本发明公开了功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,包括装饰面板(1);所述的冷热板是多层复合结构,从所述的装饰面板(1)起依次设置金属均热防护层(2)、传热层(3)、绝热层(4)和防水底层(5);所述的传热层(3)中敷设加热器件(6)或传热管。本发明还公开了该集成冷热板的制造方法技术方案。采用上述技术方案,实现装饰材料与加热、取暖功能的集成,取暖时室内温度均匀,提高人体的舒适度;大大提高热效率,降低能源消耗,实现节能环保目的;提高装饰艺术性和装修效果;加工制造和安装施工更为方便;可在墙体、天花板甚至地板上广泛应用,使用条件不受限制;取暖操作与控制十分灵活;充分利用低谷电,降低取暖成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰装修功能材料的集成应用技术领域,涉及室内装饰装修材料以及多项功能的应用技术。更具体地,本发明涉及一种多功能型装饰装修集成快装冷热板。另外,本发明还涉及该集成快装冷热板的制造方法。
背景技术
目前,装饰装修集成快装,仅限于吊顶、墙面采用该类板用于装饰、隔热、防水功能、尚无供热、供冷、释放远红外、负离子等生态功能。
冬季在室内取暖时,最传统的方式是采用集中供暖,室内采用暖气片取暖,其缺点是供暖区域内需要规模较大的集中供暖设备,其能源提供是燃煤、燃油或燃气蒸汽锅炉,对冬季的大气环境有较大影响,是产生雾霾的重要原因;而且室内温度不太均衡。
在没有集中供暖条件的地区,一般采用电加热器或空调器取暖;这种采暖方式的缺点是,热量由取暖器具产生,需要进行送风,使热量在室内进行均布,但是在这种情况下,由于室内一直有空气流动,在冬季使人感觉很不舒服。
目前正在兴起的还有采用电热地暖、热水地暖,即在室内地板下敷设电热管路,或者敷设热水管路;或者敷设在地板砖下的水泥层中;如果采用热水管路,还需要电热水器或燃气热水器进行循环水的加热。这种采暖方式的缺点是,地板或者地砖的导热性能差,使热效率降低;另外,由于人是直接踩踏在地板或地砖上,温度较高的地板或地砖会使人感觉很不舒服。
上述这些方法,均不能与室内装饰、装修材料进行有机结合,会对装饰、装修的效果产生不利影响。
随家居智能化,绿色化的要求,节能供冷热,生态环境的营造需要投入大笔资金另行解决,同时很难适应已装饰后的新老房的改造。
发明内容
本发明提供一种功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,其目的是实现装饰材料与加热功能的集成,实现墙面装饰装修、加热、制冷、防水、保温、隔热、隔音、释放远红外、负离子、空气清新等多功能进行集成,在装饰装修时,一次性、快捷、节省费用集成应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
本发明的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,包括装饰面板,所述的冷热板是多层复合结构,从所述的装饰面板起依次设置金属均热防护层、传热层、绝热层和防水底层;所述的传热层中敷设加热器件或传热管。
所述的加热器件为电加热带,或者为冷热水管,或者为水电再用管,或者为水电两用带;所述的加热器件采用平行、均匀地往复转折方式布置在所述的冷热板中。
所述的电加热带为扁平带状的电缆,所述电加热带的扁平面平行于装饰面板的平面。
所述的加热器件敷设在固定网上,并采用固定胶带固定。
所述的装饰面板为金属面板,其正面采用装饰覆合膜,或喷涂功能型装饰膜。
所述的金属均热防护层为金属与有机模的复合制成,或者采用喷涂功能涂料制成。并采用胶水与装饰面板粘结。
所述的绝热层采用聚氨酯材料浇注在面板槽腔与防水底层之间发泡形成。
所述的防水底层采用薄膜或布结构。
所述的冷热板两个侧边分别采用滚压制成凹槽及与该凹槽配合的凸缘;或者两侧边均为直角边。
为了实现与上述技术方案相同的发明目的,本发明还提供了以上所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板的制造方法,其技术方案是该方法的过程如下:
1、将所述的金属均热防护层正面经凹凸成型机连续滚压成型并向后连续运动;经干法或湿法复合或喷涂装饰面工艺形成功能面层,即装饰面层;
2、将所述的加热带或冷热水管,分别或同时固定在固定网上,或固定在带胶固定膜上,或固定在带胶固定布上,然后敷设在金属均热防护层内面;
3、将已弯曲成形的加热器件通过固定胶带粘贴在固定网上,或固定在带胶固定布上;形成传热层;将加热器件的两个端头留在电热板外;
4、将聚氨酯发泡材料涂覆在所述的传热层上,挤压发泡,形成硬泡绝热层;
5、将防水底层与金属槽板相互形成扁形空腔,喷涂聚氨酯;经上下胶板挤压,聚氨酯发泡料在一定温度下连续发泡成型,并将所有护层、防水层粘结为一体,形成功能板;
6、将加热器件的两个端头安装插接件或联接器。
本发明采用上述技术方案,实现装饰、生态、保温、隔音、防水与加热、制冷等功能的集成,达到生态、绿色、节能、环保的目的;加工制造和安装施工方便快捷;可以在墙体、天花板,甚至地板上广泛应用,使用条件不受限制。实现数件功能,一次集成一块板上完成,节约投资,减少工序,是绿色建筑现代化应用技术之一。取暖时室内温度均匀,提高人体的舒适度;大大提高热效率,降低能源消耗,减少石化燃料的消耗,实现节能、环保的目的;提高装饰的艺术性和装修效果;加工制造和安装施工更为方便;可以在墙体、天花板,甚至地板上广泛应用,使用条件不受限制;取暖的操作与控制十分灵活;充分利用低谷电,降低取暖成本。

5、将防水底层5与金属槽板相互形成扁形空腔,喷涂聚氨酯;经上下胶板挤压,聚氨酯发泡料在一定温度下连续发泡成型,并将所有护层、防水层粘结为一体,形成功能板;
6、将加热器件6的两个端头安装插接件或联接器。
本发明的生产线如图3所示。结合生产设备,对其生产方法的技术方案介绍如下:
本发明的生产线设备包括自动放料架10、成型机11、电热膜放线12、送料机13、发泡机14、层压索引机15、打钉机16、切割机17、放料架18、加热箱19、层压恒温发泡成型箱20。
该生产线设备的具体生产过程是:
1、将所述的金属均热防护层2与功能装饰层进行复合或喷涂,并将该板或卷通过生产线的自动放料架10位置放带进入滚压成型机11形成具有凹凸边的槽板纵向连续运动;
2、将所述的已弯曲成形的加热带或冷热水管或二者同时固定在固定网7或复合膜上形成带胶电热层即电热膜放线12位置成卷,随由滚压成型机11形成的槽板贴合进入预热箱加热箱19;
3、由发泡机14的喷枪对运动着的电热层的背面,定量喷注的聚氨酯A+B料,进入层压恒温发泡成型箱20,连续完成制成电热或水热或水电两用发热板,标准称之谓功能型装饰装修集成快装发热板。
5、生产线工作程序:
(1)、放带;(2)、滚压成型;(3)、放电热膜;(4)、贴敷电热膜(带);(5)、预热;(6)、喷聚氨酯;(7)、层压发泡;(8)、定尺飞剪;(9)、离心除尘;(10)、打包。
上述制造方法,简便易行,可以实现大规模的工业化生产,降低生产成本,提高产品质量。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,包括装饰面板(1),其特征在于:所述的冷热板是多层复合结构,从所述的装饰面板(1)起依次设置金属均热防护层(2)、传热层(3)、绝热层(4)和防水底层(5);所述的传热层(3)中敷设加热器件(6)或传热管。
2.按照权利要求1所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,其特征在于:所述的加热器件(6)为电加热带,或者为冷热水管,或者为水电再用管,或者为水电两用带;所述的加热器件(6)采用平行、均匀地往复转折方式布置在所述的冷热板中。
3.按照权利要求2所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,其特征在于:所述的电加热带为扁平带状的电缆,所述电加热带的扁平面平行于装饰面板(1)的平面。
4.按照权利要求1所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,其特征在于:所述的加热器件(6)敷设在固定网(7)上,并采用固定胶带(8)固定。
5.按照权利要求1所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,其特征在于:所述的装饰面板(1)为金属面板,其正面采用装饰覆合膜,或喷涂功能型装饰膜。
6.按照权利要求1所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,其特征在于:所述的金属均热防护层(2)为金属与有机模的复合制成,或者采用喷涂功能涂料制成。
7.按照权利要求1所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,其特征在于:所述的绝热层(4)采用聚氨酯材料浇注在面板槽腔与防水底层(5)之间发泡形成。
8.按照权利要求1所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,其特征在于:所述的防水底层(5)采用薄膜或布结构。
9.按照权利要求1所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板,其特征在于:所述的冷热板两个侧边分别采用滚压制成凹槽及与该凹槽配合的凸缘;或者两侧边均为直角边。
10.按照权利要求1至9中任一项所述的功能型装饰装修集成冷热板的制造方法,其特征在于:该方法的过程是:
1)、将所述的金属均热防护层(2)正面经凹凸成型机连续滚压成型并向后连续运动;经干法或湿法复合或喷涂装饰面工艺形成功能面层,即装饰面层(1);
2)、将所述的加热带或冷热水管,分别或同时固定在固定网(7)上,或固定在带胶固定膜(9)上,或固定在带胶固定布(9)上,然后敷设在金属均热防护层(2)内面;
3)、将已弯曲成形的加热器件(6)通过固定胶带(8)粘贴在固定网(7)上,或固定在带胶固定布(9)上;形成传热层(3);将加热器件(6)的两个端头留在电热板外;
4)、将聚氨酯发泡材料涂覆在所述的传热层(3)上,挤压发泡,形成硬泡绝热层(4);
5)、将防水底层(5)与金属槽板相互形成扁形空腔,喷涂聚氨酯;经上下胶板挤压,聚氨酯发泡料在一定温度下连续发泡成型,并将所有护层、防水层粘结为一体,形成功能板;
6)、将加热器件(6)的两个端头安装插接件或联接器。
