泵直接供热方式1.5×0.5m的板散热量为110w/m2,根据房间的负荷配置不同功率的空气源热泵及墙板使用数量。
如附图3所示,B板调温层结构依次为石膏板7、扁平状的风管8、风口9,该风口9布置于调温层4的侧面对顶板贴附送风,同时具有除湿的作用。
如附图4所示,顶板布置示意图中中间区域12为A板铺设区,四周区域11为B板铺设区,整个屋面呈立体凹字状,新风由B板侧面水平方向13送出。
装饰板的布置原则为:为了屋面美观,四周均铺设B板,出风口数量则依据实际负荷而定,其余为装饰风口。
如附图3和附图4所示,装饰板A板分为横板和竖板两种规格,散热效果相同,设计安装过程根据现场实际情况决定采用横板、竖板还是横板加竖板。
装饰板的安装方法是将装饰板卡扣安装固定于室内顶板上,铜管的连接全部使用快速接头洛克林阀,风管连接依据规范要求,施工现场无焊接工作,此方法快捷方便安全。
本发明的制作工序为:将冷热媒管道或风管固定在模具中,再将半液状的石膏浇注在模具中,最后置于柜式微波烘箱烤制而成调温层,最后再利用热压机对全部结构层完成压紧贴合工作。其结构简单、制作方便,可实现工厂化智能生产。
本发明不局限于上述实施方案,本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启示下做出的结构变化,也可以在本发明的基础上,进一步改进及完善本技术方案,均可实现本发明的目的。

1.一种智能直喷式冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,包括防潮层、隔热保温层、反射层、调温层、装饰层和装饰保护层;其特征在于: 在所述调温层(4)的一侧依次叠置有防潮层(1)、隔热保温层(2)和反射层(3);另一侧依次叠置有装饰层(5)和装饰保护层(6);并将各层利用热压机依次压紧构成;
所述调温层(4)是由铜管置于模具中由粘状石膏浇注后于烘箱烘干而构成;其中,烘箱烘干是柜式微波烘干,烘干温度是65-120℃;粘状石膏是加入长度为0.2mm,体积分数为7%的石墨纤维的半液状石膏;
所述防潮层(1)是由粉料和乳液双组份聚合物防潮砂浆构成,长宽厚之比为300∶100∶1;
所述隔热保温层(2)是由长宽厚之比为150∶50∶3中空挤塑板构成;
所述反射层(3)是由1mm厚的铝箔纸构成;

4.如权利要求1或3所述的智能直喷式冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,其特征在于:所述冷暖双供吊顶装饰板是B板时,屋顶四周均需铺设冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,并由新风负荷决定使用风口数量,其余为装饰风口。
5.如权利要求1所述的智能直喷式冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,其特征在于:所述制冷供暖铜管(10)的接头是洛克林阀快速接头。
6.如权利要求1所述的智能直喷式冷暖双供吊顶装饰板,其特征在于:所述冷暖双供吊顶装饰板的安装方法是将冷暖双供吊顶装饰板上相应的固定卡扣固定于建筑内顶面上,并将冷暖双供吊顶装饰板固定于卡扣中,同时由洛克林阀快速接头连通热媒管。
