本发明公开了一种双面蝶式隔音减震木塑板,包括板体,所述板体由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂40~50份、毛竹粉20~30份、发泡剂10~20份、稻壳粉10~20份、稳定剂2~5份、钢化玻璃纤维15~20份、丁基橡胶5~15份、硅酸钙粉末10~20份、石蜡3~5份、煤焦油10~15份。能够使木塑板的结构抗冲击性能更强,不易破碎,同时还能够减小木塑板安装时与墙面的接触,并针对声音震动传递进行消减,提升居室环境的安宁与私密,利于市场推广应用。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及木塑板的技术领域,特别是一种双面蝶式隔音减震木塑板的技术领域。
【背景技术】
木塑复合板材是一种主要由木材为基础材料与热塑性高分子材料和加工助剂等,混合均匀后再经模具设备加热挤出成型而制成的高科技绿色环保新型装饰材料,兼有木材和塑料的性能与特征,是能替代木材和塑料的新型复合材料。木塑板与实木板相比,木塑板的损耗低、使用寿命长,且木塑板可做成中空结构,不但可以减少重量,而且还能增加强度,其维护成本远远低于木制品,具有木材的自然外观和质感。随着社会的进步,人们生活水平的提高,很多家庭对家装的要求也越来越严格,现有的木塑板由于结构及材质问题,整体抗冲击能力差,易破碎,同时现有木塑板由于贴墙铺设,导致隔音效果较差。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种双面蝶式隔音减震木塑板,能够使木塑板的结构抗冲击性能更强,不易破碎,同时还能够减小木塑板安装时与墙面的接触,并针对声音震动传递进行消减,提升居室环境的安宁与私密,利于市场推广应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种双面蝶式隔音减震木塑板,包括板体,所述板体由上抗震板、消音槽、减震板、下消音板组成,所述上抗震板、消音槽、减震板、下消音板为一体式结构,所述上抗震板的内表面和减震板之间设置有若干消音槽,所述上抗震板的外表面设置有若干减震弧面,所述下消音板的内表面和减震板之间设置有若干消音槽,所述下消音板的外表面设置有若干消音弧面。
作为优选,所述减震弧面的形状为底部凹陷的圆弧形,所述减震弧面的底部与减震板相连,所述减震弧面与减震板的相连处设置有结构加强块,所述减震弧面的数量有多个,相邻减震弧面之间设置有过渡弧槽,所述过渡弧槽为圆弧形凹槽。
作为优选,所述消音弧面的形状为顶部凹陷的圆弧形,所述消音弧面的顶部与减震板相连,所述消音弧面与减震板的相连处设置有结构加强块,所述消音弧面的数量有多个,相邻消音弧面之间设置有过渡弧槽,所述过渡弧槽为圆弧形凹槽。
作为优选,所述减震弧面和消音弧面上下对应且弧长相同,所述板体的右侧设置有两脚卡口,所述板体的左侧设置有三脚卡口,相邻板体的两脚卡口和三脚卡口左右对应吻合。
作为优选,所述板体由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂40~50份、毛竹粉20~30份、发泡剂10~20份、稻壳粉10~20份、稳定剂2~5份、钢化玻璃纤维15~20份、丁基橡胶5~15份、硅酸钙粉末10~20份、石蜡3~5份、煤焦油10~15份。
作为优选,所述板体由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂40份、毛竹粉20份、发泡剂10份、稻壳粉10份、稳定剂2份、钢化玻璃纤维15份、丁基橡胶5份、硅酸钙粉末10份、石蜡3份、煤焦油10份。
作为优选,所述板体由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂50份、毛竹粉30份、发泡剂20份、稻壳粉20份、稳定剂5份、钢化玻璃纤维20份、丁基橡胶15份、硅酸钙粉末20份、石蜡5份、煤焦油15份。
作为优选,所述板体由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂40份、毛竹粉30份、发泡剂10份、稻壳粉20份、稳定剂4份、钢化玻璃纤维20份、丁基橡胶5份、硅酸钙粉末15份、石蜡3份、煤焦油10份。

实施例三,所述板体1由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂40份、毛竹粉30份、发泡剂10份、稻壳粉20份、稳定剂4份、钢化玻璃纤维20份、丁基橡胶5份、硅酸钙粉末15份、石蜡3份、煤焦油10份。
本发明工作过程:
本发明能够使木塑板的结构抗冲击性能更强,不易破碎,同时还能够减小木塑板安装时与墙面的接触,并针对声音震动传递进行消减,提升居室环境的安宁与私密,利于市场推广应用。
